Store never opens up on time. Multiple occasions it has been past 7am and it hasn’t open. Storefront states it opens at 6am.. it doesn’t.

Super clean a wide assortment of vapors and other smoking apparatuses. Very friendly service my girlfriends familys been going here for years and plan on coming back many more. They also have a wide assortment of tobacco with cheap prices!!! Thank you very much

Its our neighborhood store, and its family-owned! They have the best prices on the best selection of beer at a convenient store, plus groceries you may have forgotten at the grocery store but dont feel like going back for! Henry and his whole family always take care of us! Thank you for being in our neighborhood!

Henry is the best he has everything you need under One roof!

Henry is a great guy and will go out of my way to stop at my favorite corner store in the area(not just South County but all of Sarasota and Manatee County). They remind me of our family business we had for many decades and they really have established that essence of a Mom and Pops and that fondness and or vibe that we are missing and losing more and more of as the years go by. Your a foundation and a landmark business that are really part of the community.

The place is very clean and has everything I need. Henry and his whole family has such good service that I never experienced before. Success is well deserved with his family.

Stop and shop has everything any family could need. From milk, cheese, take home dinners, to fresh made beef jerky for the long ride. Henery has a brilliant beautiful personality he shares with all his customers. Most whom he knows by name (and their usual order). As far as convenience stores go this is the whole nine yards plus two. A real hometown store.

Very good place to conveniently purchase just about anything you need with friendly owners and since the hurricane theyre remodeling and its going to look beautiful thanks to Henry and his beautiful family

Sorry, I have no pictures at this time but I must say that STOP & SHOP on Tamiami Trail is the most INCREDIBLE convenient store in Venice! Missing cheese from grocery shopping?.....or need some lottery tickets?? STOP & SHOP has got them!! STOP & SHOP is open and ready to do business with hours that exceed most places in South Venice! Henry (who runs the business) has an incredible personality...he knows everyone who walks in the door by name. HENRY actually makes STOP & SHOP what is. If it wasn’t for him I question my review but because the store has everything one needs makes the store still the most INCREDIBLE in South Venice!!
