Amazing massage and top level customer service! This place does things so much better.I arrived in the parking lot behind the building and was greeted at the back door by the receptionist. She was very friendly and welcoming and walked me to a room right away with no reservation. The place is newly renovated and the massage tables are very comfortable. My masseuse Emily did a great job. I was able to ask for specific things during the massage (hardest in some places and softer in others) without any problems. It was all very relaxing and just what I needed. After my massage I was welcomed back by the front desk and was able to pay by card. They have a loyalty program but unlike the others around here, Broadway Spa actually keeps the card in a binder at the front desk associated with your phone number so you never lose it! While I was getting everything settled, I got to select from a wide variety of beverages (sodas and water, if I remember correctly) and there were some candies as well. It just felt elevated and was at a very fair price. All in all, it was a seamless, very comfortable experience.

This was the worst massage I have ever gotten. He was messaging my skin so fast and rough I thought my skin was going to fall off. He was jerky, rough and the opposite of relaxing. After leaving I was in pain and stressed from the experience. I thought that come tomorrow, maybe my body would feel amazing. I woke up feeling like I got hit in the back. My whole back is sore and tender.and i got a huge bruise from the massage. according to my previous experiences this shouldn’t have happened. i’ve been walking on my bruised foot for days. it hurts, very disappointed. the masseur was not very gentle and i guess that caused it.

One of the best deep tissue massages I’ve ever had. Michael knows what he is doing. My soreness after was minimal and I just left feeling refreshed. Great price, great environment, great experience. I’ll be back.

I got a 60 minute massage, but it was so good i had to get an extra 30 mins. Ask for Kelly, deep tissue massage, when she stands on ya back, its magic. Best massage in a long time. 5 stars.

This place is so clean and therapeutic! I walked in after a long day of work. I was so tired and my muscles were achy and stiff. The massage therapist started working on my back and said it was so tight. Amazingly, the man managed to find every knot and worked at it until it released. I left the place an hour later, completely relaxed. My arms and legs felt like jelly and I was lightheaded. My entire body was loose and every knot gone. It was a great massage and I can’t wait to go back.

I was at the Toyota dealership and had some time to kill. I found a massage spa across the street and it looked new and clean (2 big pluses).The lady behind the counter said she could get me in right away.The lady who performed the massage (sorry can’t recall her name) did an amazing job of getting a knot out of my upper back. Very good massage with correct pressure .

I found Broadway spa in a very nice location of Walnut Creek and easy parking was available, a very spacious new location with nice rooms and multiple masseuses. I met my masseuse I asked for deep tissue massage and my masseuse Kellie was the perfect one for me, she had firm hands and was intuitive with the massage. I enjoyed it immensely and have already made plans to return!!! One of the best massages I have ever had.

While dining at Pinkys Pizza, I spotted that the adjacent spa had new owners. Curious, I opted to check it out again. The interiors are freshly updated, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. I had some tension in my lower back, and the massage therapist worked wonders. I cant wait for my next visit and urge you to experience the revamped spa with its new management!

Massage was just okay. Was expecting better for 80 bucks an hour. This place was closer to my work, but I guess I’ll just keep going to SUNSHINE SPA in pleasant hill for a way better experience for less money.

I had a very bad lower back pain and decided to give this new place a try while my car was getting serviced. It was a very professional and good deep tissue massage that helped me a lot. The place is nice, clean and pretty quiet.
