Best pedicure ever! Wow! Haven was professional, courteous and took her time. The whole experience from start to finish was a relaxing and refreshing. I felt pampered and enjoyed every minute. Haven delivered a heavenly pedicure.Woodhouse spa is the place to go! My fabulous 50s friends and I enjoyed our private room to celebrate a retirement. The staff at the woodhouse spa worked diligently to give us a fantastic afternoon of pampering and girl time.

I have been to Woodhouse for a massage before, but today I went back for the Holistic Body Detox. I had no idea what to expect whatsoever because I have never gone anywhere for a similar kind of service; Im usually a DIY Everything Shower kinda girl. Olivia was so helpful. She talked me through every step of the process - the dry brushing, exfoliation, mud mask, shower, and body moisturizer. The whole thing was so labor intensive on the staffs part, but she did a great job being thorough, professional, and preserving my dignity with well-placed towels, lol!My hair did get wet during the service (not a problem - I knew there was a chance of that), so if I went back for a similar service, I would probably put my hair up in a way that would be comfortable while laying on my back. Otherwise, there are also showers stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel in the locker/changing rooms.If anybody out there hasnt been to Woodhouse before, heres what to expect in general: when you check in, they take you to the locker rooms where you can put away your things and change into a robe and slides. Everything is clean and smells wonderful. While you are changing, the worker who gave you your robe will get a drink of choice for you and wait outside the changing room (coffee, tea, wine, champagne, mimosas I think were the options). Then, they will take you to your choice or either the courtyard (outside) or the quiet room (inside) where you can sip your drink of choice and wait for your service in peace. After your service, you can also hang out for as long as you like before changing back into your clothes and checking out. There are also snacks and coolers of water throughout the spa for you to enjoy.

I feel very blessed that my daughter, Madison, researched spas and gave me a gift certificate to this one as my Christmas present. Im impressed with Woodhouse Spa! Erin gave one of the best massages Ive ever had. Desis facial was so relaxing that I almost fell asleep during the treatment. My skin is glowing and my muscles are relaxed. Thank you for making me feel extra special. Woodhouse is beautiful inside... wouldnt change a thing. I cant wait to come back. (Adding a few pics of the dressing/locker room area)

This was my first time getting a facial and it was a gift from one of my daughters. From the moment you walk in, you are welcomed with a warm and peaceful energy. Slipping into the luxurious robes and waiting in the Peaceful room until your appointment was absolutely wonderful. My clinician, Nikki Hauk, gets a 20 out of 10 rating. She knew exactly what to give me and her healing touch was superb. She is gifted beyond her training and put an energy into me that was warm and healing. I recommend the spa to anyone who wants an above level experience.

Always a GREAT experience when we come for our massages each month! We look forward to our much needed downtime and pamper sessions. Every team member is AMAZING! They all have great energy and our all a pleasure to chat with! Forever Fans!

My mother in law and I recently came to Woodhouse for a spa day. Our facials were absolutely amazing! Samantha was extremely personable and skilled. Our pedicures were also wonderful. Our massage experience unfortunately left us with a negative experience. The massage therapist was extremely unprofessional. She told us both how she left massage envy because she was tired of obese clients telling her that their knees hurt because they used to be athletes. I’m not sure why she felt the need to tell us both this, especially during what was supposed to be a relaxation massage. The massage was the most underwhelming massage I’ve had. This was so unfortunate as the rest of our experience was great, but I do not think I’ll be returning as massages are my favorite spa treatment.

Sarah and Brianna were amazing during my husband and I couple massage. We thoroughly enjoyed every moment and we always do! We love wood house spa, always clean with an amazing ambiance.

Another great experience at Woodhouse Spa! Micheline was very skilled and knowledgeable about relief of muscles that have been injured.

This was our first visit and we loved the experience for a couples pedicure. This review is for the pedicure experience only. We were greeted, taken to a quiet room and offered a beverage. This started the experience off to being very relaxing. There were people next door that didnt get the memo about quiet room but it was short lived. I am sure they were celebrating something. Shortly after, our service began and we were offered another beverage. A warm towel wrap was used as the introduction to the service. This was so relaxing and felt so good. We also received a sugar scrub and massage with warm oil. This was topped off with another warm towel wrap. Afterwards our feet felt so amazing.I appreciate the care and concern they have with PPE and I watched 2 other ladies as they were cleaning and disinfecting their station. This was a treat weekend for us and I am sure we will do it again.There are also small sweet and savory snacks available and additional infused water. They have a well stocked area for you to purchase all things spa and beyond. I noticed a well stocked closet with robes, an elevator and stairs. I am sure this led to the massage and other service areas. Hopefully we will treat ourselves to a massage in the future and we can update our review.

We enjoyed our time at the Woodhouse Spa! The couples massage was relaxing, the environment was peaceful, and the staff was very kind. We definitely plan on coming back!

I loved my massage and facial. Olivia had me feeling so relaxed afterwards. I won’t get a pedicure again. It was $65 and my heels are still dry/chapped. I’ve had a much better pedicure for half the price.

When management isnt around, the front desk is just not doing well. I got a wax and a fairly large bit of hair was left and the wax is super uneven. Yesterday, I requested a pedicure with a specific person and they rescheduled to someone who has done my nails in the past, but she didnt do a very good job. In all, Im fairly disappointed in my last 3 visits here. I ended up cancelling a lot of appointments and if I can find another spa to do things better, I will be moving on to them.

Woodhouse Liberty continues to be top notch. We come once a month, and it is consistently amazing each time. The employees are super friendly, the space is very clean, and the quality of work is worth every penny! I also LOVE that they are experimenting with more complimentary drink options (the strawberry guava mimosa was yummy!). We always look forward to the days we get to spend at Woodhouse Liberty!

I booked for a luxury pedicure and it was the absolute best pedicure I’ve ever had. This was my first time at Woodhouse, but have heard nothing but good things. I was not let down in the slightest bit. From the moment I walked in, I felt like I was the only customer there. I was walked to the bathroom, walked to a gorgeous waiting areas, and then walked out to the patio to let my toes dry. The room was quiet and very clean. The tech was absolutely phenomenal. Nary was meticulous yet gentle with her touch. Absolutely amazing. I truly did not want to leave. My toes look beautiful. I cannot recommend this spa enough. Please trust me and book now. Just don’t take Nary when I need her! 😊

Not happy with the experience .I had 7 pm appointment for a 50 min massage .When i arrived at 7, I felt rushed right from the start. I was told that changing into a robe would cut into my appointment time, which wasn’t mentioned anywhere on the website.Massage itself was fine.I had persistent haeadache that day and I was trying to relax but I couldnt .I ended up with a 40-minute massage. I am disappointed with the experience.

Overall my husband and I had a great experience for our visit. Massage service was excellent. Pedicure service was excellent. My manicure service was very good but I have 2 pieces of feedback to share- 1. My cuticles are still sore and tender even now. The nail technician cut them too deeply. 2. Nail technician seemed sick. She sniffled, sneezed and had to blow her nose during the entire service. This made me uncomfortable and concerned about getting sick because we were in such close proximity. She commented that it was her allergies but it still made me uncomfortable. I hope I don’t get sick over the next few days.

Just spent my birthday here getting one of the best stone massages ever!! The atmosphere was very relaxing and welcoming!! Hannah made my special day 100x better by getting me a little gift! I will always love coming here and recommend it to everyone who needs a little getaway! Absolutely wonderful place!!

Oh my god! This place is a hidden gem just near libery town centre! Got a hot stome massage from here and i didnt want it to end! I think i dozed off a little in between! Extremely relaxing, the staff was super professional and they knew exactly how to work around my painful knots in my back. Def coming here again and booking a longer massage!!

My experience here was amazing. The place was beautiful, the massage was relaxing and the wine and snacks a nice extra. I loved the relaxation room you can go to afterwards.

Not a fan. I had a 1:30 appt for a 50 min full body massage. I booked online. It Did not mention anything about arriving 30 Minutes early. When i arrived at 1:25, I was rushed and was told if I changed into a robe or anything it would be against my appt time. I couldnt relax at all because I felt so rushedAnd embarrassed as they acted like I did something wrong. The massage was OK, nothing earth-shattering, but It ended at 2:10. Basically they allowed 10 mins during my appt to wrap up and to close out. So I roughly had a 40-minute massage after being treated poorly but still asked to pay a premium price with tip. Not worth it.

Had another fabulous experience at the Woodhouse spa! This time, my husband and I were gifted a couples massage. We had a room to ourself before during and after. We were served various beverages. The whole experience was simply lovely. Our massage therapists were Micheline and Beth- both amazing! My husband has a bad neck, and Micheline was wonderful. 5 stars!

The Woodhouse Day Spa is beautifully appointed and a luxury experience down to every detail. I went for the Meditative Mood Soak and it was deeply relaxing. Sierra was my provider and she was wonderful. I literally wish she could get one of her own massages, she was that good!

My friends and I went for a girls day and each got the head-to-toe relaxation package and it was just what we needed. In particular the facial was amazing and the most relaxed Ive been in a long time. The staff were all super friendly and helpful as well.

The spa went above and beyond for our visit! A group of 5 of us recently visited to get our nails done while in town visiting a friend. One member of our party was wheelchair bound and they were able to accommodate her so she could have the same experience the rest of our group did. We had a great afternoon as a result of the service and accommodations we received. Thank you again.

Had the full package, massage facial and pedi. All and all it was fantastic. I will be back!

I hate to leave this review but Im just so disappointed. I received a gift card to use here and was so excited to get a relaxing day and a deep tissue massage to release some stress. Unfortunately it was probably the worst massage Ive ever received. There was barely any deep tissue techniques used at all besides the very end for about 5 minutes on my back. I also added on hot stones for an additional fee and literally only got them used on me for about 5 minutes as well. And I only got about 35 minutes for a massage even though I paid for a 50 minute massage. The girl was nice but was clearly rushed. They did change my appointment today to a later time due to a sickness so Im wondering if I was just given to someone who doesnt normally give deep tissue massages?? I would have waited and scheduled another day had I known this would have turned out like this. How this cost me $175 is beyond me. Im so disappointed and bummed out.

I was very excited to come to Woodhouse to celebrate my mothers 60th birthday. Four months in advance, I booked the head-to-toe relaxation package for four people: my two sisters, my mom, and myself. This included a massage, facial, and pedicure.When booking, I was informed that we would have a quiet room reserved for our party and we could arrive an hour before our services to relax and stay up to 30 minutes after our final service.Two days before our appointments, I received a call stating that one of the nail techs had an emergency and the only options we had were for one of us to not get a pedicure or two of us could have 25 minute pedis instead of the full 50 minute ones. I asked about the price difference. The 50 minute pedi was $55 and the 25 minute pedi was $45. I was pretty disappointed the only options were to forgo a pedi or pay almost full price for half the time. I understand that emergencies happen but the customer service here was not great.Additionally, we called a day before our service to make sure everything else was OK and they said we could only use our quiet room 15 minutes before our service but could stretch it to 30 minutes. Again, half the time we were promised.When we went to pay, even though we had booked the same services for all of us, my moms ended up being more expensive due to the facial being antiaging. I asked the front desk about this and said that is not what was booked and they would not change the charge.Our experience in spa was great apart from the charge and all of our service providers were fantastic. I was just disappointed with management and how they handled the pedicure and quiet room situation. With a large party like we had, and booking four months in advance, I expected more.Update: I spoke with Sarah from Woodhouse and she went out of her way to correct the situation. Thank you Sarah!

My sister and I both had the Swedish massage this morning. Both of our massage therapists were excellent. Special thanks to my therapist Michaline (not sure how to spell) who went above and beyond. The whole experience from start to finish was pleasant. Clean, calming atmosphere and kind employees -Would definitely recommend!

Marcela was excellent. She really took the time to find the knots and trouble spots and work to get them to relax.

I had my second appointment today. Brianna provided a good massage but I looked at the clock right before she walked in the room, time read 11:10. I looked at the clock when she left, time read 11:50. I was scheduled for a 50 minute massage and only received 40 minutes of actual massage time. I was on time. I got there at 10:45 for my 11:00 massage. Had to wait a few minutes to check in but no biggie and was dressed in my robe and in the waiting room ON TIME. I sat in the waiting room for about 5 minutes and then she and I talked for a few minutes before leaving me to get situated on the table. I was not late so if her schedule ran behind for any reason I should not have missed 10 minutes of my massage. Also if I was late, there should have been a discussion of me missing part of my massage time which didn’t happen because I wasn’t late. I paid $155 for 40 minutes. This was my second time at Woodhouse. My first time was two weeks ago I was scheduled for a 50 minute deep tissue massage. They put me with Sierrah (not sure if spelled correctly) she did not give me a deep tissue massage. It was very light pressure. I paid $175 and left dissatisfied. I decided to give Woodhouse one more shot and booked this appointment and put in the notes that I needed someone who would actually do a deep tissue massage. I was called by a receptionist and she assured me I would be with someone who could do a deep tissue this time and that Sierrah isn’t comfortable doing them.. she didn’t apologize, didn’t offer me anything even though I paid for something I didn’t receive and they knew Sierrah wasn’t capable of doing what I booked for. Very disappointing. Now this time I get a decent massage but not for the time that I booked and paid for. So I’m out $330 and am very disappointed in services I’ve received.EDIT 11/20/23I had a third service today provided by Nasaijah and it was amazing! She did a great deep tissue massage and was very friendly, funny and personable! I really liked her and will be back to see her again! Thank you to both Nasaijah and Sara for reaching out to make things right, I really appreciate it!

The entire experience was wonderful. I got the 110 min relaxation massage and left feeling completely relaxed. Olivia was my masseuse and she managed to get the pain out of my shoulder and elbow.

This place is heaven on earth! Everyone is wonderful and make you feel like a celebrity!!! Don’t go any where else!!! I can’t wait to go back!!

My father recently passed away, and I brought my mother here for her birthday and some relaxation. Neither of us had been to Woodhouse before, so I thought it would be a nice treat. I briefly mentioned to the staff why we were there while checking in: I wanted my mom to have fun on her special day, and forget about how difficult the last few months had been. The spa was lovely. Staff who performed our facials and massages were fantastic. Facilities were very nice, calming, and clean. But what I really want to review is how absolutely wonderful, kind, and caring the girls who worked the front desk are. Upon checking out, they handed my mom a gift. After opening, it was a beautifully written sympathy card for my mother along with a gorgeous wind chime. We couldn’t believe that the staff would hear our brief mention of dad’s passing and go above and beyond to do something like this. Dad has been gone less than a week, so this was a really big day for us. My mom’s first birthday without her husband, and we have dad’s funeral in a few days. The kindness and thoughtfulness they showed my mom was so special…we will never forget this. Thank you to the staff who so thoughtfully cared enough to make my mom’s day extra special. You all don’t know how much that meant to us both. Thank you so much from our family to you! You made what could’ve been a sad and difficult day for us both bearable, and happy.

I scheduled 3 deep tissue massages over two months in advance at this location. The Sunday prior to my appointments(which were on a Saturday morning) I called to double check the location and services. 3 days prior to my services however I received a call saying they were unable to do 2 of the 3 deep tissue massages I had scheduled. They could do a different type of massage. After speaking to a manager I was told that they would try to figure something out. I received another call the same day saying they had had a cancellation and then found another massage therapist so they could indeed have 3 therapists after all to do the deep tissue. When I arrived on the day of the massage I was told that one of the therapists couldn’t actually give a deep tissue massage after all. I ended up not getting a massage that day. The staff spoke condescendingly to me and lied to me about the therapist being able to give this type of massage when she herself told me she wasn’t able to because of being pregnant and having carpal tunnel issues. This is not how a business should be run and was disappointing and frustrating to say the least. Instead of having a morning where my stress was relieved it turned into a horrible experience and added stress. I will not be returning and I will also be spreading the word to anyone who asks to go to a different spa as you cannot trust Woodhouse.

Great place, I love the atmosphere, but I definitely feel like it’s overpriced. A basic facial was $180 . When I go to my normal place it’s half the price and still the same atmosphere and quality and the products are the same . My husband always gets me a gift card here for my birthday $275 which is a lot of money , i felt today like it was a wasted gift I’m super disappointed. I always look forward to coming here . But I’ve realized I can get so much more at other places. Last year I was able to get a nice massage and nice facial with the amount he bought from them last year at Woodhouse day spa . Now its one or the other this year for the same price . So if you want a facial I’d go other places they are well over priced.

Staff is very pleasant. You can tell they love their jobs. Massage was great, as good as any I have ever received (probably 200+ in my life). Inside the spa it was much different than I expected, the amenities were very nice. Shower, Robe & slippers included!

This place is incredible, there are seriously no words. I came here with my girlfriend for a couples massage. I had Na’Saijah and she had Ben and they were both great. They really know what they are doing to make sure that you walk out of that room feeling relaxed and satisfied. Overall, such a great experience; definitely needed. This place met all my expectation and most importantly, the staff makes you feel so comfortable. They offered us snacks and drinks. LOVE that. They are so attentive. I will definitely come back!

Beautiful space with a relaxed atmosphere. I had Laura redo a nail disappointment. She did an amazing job. She was friendly with a great attitude and very helpful. She took extra time to make sure I was happy with the outcome.Woodhouse Spa needs to have a drink that is represented on their advertising screen! It would be awesome and a bonus to the cost of services in the current rising prices in our society.

I took a friend for the seasonal pedi as a Christmas gift. Im not sure what made it seasonal but whateves. The staff was very friendly. Facility was clean. The relaxation room is just a bunch of chairs, not very relaxing. I know this because we sat there for 45 minutes waiting on my friends toes to dry. We couldnt figure out what was wrong. Apparently she accidentally got oil instead of a clear coat, so they stayed tacky all day and she ultimately had to take it off when she got home. My service and toes looked great, sadly I payed a lot of money for a shabby gift.

I visited this place a little over a month ago. I had received a gift certificate and got a hot stone massage by Olivia. Words cannot do this place justice. My experience was amazing. From the front desk staff to the staff in passing all the way to miss Olivia her self they were all very kind and helpful. If you are looking for a place to unwind and relax this is the place. they offer you a beverage of choice, I got a mimosa. They also give you a very comfy soft lined robe with very comfy sandals. The spa itself is gorgeous and after my massage I was taken to a quiet room to finish relaxing! I was astonished by this place and cannot wait to go back!

Came in to figure out how to use a gift card because the online appointment procedure was confusing for a couples massage. I felt like the front desk staff were snobby and werent really super helpful. Now Im stuck with a gift card and dont want to go back!I have not received any emails from Sara.

I have been going to the woodhouse for 8 years! I usually love the service and Nikki for brows is fantastic. However, I cannot get the liberty location to answer the phone. I have called 3 separate days....

I can’t say enough about my wonderful experience at this spa!! The place is absolutely beautiful!! I had a deep tissue massage with Victoria and she was amazing!! I highly recommend her! The entire staff is so friendly, helpful and professional. I treated myself to this massage on birthday and it was the best part of my day! They even gave me a gift bag with some products. I’m looking forward to my next massage!!

Brittany was absolutely amazing. She was loving and very caring and she listened to all my problems I was experiencing with my body. I have fibromyalgia so my body is in constant pain all the time. She has helped me so much, I cant thank you enough. Woodhouse is very lucky to have you and so am I.

Enjoy the option for the shorter massage. If you are new, block out a chunk of time to visit. Very nicely decorated, staff was very accommodating. Enjoyed that there were no visible electronics and the store selection was nice too.

Having been to another Woodhouse location in the past, I was very underwhelmed by my visit to Liberty.I requested for my therapists to wear masks before my appointment and received confirmation that this was no problem. When I was called for my facial, my therapist did not have a mask on and I had to ask her to wear one during my facial (which felt extremely awkward given I had requested masks prior to coming). My facial service was nice and I have noticed a difference in my skin since the service.I then waiting in the quiet room for my pedicure. My therapist was running 20 minutes behind but was very apologetic. While she was pleasant and easy to talk to (why leaving this review is so much harder), the pedicure was extremely lacking (dare I say one of the worse I’ve ever had 😕). My calluses weren’t touched although the description noted that my “calluses would be buffed away”. The massage was hardly that - very short and I wouldn’t characterize the pressure used as a massage, more of a rub. The description also stated that hot volcanic stones would be used during the massage (they were not) and all I received were lukewarm towels around my legs. I paid for (but apparently did not fully receive) the lavender and seaweed sugar scrub pedicure. I’m disappointed that I spent $70 before adding a tip to basically have my nails painted .I don’t plan on returning to this location anytime soon.

I had a brow wax with Desi S, and she was amazing, patient and thorough! I have been out of commission for 2 full months, and she got my brows ALL THE WAY TOGETHER... They look natural and it was virtually pain free. She kept me laughing and put me at ease... I looked a hot mess!I was a regular customer at the Kenwood location for years, but now that I live out here, she is a blessing! She offered me some tasty infused water (no one else did) and brightened my day. Thanks!

Absolutely love this place, extremely friendly, wonderful atmosphere, and great services. Ive been to a few of the locations over the past several years and they maintain a great standard.Went today for services as a postpartum treat, and got a lovely gift from the staff that made my day.

I want to express how much I enjoy each service at this spa! It is the highlight of my month each and every time I have an appointment!It truly starts at the front desk when I enter! Melissa is a true bright spot! She greets me by name, knows my refreshment choice and my size! If every spa knew what an asset the employees at the desk bring, it would double their business! I been to this place a couple of times and had a great experience. The place is beautiful and peaceful the staff is pretty friendly. Never really paid much attention to price cause everything always seemed reasonable even with add ons but the last visit it where i was charged $140 for a basic facial. I was shocked. i have never paid $140 for a basic facial and they told me thats the normal price . I was left with no choice but to pay for the services but definitely will not be back. I have had much better facials for better price. Looked everywhere for prices and cant be found.

Took my wife here for her birthday and she loved it. She thoroughly enjoyed every minute of her pedicure and hand treatment. I received the gentlemans pedicure and it was awesome. The ladies that took care of us did a great job. Service was top notch!!

This was my third time visiting the Liberty location. My massage was spot on. My masseuse was incredibly professional and she did a phenomenal job. The location is cozy and the courtyard is perfect for relaxing pre and post treatment. The staff is friendly and the touches to their service are appreciated. The changing and shower rooms are convenient and well kept for sure.

Booked a spa treatment weeks in advance, walked in at the time the appointment was scheduled to start, and was told my “treatment has already begun” and was asked if I wanted to go ahead and get changed. After much confusion because I didn’t know what she was talking about, I learned I was supposed to be there early for my appointment, but was never told. After reading the transcript of the confirmation voicemail from the day before that showed I was, in fact, never informed that I should be there early, the woman at the front desk said, “I guess that was our mistake” - then asked again if I wanted to change and just accept that my appointment would be cut short. No apology was ever given. I chose to reschedule, and left without so much as a, “sorry about that.” This treatment was a gift, and I’d been looking forward to it for weeks. That’s about all that can be said. If I reschedule (at a different location of course, because who can relax at a spa that’s given me this first impression?), I’ll try to show up early. How early, you ask? No idea. I still never found out how early I was supposed to be.

My wife and I had pedicures and manicures done. It was my first time and I thoroughly enjoyed it. My wife’s nail paint did chip after a day. And the time was a few mins short of advertised but I still left a good review anyway. I was contacted and informed that we have a credit for the same service again. So this definitely improved my impression of this place even though I didn’t have a bad one to begin with. Would definitely recommend Woodhouse .

My sister, mom and I had a wonderful experience at Woodhouse Day Spa. The facilities are beautiful and relaxing and the staff is professional and friendly. I am not sure what brand of nail polish they used but it has lasted as long as a gel manicure. I will definitely be back.

Great experience!!!. I had the warm spiced miss wrap it was amazing. My Therapist Tika was AWESOME!!!!!. Everyone at this location was nice, kind, professional everyone had a welcoming smile on their face the energy here was great cant wait to go back to get the Seaweed wrap. I highly recommend anyone wanting a massage, body treatment five woodhouse spa a try. Ive been to two different locations and had great experiences at both.

First time spa goer. Staff was friendly and professional. Facility was clean and relaxing throughout. Prices were reasonable for the level of service, though I don’t have another spa experience to compare too. Overall, for 2.5 hours I feel like I got my money’s worth.Would definitely go again!

My wife and I booked a day here as part of an anniversary getaway and, after such a wonderful experience, we left asking ourselves how many times a year could we make the 3 hour drive to be pampered here.Needless to say, you will not leave disappointed!

We have been to The Woodhouse on 2 occasions for a couples massage. On both occasions we have been treated with smiles and friendly service. The facility has always been immaculate inside. The massage has also all been wonderful. Highly recommended.

Relaxing and comfortable. Wonderful deep tissue massage from Tyler. Staff was warm and courteous, took COVID-19 measures seriously (social distancing, masks, frequent sanitizing, room sanitizing). Spa was very quiet (it was a Monday night) and tranquil. Will return again!

The SPA is lovely and beautiful but I was very disappointed in my Hydrafacial service. I think if you’re looking for a relaxing experience Woodhouse is a great choice but if you’re looking for a REAL skin treatment look somewhere else. After expending over $300 for an 80 minute “Hydrafacial” my skin wasn’t improved.. The extractions for backheads was non-existent The treatment basically was nothing more than a couple of minutes of getting serums on my skin without extractions or other effects. The rest of the time, the experience was essentially a VERY cold mask and a VERY cold massage.

Haven did a great job with her color suggestion - I love it!. The seasonal pedicure smelled and felt wonderful. Will be back!

I booked a facial weeks in advance. I arrived a few minutes early, so, I checked my email in their parking lot prior to walking in to find a cancelation email. I called the front desk and was told I called less than an hour before and canceled due to covid. Therefor, my appointment was no longer available. No such call was made and I do not have covid.terrible customer service.

As usual I had a wonderful experience at The Woodhouse Day Spa. It was my first time at the Liberty location and it didnt disappoint .Tyler D. was my massage therapist and he did an amazing job .He was very kind and made sure I was comfortable .Will be back very soon .

I went to wood house spa 2 days ago. the facility was very beautiful and inviting, but right away my mother and i noticed the hostess didn’t seem to know what she was doing. other than that everything was great until the facials started. my mom said she had gotten a heated bed while i did not, and i was freezing the whole time. not only was i cold but the esthetician constantly talked about her personal life. after being signed up for the acne facial she said i didn’t have the type of acne for that facial, i don’t know what this means especially because i’ve suffered with acne for years, but i agreed to do the illuminating facial. she proceeds to put a chemical peel on my face which was unexpected for me. during the facial my esthetician got some of the chemical peel in my eye! after the facial was over i got up from the bed and saw there was a black spot on the bed as if she hadn’t cleaned it. 2 days after the facial my face has broken out very badly and way worse than it was initially. i sadly do not recommend this spa and will not be coming back.
