Absolutely amazing experience at 20 Orange Spa! As a weekend visitor in Wilmington, I opted for the mud wrap, massage, and reflexology package, and it was pure bliss - thank you, Kristen!!! The staff was incredibly professional and welcoming. As a small group of 3, they made us feel relaxed from the moment we walked in. The mud wrap left my skin feeling rejuvenated and smooth, the massage was perfectly tailored to relieve all my tension, and the reflexology session was both relaxing and invigorating. The ambiance was serene and beautifully maintained. The small bites at the end were the perfect treat. This spa is a hidden gem, and I cant recommend it highly enough! Ill definitely be back on my next visit to Wilmington.

Wonderful downtown spa! The space is very CLEAN, warm and inviting. Christy is AMAZING! I wish I could give her 10 stars! Loved the massage and scalp treatment!Like any downtown location, it has its quirks....like sharing the space with a dental office below and finding street parking. I did feel that my massage table was quite firm and creaky...I wish it was softer and thicker.Overall, a great experience and I would absolutely book with Christy again!!!

20 Orange Spa provided the absolute best experience for me and my husband today! We were in Wilmington for our anniversary, and we arrived late to our couples massage due to leaving my phone at the hotel and having to double back halfway to the spa. The receptionist was so kind and calming, and they still provided our full 60 minutes!! We were shocked, as a lot of places will just say tough luck, which they should because that is their precious time. My therapist was the best I have literally ever had! Very knowledgeable about anatomy, very patient with muscles that were especially tight, and he released so much in that short time all with what felt like gentle touch. I was amazed, and I am a physical therapist! Also, the facilities are spotless, comfortable modern and brand new. You will be very pleased with 20 Orange Spa, and we cannot thank them enough! Just wish they were local!

I recently purchased the Wellington package for two. The receptionist was very welcoming, and we enjoyed the clean sauna and cold plunge area. Both massages by Amanda and Christy were excellent. However, the facials were a bit disappointing. I get monthly facials elsewhere, the treatment here was sloppy: the lip mask smeared beyond my lips, and the face masks got stuck in our hair and were improperly applied to our eyelids and my inner eye corners, causing eye irritation. This was my friend’s first facial, so it was a shame that she had the same issues with the same esthetician. My facial was also cut short. Although our faces were glowing afterward, the experience was not worth the over $800 we spent.

Aaron was great! The massage was incredible and hes just a great guy in general. Highly recommendAlso, we liked how gratuity was included in the prepaid total. Zero hassle experience.Will definitely come back next time in Wilmington!

My boyfriend and I had a couples massage here and everything from the employees to the atmosphere to the accommodations was great. They provided us with complimentary orange infused water, champagne, chocolate treats, a bath robe, slippers, and a tote bag for our things . Kiristen and Amanda did a great job making us feel relaxed and providing a great massage. We will definitely be back! :)

The whole team at 20 Orange spa is so welcoming and friendly. Tried the fire and ice treatment at the spa! Wow, my muscles felt so good and relaxed after the cold plunge. Highly recommend if you’re an athlete or have tight muscles.

Recently had my first facial with Hannah and absolutely loved every second! The spa is comfy and clean. All of the staff was so friendly. I will definitely be coming in regularly to treat myself! 10/10 recommend!

I LOVED my afternoon at 20 Orange. The sugar scrub and the massage by Amanda were exactly what I needed! If you have any IT band, hip flexor, glute and hamstring issues like I do then I highly recommend Amanda and her skilled hands!

First let me start off by saying that this Spa was amazing!! The feel of it was luxurious, serene, clean, and comfortable. Everything was really easy with the check in process and the woman at the front desk was also really nice.I specifically got the lovebirds escape because it was my husbands birthday and it was a great experience. He felt rejuvenated, and I felt relaxed afterwards. The masseuses are professional! Which was lovely.I’d definitely book another appointment here!

I recently came to 20 Orange Spa on March 1st and it was hands down one of the best spa experiences that I have ever had! I started my spa day by being greeted by the sweetest and most easy going receptionist. She promptly, had my milk rose warm bath already prepared for me. Then next, my massage therapist Christy warmly greeted me for my 60 min massage that was extremely relaxing and also such a high-quality massage. Christy helped relieve some of the trigger point pain all through my shoulders and neck area that I really needed. She truly listened to my requests all throughout the massage and I CANNOT WAIT to be back soon for another massage with her. After my massage was completed an esthetician named Hannah kindly greeted me. The services that I received with her started with a Glo2 illuminating facial, followed by a lip scrub and hydrating treatment, ending with a rose jelly mask. This facial was amazing and Hannah was the sweetest. Her positive energy and high quality esthetician services, beyond exceeded my expectations. I could easily drive to a spa in Raleigh NC, but I would rather make a 1 hour and 40 minute commute to 20 Orange Spa any day. Because, this spa is a hidden gem and truly values the quality of their services that they provide to their clients. My experience couldnt have been any better. I will definitely be a forever reoccurring client! Do yourself a favor and enjoy a self care day at this amazing spa, you couldnt go wrong with ANY service or ANY provider!

Just had a facial with Hannah. Cannot tell you in words how relaxing it was. Felt like I just had the best nap ever! And I came away with a healthy feeling, bright face! Had just the 30 minute facial. Will have to have the hour long one next!! Great spa!!

20 Orange Spa is amazing. From my first step into the spa it was welcoming, friendly, kind and gave me the feeling of relaxation. Christy was my massage therapist and was extremely professional, so caring and gave me the best massage I have had since moving to North Carolina 6 years ago. Christy was very kind and is truly a wonderful massage therapist. I cannot wait to come back next month for another massage. I highly recommend 20 Orange Spa and Christy!

Definitely go here! Scheduling was easy, they have free parking in downtown and everyone is friendly. I had a massage with Aaron that was out of this world. He was the most thoughtful and communicative therapist Ive ever had and really helped with problem areas I didnt know I had. I felt very listened to, which is most important! I also had a facial with Hannah and she was SO nice with walking me through my skin care routine and recommendations. I would come back in a heartbeat!

Christy was not only very kind and knowledgeable but the massage was the perfect pressure/blend of relaxing and releasing. Literally walked out feeling like I knew person! Lol. Really appreciate the time Hannah took to explain the facial and customize it to skincare needs. This also felt very rejuvenating! Would definitely recommend!!

20 Orange Spa is the most relaxing and awesome spa I have ever been to. The staff is so incredibly friendly and accommodating, it really adds to the experience. I have been using the fire and ice package for over a month and have had immense improvements mentally and physically, especially with lower leg injuries. It is a really great idea for a date or just relaxing.

Had a girls spa day and it was amazing! The staff were extremely kind and went above and beyond to ensure we had the best day! Every massage therapist was great! I had JC and she went above and beyond to help find the root of my pain, work it out and even teach me a few stretches to do at home that would help. She was attentive, invested, determined and so very kind. Had such a great experience that I booked another massage before I left! Highly recommend.

What an amazing spa! My husband and I got to experience the Lovebirds Escape and it was worth every penny. The guest reception area is modern and aesthetically pleasing with offerings of refreshing orange water while you wait. The sauna and plunge room was spacious and clean. We got to relax in there and enjoy champagne/chocolates for half an hour which was plenty of time because that sauna was HOT and the plunge pool was FREEZING, yet it felt so good. Then we enjoyed a 75 minute massage and therapists were both excellent. Extremely professional, skilled, and considerate of our preferences. I wanted a gentle calming massage while my husband wanted a deep tissue. We walked out feeling amazing. I highly recommend and will also be coming back.

First time to this spa. The services were outstanding. I had a body scrub and clay wrap plus massage with Christy. Most relaxing two hours of 2023. She is really gifted. I told Christy that her touch feels like love.Spa is also lovely and the staff so kind and accommodating.

20 Orange St is a must visit spa. From the moment you enter, you are pampered and the attention to detail is amazing. Greeted by JC, who might just be the kindest person anywhere, we felt at home immediately. My scrub, mud wrap and massage were A++ - so so good! A must have too is the scalp massage - WOW! I highly recommend 20 Orange massages by Christy Bogdan. If you are looking to move emotional trauma, mind from the body, or only a deeply relaxing experience, her therapy massage will keep you returning for more. It was thoroughly enjoyable, and exceeded expectations.

It is so rare for me to consider leaving a 5 star review for anything, especially for a spa, because I am super picky about my experiences with them. Massages feel vulnerable! Additionally, I need very deep pressure to experience any relief, and thats very difficult to find. Christy is AMAZING, I almost dont even have words, she is so obviously skilled at what she does. She was such a pleasure to work with and the spa staff is wonderful. Im moving out of Wilmington, so I cant continue to see Christy, and Im so disappointed I cant just like bring her with me to Charlotte. She has helped tremendously with my back pain and she does not ever make me feel like a burden for being a difficult patient to work on (she even says its fun, now thats skill)! I will miss her dearly. Please go see her if you are considering getting a massage in town!

This place is awesome, clean and therapeutic. It’s everything you need for a self-care day. My husband purchased me a spa day here a year ago and been going ever since. Make sure you see Christy! She’s the absolute best. She’s professional, polite, knowledgeable and gives the best massages. I see her every two weeks! Gooooo and get on her books now!!

I would like to give a special shout out and kudos to Kaliyah! I was having issues with trying to book a surprise spa package for my wife on her birthday, but Kaliyah swooped right in and helped! This place is just so wonderful. We felt so comfortable. My husband and I got massages before our wedding. We had a wonderful experience. I have since been back a second time, and it was also wonderful with highly qualified practitioners. I highly recommend them!!!

20 Orange Spa is the place in Wilmington to get a massage! The staff is absolutely amazing. It’s located downtown, so it’s perfect for date night! I’ve personally had Autumn, and let me tell you, she is AMAZING!!!! Getting a massage here is such an experience! I would give more stars if I could!

This was an absolutely wonderful experience. I was gifted the orange you so beautiful package for Christmas. Christy did an amazing job with my clay wrap and massage. I left feeling so relaxed. The entire staff was so nice and accommodating. Also, make sure to add on the body butter, you will not be disappointed!! I will definitely be back!

Ok it takes a lot for me to leave a five star review for a massage. I am pretty picky! The massage that I got from JC was honestly worth 10 stars if that was an option! This was hands-down, one of the single, most best massages I’ve ever had. JC is very intuitive, and is a master of her craft for sure. If you’ve never experienced a five star massage, this is the place to get it. I will definitely be returning as often as possible!

I was visiting Wilmington from Chicago. A very long motorcycle ride and I was in need of a massage. I found 20 Orange Spa and very glad I did. Kay was amazing! She did a wonderful deep tissue massage and also incorporating stretching of my neck. I was very happy with the services I received! If I lived in the area I would visit 20 Orange Spa all the time!

Very relaxing vibe. I have a knee injury, this place is located on the 2nd floor. They have an elevator, but it was malfunctioning and it took a minute to get it to work. But they kinda cut my time short for my massage which I didnt like. Everyone was nice though. Cool atmosphere.

Kristen and Aaron were absolutely fantastic. JC and Tristen were so friendly. Such a great experience. Definitely will be back when we’re in town.

So I booked a package deal that came with first a 20 min infra red sauna sit followed by a Vanilla coffee body scrub followed by a Swiss shower rinse off and finally a 60 min Swedish massage by Kashira and OMGGGAHHH!!!! I came in with sore shoulders and just all out tired and worn out.. I feel absolutely revived y’all.. Massage is so important to our bodies and overall health and I appreciate my services today.. I will be back for more. Thanks 20 Orange for the great hospitality and a big thanks to KASHIRA for making me feel so much better to start my relaxing weekend.

I booked the monthly May package for my fiance it was a fantastic easy and and Im Sasha therapist even worked with us due to her being late for the massage he conveniently worked with us to set up another appointment in which we were grateful we were 100% satisfied and the experience was wonderful thank you guys I would highly recommend it to anyone.
