Waste of time and money. Service is horrible, they asked my areas of concern I mentioned my lower body and they only focused on my upper body. . Went for a 30 minute massage and got a 15 minute massage. They did not use the timer and when I mentioned it to them the lady nervously laughed and the other lady said next time they will set the timer but still had the audacity to charge the full $53. I will not be going back this place! I am a faithful customer to the old owners and it disappoints me to see that new management is not running the business nearly as good as them.. Now I have to find a new place to get my weekly massages.

This place does give good foot massages but they need to figure out a better booking system. I booked a Mother’s Day foot massage a week in advance but when we arrived, the lady at the front desk seemed confused and could not find our appt. There was nothing she could do to accommodate so it was an unfortunate waste of time. Will do Aroma massage in the center next time.

Was well worth the time and I left feeling rejuvenated I didnt catch the name of my the employee but I would recommend to go I was there Sunday afternoon and was not rushed for the time

New management is very good. They give great massages .

The combo foot reflexology along with some back massage was good. However, at checkout they demanded 20%; also during my foot reflexology they put a blanket over me. That was comforting. However, I think I picked up some type of rash from the blanket. I ending up itching for about a week.

Omg amazing place and the price is way more than fair. They do an awesome job - I recommend the foot/leg massage. Leave a BIG tip. You get more than you pay for and the workers should get tipped accordingly.

Very below average spa overall. Had my first and most likely last visit here today. The therapist was well skilled and did a very good foot reflexology back blend but place operates like a Costco warehouse more than therapeutic spa. Room had no music, I could constantly here heavy boot or high heel stumping in the background, another lady barges into my session to grab supplies without apologizing for interrupting what should have been a complete stress reduction and rejuvenation therapy... Quite a disappointment, no value visible....

This place is not great quality. Customer service is awful! Went in for a couples full body massage and they forgot our feet and hands were apart of the whole body.......they answered and talked on their phone at least 2X during the massage then rushed since THEY cut into our paid time. The pricing is different online vs. In person and when I went to pay and leave a $10 tip (even though it wasnt worth that or the overall price) they had the nerve to tell me I had to pay a 20% tip! Absolutely not! You never tell a paying customer what they need to tip. And so I asked if she rather I take the tip off all together and they quickly said no! Please dont waste your money here! Awful awful awful!

I got the couple’s room for 1 hour our massage hurt! We constantly had to tell them to ease up and they didn’t. I came in with pain in my right hip and left with my neck, shoulders, and arms killing me. In the middle of the massage they just put the hot rocks on my husband without no warning he wasn’t happy about that at all. I didn’t mind but you do at least need to warn someone before putting something hot on them.Also, I wish they would have a sign before going in about paying 20% of the tip. I was treating my husband and the lady demanded a $10 tip from me and him. All together the couples room was not worth $130. I feel like you should be able to tip what the service was worth. Change the price to $130 then don’t give us a receipt of $110 then make us give you a $20 undeserving tip!

I love coming here for reflexology. The hot water soak and shoulder massage ahead of time is always so relaxing. Everything is very clean and the people who work here are extremely professional and thorough. They accommodated for me different pressures during the session. I recommend this place to anyone looking for an affordable and relaxing massage.

I spend a lot of time on my feet and had noticed that doing so was creating some fluid buildup around my ankles. I come here weekly for a 90 minute foot reflexology and I find that it is just an amazing experience. Very calming, the chairs are comfortable, and the service is exemplary!

Nice staff. Had a fantastic back massage by Cici. A little awkward as there is only curtains separating individuals in each room. However Im sure the staff is aware of this and ensured curtains were closed for privacy. I felt safe and did not feel exposed. Would love to return for reflexology.

This place is top notch. I went in for a foot massage and it was the best foot massage I ever got. 1 hour foot massage is $40 even including tax. I highly recommend going here over anywhere else. I have tried other places in the area that were nowhere near as good. Dont take my word for it check it out for yourself.

This is not your average American massage. Don’t expect aroma therapy and special meditation music, etc. This is really all about the massage — and my masseuse knew just what to do, without me uttering a single word. She read my body like a street map and gave me just what I needed in 60 minutes. I called and asked if she had time and walked right around the block minutes later—on a federal holiday—for just $60.Give these ladies your business. They need clients and you need to feel better. Win-win.

The massage was good on my right side. Woman kept leaving to answer the phone. Paid for a full hour probably got 45 min. Missed my left lower back and my neck. Very unprofessional. Would go back for the foot reflexology but not a full massage

This place is relaxing and affordable. Got a one hour foot massage today. I was so relaxed during the massage!

They keep begging for tips. The masseuse went outside 2 3 times , and the owner lady come and talk inside not sure what language.. inspite of these irritating actions .. they will shout at you in their language if you dint give the tip they ask far.. totally cheap parlour in west hardford area.Don’t fall for the reviews like I did..I think they write their own reviews. TOTAL WASTE.

Had a couples hour long foot reflexology. Very relaxing and they do a very nice and thorough job. We both were very relaxed and our aches and pains were gone.

I enjoyed my foot massage the place was clean and the ambiance is so nice and cozy 🌸 The people are very nice and welcoming 🌸 I had a 90 minutes message and half way through I fell a sleep 💤 😴 can I tell you folks that I’m going to be spending all my money there 😀 that is going to be my special place I give it a 10 out of 10 trying it ✨💕💕
