I am long standing regular customer and have been shopping here for years, I recently stopped because of the lacking in customer service. Now, I am not coming back after the experience I just had. I called looking for coil replacements and they said have not heard of that one before, I responded let me look up the other name they go, is that okay?. The CSR or Employee from the location called hung up the line on me without an answer to my question or even attempting to help me.

Absolutely disappointed, I walked into the door by 7 PM and I wasn’t able to get a vape. Why would you close a vape shop at 7 pm?I mean, it’s not the end of the world, only couple minutes late, at other professional vape shops or stores, they even wait 30 minutes for you.But I guess this is what you get from leftover, old expire vapes store. 🤷🏻‍♂️🤷🏻‍♂️🤷🏻‍♂️

Kristen or Tristen I cant remember which one is her name is one of the rudest employees Ive ever dealt with. Not only did she not offer any assistance to find the correct coils. She refused to exchange the wrong ones for the right ones. All its takes is 2 seconds. We didnt even open the coils I knew the moment I opened the box it was the wrong ones. Then she was completely rude while we were in the store. Threw my license at me. And then didnt even give me a receipt for the new coils I bought. She has no business working with the public.

This is more of a review on the store/purchase policies than the individual. I got along great with the dude in the store today. Very friendly each time I visit. I told him I have an RPM 5 Pro and need a RPM 3 coil. He showed me one and I said I think its too big. He looked for a minute and said yeah, pretty sure thats it. So I went to purchase it in a 5 pack. Tried to change the coil in store. Coil wouldnt even fit in the pod, immediately put it back in the wrapping He was prepared to give me store credit, but the owner or manager was not. I was going to come for all my vaping needs. Steal $20 of mine and you get nothing. Good day. $1000 gone minimum over $20 and bad word of mouth. Might wanna rethink your policies.

The place is nice except for the clueless manager who didn’t seem to know anything about the products that they sell. Asked several questions about Kratom and she immediately rolled her eyes and said “I don’t use that stuff so I don’t know”! I get it, you don’t know but don’t be rude because you don’t know what your doing or selling. I won’t be back. I just can’t understand how someone that doesn’t know the stores products or doesn’t have good customer service can be a manager. Either way, be nice and learn your products

Attention truck drivers. This Vape shop has enough room to pull your tractor trailer in and around their parking lot. The staffs very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. Any time I’m going through Wichita Falls I take my semi and it’s a must stop.

Quality is hit and miss. Today they went from offering great suggestions to telling me I can’t buy gummies for my wife but I can still buy a vape for myself. I can buy other gummies just not those my wife wanted. Meanwhile on previous visits the skinny dude will try to sell you legit products. It’s a felony don’t fall for it. Went from a regular to I won’t be back. Order online somewhere else, cheaper and better products available elsewhere.

Love it, just moving here and they had everything I needed, and it was cheaper...double score!!! And they open at 9!! Woohoo

I’m from Washington state I drive truck all over and this place is by far THE BEST vape store I have been to. Great customer service, great selection, and amazing prices. 10/10 definitely recommend to try first you will be back.

The best vape shop in town! I am a complete regular. I never go anywhere else. Kemp may have THE EXACT SAME PRICES but this shop has a point system and EXTREME discounts. They have everything youll be looking for and if not Im sure that they can get you something at equal or better value than anywhere else.

Owner/ manager is so knowledgeable, friendly, and professional, makes every visit so wonderful!The store itself is clean, organized, and theres always a deal or sale on! Best vape shop in Wichita Falls!

I went here today, normally I have a really good experience. However today my disposable vape was burnt. I told the lady working the counter and she LITERALLY took it from me, put her mouth on it and hit it and GAVE IT BACK to tell me “it must be you cause it’s not burnt.” Okay first of all YES it was, but SECOND how is this STRANGER expecting me to put my mouth back on that mouthpiece after she put her mouth on it? That’s SO unsanitary. They had my business for MONTHS. I will NEVER go back. That’s DISGUSTING.

James and Dalton are my go to guys when it comes to all my vaping needs. The knowledge between the two of them is unreal. Thats why my wife and I continue to shop there and refer all our friends to that store.

Just bought a disposable vape from here not even about 2 days ago and it’s already burnt it puffed perfectly fine the first day go to hit again the next day and it’s burnt. I spend a lil over 30 bucks for this and I’m highly disappointed about this.

Came here to get a vape, they have a large selection of vapes. They also have mods and different juices.

This Is the only vape shop I use, the staff are really knowledgeable from starting to vape or your a veteran vaper they have you covered check it out you wont be disappointed 💯💯💯

Worst vape shop in town. Avoid at all cost. They sell expired juices and knock off merchandise.
