This is my favorite vape store in the area, including of all of the Kure/Mad Vapes. The girls that work here are ALWAYS so helpful and friendly. Highly recommend!!!!

I like this place a lot friendly employees. However on a Monday with a “be back in five minutes” sign up there’s nobody there after 15 minutes of waiting

The folks there were a great help to me in getting the right product for what I needed. Wonderful people!!!

Went in for the first time earlier today and was thoroughly impressed. The staff members are super polite and they definitely know their products. Clean and organized store with lots of options. 10 out of 10 I will be back

I walked in and was immediately greeted, I asked about a flavor and I received 3 different recommendations. Very knowledgeable.I even had a problem with a bottle breaking on me because of the juices packaging. I was telling them about what had happened and I knew there was nothing they could do, it was on the company, they went above and beyond what they had to do for me(which was absolutely nothin.) I would highly recommend this store to anyone. The manager there is on top of his game and takes coustomer service to another level of awesome!

Over priced juice, but GREAT customer service. Staff member was very nice and helped me get my tank unstuck from my mod. Ended up paying $7 more for a 60ml bottle of juice I usually purchase from the vape shop in my area. They did give me a free squeeze bottle though, which was nice.

One of the most professional vape shops in town. Really glad to have them, as they actually take the time to help customers find the right solution for them. Never had a bad experience here.

Decent shop. Plenty to choose from as far as mods and tanks go. However, the “manager” was not so knowledgeable. After telling them what I wanted in a juice flavor, they “couldn’t really say” what juices they had to match. Not only that, the juice they sold me was EXPIRED. Also, upon telling them what tank and coils I use, they assumed that the specific juice “should be ok” in that setup. Nope. It burned up the replacement coils I purchased the same day. Come on man. It’s your job to know what pg/vg blend works best in what tanks, what flavor profile the juices you sell have, or when they EXPIRE!!!! Fortunately , this particular “manager” doesn’t normally work at the shop next to my house. Unfortunately, I’m out $40 on juice and coils that I threw away. Buyer beware, and make sure you do your own research before you step into one of these shops. You might just know more than ninety percent of the staff!!!!

Women who answered the phone was short and eager to get off the call. They sold me a pack of coils that was opened and seals broken which wouldn’t matter IF WE WERENT IN THE MIDDLE OF A PANDEMIC! Prices aren’t that great either...

I have been spending my money at this location since I moved to Wilmington 7 months ago. I always try to support local business but these guys sell products, and dont sell replacement parts for the products they sell. Why? Because they dont want me to buy a simple rubber ring they only costs a couple bucks. No, they want me to spend another 50 on a tank that I just bought 3 months ago. I have spent close to 2k in that store over the past 6 months, and now they wont be getting another penny from me. Learn to support the products you sell, or youll continue to lose loyal customers like myself. And you can ask any of the employees in that store, I was there AT LEAST twice a week. NO MORE!

I went to this shop for the first time today in order to get some coils that my usual shop was out of stock on. After the guy scanned them and told me the price I told him to just put them back. For 2 (5) packs of Smok salt Nic coils they wanted $42! That honestly insane. I usually get them for $11 a piece and just to verify I havent had a rare deal from my usual shop, I checked the web. Literally every result was no more than $13 a piece. I understand making some margin on your product but to charge double of the going rate is just bad business. I cant speak for the rest of the product pricing there, but I would advise anyone to do some quick research on the average prices from other vendors before buying anything from this place!

Today, 10/25/2019, was my first visit at this particular Madvapes location. I have been to their other stores in the Wilmington area, and this is by far the best vape shop in town. I have been a Madvapes customer a very long time. Before they made their way to Wilmington I would order all of my vape items from them. When I learned they where coming I was stoked. However, upon visiting their other stores in town, I was disappointed with the lack of customer service I received. Until today. I visited the Ogden location at 6:30pm. I was immediately greeted with a how may I help you and a smile from both gentleman that where there. The young bearded fellow waited on me. He spent time with me allowing me to taste the juices and figure out what I wanted. We had a nice conversation in between as well. The juice was made right in front of me as we chatted. He allowed me to taste before I purchased to make sure I was happy with it. He took the time to get to know me and my vaping habits. You guys just earned yourself a new customer to this location. I wish I would have gotten the gentlmans name that took care of me. You dont find that kind of customer service anymore. Great job guys!

I can’t remember her name but a super sweet young brunette girl helped me today and she was fabulous!! Very helpful and informative. She exceeded my expectations and I will definitely return!

I went in today to shop for a new vape kit. I usually get SmokTech but this time I got the Vaporesso Luxe PM40 Kit and I love it!!! The customer service at this place is A+, I was assisted in store by Shelby F. and she was so helpful, explained everything about the kit, how to use it, etc. Im so used to vape stores just simply saying this one is good, buy it, and goodbye without any instructions that I was genuinely surprised by the level of attention she gave me and the help she provided. Definitely will shop with them again. Shelby is an excellent employee at Kure CBD and Vape.

Hunter and his team are awesome! They have a great warranty for their products and they treat their customers with such respect. I love coming here.

Single handedly the greatest experience Ive had in a vapeshop! The staff is incredible, everyone whos helped me has been as knowledgeable as they were friendly. This is definitely my new favorite shop!

Been going to this location since its grand opening, Holly, Sam, Matt, Nick and Grayson were the homies to go and talk to back in the day. This location thanks to Grayson and Hunter still hits close to home! In my opinion Grayson has been your most valuable employee since day one! Grayson has always been there to serve my vaping needs each and everytime, Grayson always came through even to the point of personally calling me to come pick up juice that was held for me! They both deserve raises for sure for outstanding customer service!

I have had all amazing experiences everytime I shop at this store. Everyone is so personable and knowledgeable. 10 out of 10 would reccomend to anyone and everyone!

I went to get coils before the hurricane hit and they had closed early. The clerk opened the door and gave me a free coil to last me through the storm, and for the inconvenience, promised me a discount on the full pack when they reopen. Best customer service ever!

Fast friendly service. I never have to wait when I go in and they always have the flavors I need. Definitely recommend if you are trying to quit smoking. I tiered down in nicotine and finally nicotine free.

Horrible customer service. I went in to buy my own PG iquid to make my own eqliqid, he was extremely rude. IT was WAYYY overpriced like literally the Pg solution is 10x cheaper from walmart or different pharmacies. and even seemed mad I wanted to make my own liquid instead of theres!

Go see Xavier. Just finished spending about 30 minutes with this man. He explained the different options I had switching to vaping from JUUL. I walked out with my new kit, three different juice flavors and a firm grasp of what I had bought and why. I will be back to this same location in the future for all my vaping business

This place is horrible. I’m 48 and have to have IDI’m old enough be there parent. And when the computer is down might as well leave they can sell nothing. Madvapes Surf City hundred times better

Knowledgeable and helpful staff good variety of products i go out of my way to visit this store above other vape shops its 20 mins away from where i live and i pass many other stores on the way but prefer to shop here

Horrible customer service went in there with my boyfriend and my friend for him to buy vape juice they gave us attitudes for not having our ids when the person who was purchasing had his ID and practically kicked us all out because we came in as a “group”.
