OPEN IN-STORE! They sold me a Novo 4, I got home and realized it had 377 puffs on it. Yep, that’s right - someone had USED their device and boxed it right back up. The employee replaced the device for free after she realized they had in fact sold me a device that was already used.The owner can deny that any device is tampered with but I literally had it switched out by an employee because it was used. Huge, huge health and safety issue. Test in store if you choose to take your chances!

This is the best vape shop! Since switching from cigarettes to the vape, I have found myself lost in a sea of products. The people at Happy Smoke are amazing, and so knowledgeable about the products. Rose even said to bring in my vape and shed help me set it up! This is now my regular vape shop, because of the people here! Good customer service is so hard to find anymore, and the people here really should know how amazing they are!

The girl with short red horrible lockes is super rude and misinforming customers about laws regarding cannabis. Ill not patronize a your company as long as she is employed there. Her attitude and lack of understanding the laws which she is trying to spew are a bad face for your company, and turned me away from wanting to spend any money there immediately.

Ok experience, the rep with the curly hair was not too friendly, and when I asked for recommendations in vapes he said they all hit the same. Which for me Made it more difficult in which kind of oil i wanted.

Came in this morning at 9am for a nic vape, the person who helped me was rude and impatient (wasn’t too sure what I wanted but that’s what these people are here for.) could have helped the person who came in after me while I looked but was instead pressured into a snap decision. On top of this the prices were AWFUL!!!! $55 for two nic vapes lol!!!! Ended up walking out after I saw the total EMPTY HANDED!Went to NEPTUNES down the road and got 2 for $20, better quality and by far better customer service. Saved $35 plus the person helping me was all smiles, knowledgeable about the products and patient.Should change the name from Happy Smoke and Vape to Grumps Rude Smoke and Vape

Staff are so welcoming and informative. Great prices and cool accessories. I recently found this place and it’s pretty neat :) It’s a little drive for me but worth it, got everything you need and cool peoples

NASS AND ROSEEE ARE THE BEST PEOPLE IN THIS STORE. They give me the information that I need to know answer all my proper answers to my questions. They are vary knowledgeable and the recommendations are amazing !!

This store sells to people under age 21, that includes people coming in more than once! This is illegal. Code of Virginia § 18.2-371.2(B). The personnel are either not checking ids or customers are showing fake ids.

I live in the area and decided to pop in the shop for a disposable vape. The woman working was helpful and was able to tell me about each product and her experience with them. No marketing fluff, she didnt try to upsell me, just in and out with a product that works exactly as described 😁

There is always a friendly staff no matter what time it is. The selection of vapes and other products is amazing and they always have interesting, GOOD, deals to top it off. I’m glad they are close and stay open late for people like me! 🤪🤓

This is the only smoke shop I go back to in the Hampton Roads area. There hasnt been a time that Ive walked into the shop and havent found what I needed; not to say they have everything, but they have 95% of it. If they dont have what youre looking for, ask and they could put it in the store. Thats how a lot of their stuff actually ends up on the shelf.The staff are all excellent and want to help you. Theyre knowledgeable, and theyll let you know what the actual quality products are.

This store is the best location I’ve ever been to in my life of being a smoker, I’ve had employee after employee show me nothing less than the best they have to offer, and for a special recognition myMan Andy, I just walk into the store, moving from state to state and he walks up and starts asking me about the products, if any interest to let him know that I need anything, and yes I needed a lot lol, but as soon as I was finished with my order I left with the most confidence that I would be returning back to this amazing haven of a store

First thing I like about Happy Smoke is they are open late 2am & open early 7am. Basically opened all the time. Second right off the highway so it’s always a quick stop. Everything is just super convenient.It was super clean and had tonssss of options. I went at 10:30 pm lots of business yet I was helped immediately. Great place with the right vibes! Love it.

Worst experience ever. Before I stepped 5ft in one of the workers called me the n word. I’ve had nothing but good experiences. But that tipped me off. Do not recommend. Many of my friends said they had similar wxperiences

Good people decent prices. Have everything you need. Id call it a 1 stop smoke shop besides maybe your cigarettes but everyone already knows gas stations do the deals on those and what not. No interest in the cigarette field here this is a old school feeling headship with good prices I say definitely try it out. People are easy to get along with and they are willing to help you out. You are cool they are cool. My kinda place. I will say at the moment I would skip over 2 or 3 other places that are closer, because of these reasons.

Came here because another store didnt have what we wanted and Im so glad we found this place. The prices are a little more than some other places but youre getting more for your money as well compared to buying smaller. Overall a friendly atmosphere and very helpful staff means well be coming back for more.

Second time going. Its literally my new favorite spot! They are very helpful and just an all around great experience! Forget the other smoke shops, this is the place. You wont be disappointed! Also theyre open late which is how I stumbled upon them. It was 11 and everything was closed. Not them!

Been going here off an on about a year to this store. Not going back again. Nice that it’s open late but with the high prices and staff unwilling to replace a clearly defective vape I bought a night prior that was still full of juice just won’t be risking placing my money in their products if they can’t replace defective products they sell.

Worker working tonight was very nice. They have decent selection of vapes but they cater more to those who want CBDs or buds. Very clean shop! Thankfully theyre open until 12am. My vape just ran out of flavor/battery so I was able to grab another one for work the next day. They sell the Infinity Fume vape products that I love. They said they just opened a week and a half ago too.

Girl at the counter was guessing at prices when I asked her how much a couple items were. And the prices she gave were a ripoff. Avoid this place and go to the tons of shops just like this with much lower prices.
