This place is great💯🎯✔️❣️ As I showed them the page where I found them on Google, I see the top reviewer has the same last name as me! Thibodeaux family!!! 🤣🤣🤣 Anyway, I took photos of the shop and will make it my place to go while Im in town until I return back to California. This is the next best thing, havent tried the cake yet, but the pre roll was great, about to try the CBD vape for pain and 😴💤😴💤😴💤😴. I recommend 5 stars!

What an amazing place! The lady there was incredibly helpful and super pleasant. She was very knowledgeable on her products and their design of the place is awesome. Just definitely became my go to store.

Consistent customer service is what sets this place apart from other shops I’ve been to across the city.Morning and evening, busy or slow, the staff is always attentive and helpful.There’s a huge selection of non tobacco products (if that’s what you’re looking for) and, honestly, pretty much anything else.Shout out to Ali, Seif and Hashir for always answering my millions of questions and being so patient. They take care of every customer, but especially their regulars. ;)

Prices are way too high. The shop off of clear lake blvd is much better, with better prices and customer service. They have the same name, but is not under the same owner/management. Do yourself a favor and trust me.

First timer came into this shop after lunch. Shop is extremely stocked and beautifully organized. They have everything you would imagine and more. Kim and Ali were extremely welcoming and most importantly, knowledgeable on everything I had questions about. They really take care if their people here. I highly recommend this shop.

This place was perfect, I came from downtown Houston to check it out & was not disappointed. They had everything from hookah kits to rolling trays and decorative tobacco pipes. It really had way more than I ever expected, plus their posters are definitely worth the $$$.

Terrible service, have misleading signage, advertising buy 2 disposables get one free. After you pay they will give you only 2 out of the 3 you picked out and tell you it’s not the right ones you picked out. I just came in to buy my mom a vape not knowing anything about the prices and I was charged 32 dollars for a vape that cost 13 dollars at the gas station. You should be ashamed of yourself, I dont smoke so I know nothing about vapes and pricing so I took your word for it. I will NEVER be back and do NOT recommend this place to ANYONE.

My first time here was just two days ago. It was a lovely experience at first. I bought some papers, THC gummies, and a water pipe. When I got home, the water pipe I bought was damaged and leaking from the bottom from the first time I filled it up. I took it back, bought a more expensive pipe (that is lovely) and a mushroom gummy, was charged $10 for the mushroom gummy which wasnt given to me after it was rung up and I didnt check until I was home again unfortunately. They also have a special going on with their gummies that I wasnt told about or offered, even though I bought 3 different kinds that first trip in and even made that second trip in. The woman who helped me was very kind, but the wait can be pretty long since its only one person working on the floor.

Hello, everyone! If you can see this review please carefully read before doing business with this establishment. I had called earlier today asking if they had a brand of kratom in stock. I was immediately met with a poor attitude; asking me to better describe the product I wanted. When I was told it was in stock I had next inquired upon pricing. The woman refused to tell me the price and to just come in to get it. Taken aback I had asked why I could not receive the price as I was going to have to drive far and I wanted to find the closest store with the best price. I had to hang up as she yelled at me over the phone! Your rude demeanor and poor customer service skills has lost you a potentially loyal customer. Call smoke hut, they are very kind!

I have tried 2 pens from 2 different reliable brands from this specific store and they stop working after about 3 days. When I call to ask about it because it’s happened twice I spoke to the same owner/manager about it and he didn’t seem to care and only offered me some tiny discount. I get that not all the time it’s the stores fault but it’s happened TWO TIMES and i wasn’t offered a replacement.

Friendly and understanding staff. Assisted me in getting some CBD gummies, that are not my usual brand. Just CBD watermelon has really good flavor and strong effect. Have been out of my regular brand for a couple of days now and was in serious pain. Prices are decent for the mg per jar.

Yall have lost a customer, didn’t have the coil I needed for my mod. I was circling the vape table yall have looking at flavors. Felt as if I was being watched. not cool. decided on a dispo. paid for it and it was burnt out the box. tried 6 others all were burnt. the salesman picks up and opens a flavor i would not normally buy. tells me to hit it. i explain to him this one isnt burnt but i dont like the flavor. he then says hell do me a favor and gives me one of the burnt vape with one i do not like the flavor. why do yall have products out for sale that are faulty. worst expiernce ive ever had in a vape shop.

They always great you by name, learn what you like, make sure to stock it and give wonderful recommendations. They have gone out of their way to special order products they know I will like and the prices are the best in town!
