Best massage I ever had. Came back with friends and family. Highly recommended- all sorts of treatments and the shopping is incredible! I’d come here just to shop! Candles, clothing, you will look, feel, and walk out smelling amazing. The essentialoils for the diffusers is my fav! Cozy and Serenity are the best!!! Use for home and rentals. Totally relaxes and levels up the space. If you’re on the fence, this is your place! Also, it’s run by locals- so there’s always someone to call and talk to- just amazing! All the stars!

My wife absolutely loves getting her massages and facials at this spa and bought me a gift certificate for Christmas to try them out and I was incredibly impressed as I travel extensively for work and have visited the best of the best! My massage was amazing and the Deep Tissue was superb and the atmosphere was a true spa feel with complete quiet and very knowledgeable therapists who really addressed my chronic neck and back issues. I enjoyed every aspect and the hot tea was a nice surprise also.. I have already rebooked for next month and look forward to my next visit in this tranquil retreat!

Worst massage I have ever had and only not positive massage review I have written outside of one massage envy which was charging me membership fees illegally after canceling multiple times and kept doing it despite interventions… you get the point. I think some of this could be related to the particular massage therapist but some not. It is a really beautiful spa the nicest I have been to in Wilmington but it smelled so stale, the beds were moist and did not seem clean and it was COLD and the bed was not heated. Also, it is on you who they hire. My preference is to have a female therapist and to be fair I really should have specified this when making the appointment or even asked but I didn’t do that’s on me. Admittedly I have had so many massages in my life if I had to guess upwards of 100 in my 30 years of life. Many of the times the nicer spas will ask your preference of a male or female or you make the appointment online. For example another spa in Wilmington I was looking to make an appointment and they asked if it was okay if it was a man and I said I would just rather not. However I have had a few massages my a male therapist and typically it’s uncomfortable for me for the first few minutes or so and then it doesn’t matter at all because you are relaxed and I’m over it. This was not my experience at all. It was as gen z would say “a vibe”. He would NOT stop talking during the massage itself. That is my absolute pet peeve. There are only two maybe three massages I have had where they talk during the massage outside of asking if the pressure is okay in the first few minutes. It should be that you are so relaxed that you can’t respond. He asked unnecessary questions like “How long have you been having headaches?” “Are you cold, you seem very cold to the touch and laughs…” while massaging my clavicle like that’s not even a question. Asking how it’s going every few minutes is just terrible. He also did this neck stretch that to be fair he asked if it was okay but it literally pulled some kind of muscle in my neck on the right side. Massages can cause some pain afterwards but this is different. No business doing a stretch like that forcing your neck forward especially when my only complaint was chronic migraines. Also, he massaged my inner thighs with light pressure. I have only had one other massage in my life that did that but it was by a girl to be fair but it felt more intentional. Also, I had scheduled a deep tissue massage and it 100% was not that. It was a Swedish massage with all those standard techniques. Also, the massage I scheduled was supposed to be lavender. We did aromatherapy at the beginning and end and it was in the oil. I love lavender. I have had all different brands of lavender essential oil and lavender scented all kinds of stuff, this did not smell like lavender at all. I told the lady at the front desk that and she said it was and that’s totally fine maybe it was a different type of lavender or some kind of mix. I almost suspect some kind of CBD oil but that’s me being overly paranoid at this point just because it smelled a little like that but I did not ask for that and did not want that at all. In conclusion. I really recommend other spas/massage places. I’ve been to 5 other ones in Wilmington and all were better experiences than this I just went here because I had a gift card. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Had a one hour massage with Micah and it was terrific!! I highly recommend him.Then I had a facial with Kathleen. Best facial I have ever had! I looked younger - 😀

My favorite spa. The massage therapists and estheticians are professional, knowledgeable and experienced. Ki Spa is a place to relax. The atmosphere is so “ooh-la-la” from the moment you walk in. Every detail is thoughtful, to make your experience special. I love when my husband gives me gift certificates here!

I absolutely love this spa and all their services, however I want to give a big shout out to Seth! Everytime I see Seth I feel like a completely different person walking out of the Spa. He is able to give me exactly what I was hoping for and more. He is able to work out my problem areas and promote relaxation all at the same time. Not only is he very knowledgeable and skilled but is a very kind and genuine guy that truly cares about healing the body. Thank you!

Omg this was my first time being here and I absolutely loved it . They are so nice and they make sure your comfortable and everything . I loved the soothing music and hot towel they put over your eyes really helps u to relax and the private shower was my favorite part with shampoo conditioner and extra rags it. At the end they offer tea TEA u guys. I left there with the smoothest body and the sent of a goddess yes I will be coming back. 😂😂😂❤️❤️❤️

If I could this place 0 stars I would. I have an appt at 10 am today and as I am turning in to park I get a call with a cancellation. Apparently, the person I’m scheduled with fell ill and won’t be in. I just drove 45 minutes and do not understand why I wasn’t informed earlier, maybe, preferably before I made the drive. Unprofessional to say the very least. Nothing was offered for the extreme inconvenience. However, if I had canceled last minute I would have been charged a fee or the entire service.

I had to leave this review due to it being the worst massage ever. I get massages frequently and I have visited most spas locally. My masseuse had no technique. She applied small amounts of pressure to my knots but then didnt follow through with working them out. I ended up getting a massage elsewhere a couple days later to alleviate the pain. I paid for an add on of a scalp massage which consisted of fingertips lightly pressing my scalp.....not worth the 15 minutes. Beautiful place but thats not what matters to me. I am all about spending on self care but Ki Spa DID NOT deliver for me. It was almost double the price as other places and poor quality. My friend also had a bad experience with her masseuse who dug into her and was not paying attention to her body language. I dont understand the hype?

For several years now Ki Spa has hosted a special Breast Cancer night for survivors. My first time at Ki was on that special night. Ive been several times since then. The place and people of Ki Spa are amazing. The massage therapists have always been great. Especially Zeke! The ladies in the spa are very sweet, helpful and friendly. They have great product for sale at reasonable prices. I highly recommend this place!

Kathleen is a healer🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽 I got the Salt Glow scrub. She is incredibly gifted in what she does! I wish we lived closer to Ki spa!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

The most upscale experience from start to finish. Always greeted with such kindness and attention. Every massage I have had here has exceeded any other massage elsewhere. They are true professionals that can read your body. Seth instantly was able to find and focus on my problem areas and relieve so much tension. He is extremely skilled and professional. I highly recommend treating yourself with a visit to this spa for their services. You won’t ever go elsewhere once you experience ki spa! We will be back soon, thank you!

I love this spa! The staff are always suggesting products that make my life easier. Switching to Jurlique products and the Farmhouse scrubs have changed my life. Oh, did I mention that they sponsor annually a Cancer survivor night with free spa services. It’s so humbling to have someone make me a priority for an hour. ❤️❤️

Through the years, I have enjoyed the Ki Spa and everyone is so nice. Last night I had a wonderful massage with JLicca celebrating breast cancer survivors. I have enjoyed manicures and pedicures and they sale Zoya, which is one of the safer polishes. Thank you, Ki Spa ladies!

Cant thank Jenny and Kay enough for their help. This was my first time having any spa services before, and everyone was so kind and supportive. Jenny literally melted away 3 years of grad school stress and tension, and Kay made me feel like a queen. Thank you all so much, you do amazing work.

I got my girlfriend a gift certificate including 60min Massage and Mani/Pedi for Easter and when she called to schedule an appointment the receptionist was rude. She waited a little while longer and tried again to schedule, this time she got her massage which she did enjoy but, when it came time for mani/pedi they were in-between nail techs. Its been over 4 months, since I purchased the certificate and we have not had a good experience with Ki Spa Salon. I would not recommend this place. I hope your experience with this place has been better than ours.

Was gifted a 60 min foot reflexology session and this was such a wonderful massage experience. Soft sounds, light aromatherapy, and a talented therapist. I’ll be happy to receive this as gift anytime!

I give 2 stars for the few good skilled people that remain there. The turn over of staff, is telling of it’s management. For the price I always feel rushed and pushed to buy something. There are too many independent massage therapists and estheticians in this town with talent to put up with this Unclean environment and hurried service.

I highly, highly recommend Emma (Esthetician) at Ki Spa -- she was fabulous, knowledgeable and kind. I had a wonderful experience & feel great -- will definitely be back on a more regular basis.

I have seen several massage therapists for treatment of neck pain, and all are incredibly friendly and have done excellent jobs! The front desk are sweet & helpful, and they have an excellent choice for products!

I have been a customer for years. The atmosphere is so relaxing. The decor is beautiful. I am always relaxed once I leave. Perfect place to get your self pampered.

IF I COULD GIVE THE OWNER / MANAGER NO STARS I WOULD. I HAVE BEEN TO MANY DIFFERENT DAY SPAS AND THIS ONE CONSTANTLY RATES BELOW PAR. THE FIRST TIME HERE HAD A MASSAGE THE THERAPIST WAS MEDIOCRE AT BEST. THE SPA ITSELF IS VERY NICE AND COMFORTABLE. THE SECOND TIME I HAD A GIFT CERTIFICATE. WHEN I CALLED TO SET UP MY APPOINTMENT THE GIRL ON THE PHONE SAID THAT THE CERTIFICATE WHICH SAID ON THE FRONT GOOD FOR ONE ONE HOUR MASSAGE ON IT WOULD ONLY COVER HALF OF THE SERVICE. AFTER GOING AROUND AND AROUND I WAS CORRECT AND SHOULD RECEIVE A MASSAGE AND ONLY HAVE TO PAY GRATUITY. THIS THERAPIST IS MUCH BETTER AND IF SHE IS SMART SHE WILL LEAVE THIS PLACE AND GO TO ANOTHER SALON THAT HAS BETTER MANAGEMENT. ONCE THE MASSAGE WAS OVER AND MANAGEMENT WAS DONE TRYING TO UP-SALE OVERPRICED ITEMS FROM THEIR STORE IT WAS TIME OT PAY MY BILL. MY BILL CONTAINED A 10.00 FEE THAT I HAD NO IDEA WHAT IT WAS FOR. I TALKED TO THE OWNER AND HE INFORMED ME THAT HIS PRICE HAD GONE UP SINCE THE CERTIFICATE WAS PURCHASED. I TOLD HIM I SHOULDNT HAVE TO PAY ANY ADDITIONAL FEES AND THAT I SHOULD HAVE BEEN INFORMED OF THIS WHEN I SHOWED UP. THE OWNER WAS VERY POM-PUS AND RUDE AND I RECOMMEND GOING SOMEWHERE WHERE THE STAFF ARE GLAD YOUR A CUSTOMER.

Nice staff, didnt personally love the decor and atmosphere, massages were mediocre. Not bad, just not great for the money. But staff was friendly and helpful
