Nice inside. lots of familiar products. I still prefer my local Wild Bills on 13 mile and Schoenherr.any Wild Bills is good for me.the guy inside was alright. he seemed like he could have been a little more knowledgeable

Marie was great with helping me find some cigars to try as a newbie. She was patient, knowledgeable, and willing to answer any questions I had. I am definitely going back just to support her and try more cigars. Thank again Marie!!!

I wish to say thank you to Katie and Jordan. They both make you feel like family when you enter into wild bills. The two women mentioned above go way above and beyond for there customers. I had spoken to Ryan before and gave Katie an exceptional review. Jordan and Katie are both the only reason I shop here. Very kind very respectful and always caring about how everything is going with each individual. I truly hope that corporate sees this. If either ever left well so does my business with you.

Love this place, always has what I need, a few extra things I want, and Katie always gives me the most solid of recommendations. Jordan is awesome, too. Thankfully either one of them are usually there. I wont bother coming in if they arent 🤣

Very disappointed In this location. Ive traveled to Michigan many times and frequented at wild bills. Things are almost never in stock, prices are ridiculous compared to other places, and the only good experiences Ive had in my times in this location were with Bunnii or Steven. Sad to find out I wont see Bunnii there anymore. Its a serious shame as she was always so happy and helpful in making suggestions when what I was looking for wasnt in stock.

I’ve been a patron at 12 mile and mound wild bills for many years. I’ve seen a lot of employees come and go, and none have left an impression on me quite like Katie and Donnie. They create a fun positive atmosphere. Truth be told that atmosphere is a big reason I shop at wild bills since it is the more expensive option for the products I buy. So I wanted to give them the shout out they deserve for their great customer service.

Walked in wild bills and was greeted by Katie and Thomas in such a manner that every establishment should use. Big smiles and a clean store with immediate greetings.Unfortunately they were out of my coils, but katie was able to sell me on the the lumbar vape. Very knowledgeab of the producs you have. . I absolutely love it. Thanks Ill be coming back to this store.

Bought a juice that I did not like. Unfortunately since it can not be resold, they couldn’t accept my return. The manager Chris was very kind though and heard me out and gave me 20% my next bottle of juice which I appreciated. He allowed me to smell a few I was interested in and was very kind and patient. He turned my experience all the way around and I love the new juice he got me into!

Friendly staff with a wide variety of merchandise. From vapes to tabbaco and the equipment needed to smoke both. They also have a humidor with large selection of cigars.

I only go to this Mr. Vapor by far the best Vape shop. These two guys know what they are talking about . Not only is the staff of the coolest people. The prices there are the best . The prices are even better than any other wild bills . I assure you I would know I drive all around the state for work. I dont care if I run out of Juice in Grand Rapids. Best Wild Bills Tobacco out of any Wild Bills Tobacco stores Ive been too, and has the best glass selection as well as best service. The guys running the store have vast knowledge of every single item in the store. True professionals in the business. And its funny because I was actually in the store when the last reviewer was in the store, he was the one saying that the glass sold there was fake. The guys inside didnt do anything that they wouldnt do with every other customer who comes in the store. They helped that customer to the best of their ability and resources. Best Wild Bills ever. Literally the only one I will ever go to. I see the connection these guys have with their customers. I see the same customers come in, and they even bring new customers with them; its the best. The guys know their material and they help with whatever you need, including changing your coils, cleaning your tanks, helping you pick out what cigars you like, explaining what types of glasses they have, etc. The environment is always positive. My experience was wonderful. The 2 men in the front were on top of it being helpful with me regardless of my situation. My vape has really been neglected, and that was due to me being very depressed for about 2 years. They didnt make me feel bad or embarrassed about my vapes condition and actually helped me laugh through it while fixing the issue. If youre looking for an amazing experience this is the place to go!:)

Decent store, I guess, but the girl working here wasnt that smart. Sold me some humidifiers for my loose leaf tobacco, didnt give me all the parts and explained it like shes done it a million times. Dont buy from her. In fact I wont return.

Over the past 6 months I have purchsed many items there. I bought 2 Vaporizers 2-3 months ago. They know me very well and were always very friendly because of my frequent visits. I thought as long as I gave them my business exclusively they would take care of any issues. Well one of the vaporizer batteries quit working. I thought this would be something covered as a warranty issue. However I found out they warranty the vaporizer batteries for just 2 days. So beware there seems to be an issue with these batteries. And this store will not back up thier products. Once they have your money the friendliness disappears. I was spending allot of money every month there, but I will now take my business elsewhere. Over a $35 dollar product they are giving up a customer that would be spending $100s every month. Dont let the friendliness fool you. If money should be going the opposite direction, thier disposition changes very quickly. I would not reccomend them to anyone. And always get a warranty in writting. If they say we will take care fo you, dont worry about it It is now time to leave.

This store is by far the best tobacco shop i have been to. The staff are very knowledgeable and this store cannot compare to any other vape shop you go to. Their glass is 100% authentic and have bought all my glass from their. ( about $3,000 worth.) Dont let one bad review fool you. Roni & RJ are beyond helpful! The store is always super clean which isn’t always the case with tobacco shops. Between the great customer service, overall cleaniness, and super fair prices for the products, I will only spend my money here even though I pass plenty of other tobacco shops on my way down. I have to say I have been coming to this store for about 2 yrs. I have seen managers and employees come and go so fast at this location . However I have to admit my favorite employee so far is Alishia shes always so nice and helpful you cant help to smile . I hope she sticks around I have seen great changes since she has been there . She should be the manager the last two ladies both Shannon and Marie were horrible managers unknowledgeable and treated staff and customers like crap. Alishia does not take credit where its due and always so nice to staff and customers. If she does not have something she will find out who does . If she isnt sure on a product she has stopped what she was doing to look up products to answer my questions. She is amazing .
