I relocated from NJ, where I had a wonderful head shop that was incomparable…until now.I broke my piece so I walked in looking for a new one. I knew what I wanted. Randall (hope I spelled your name correctly bud) was on it!On his feet the whole time pulling pieces out left and right telling me everything about them.I received my glass, shop has a great selection, deals, bags and above all hospitality. I enjoyed chatting and giving you my business as you made me feel welcome and sold me a quality item at a fair price. Can’t beat it. Go here. They care and have a lot of knowledge!!

We were in town for a show at The Palm Room and went to 5 other smoke shops looking for local unique glass pieces until we found your place. Excellent selection, and outstanding service! Dude (didn’t catch his name) was super knowledgeable in the glass and the artists behind them.

Not to mention annual drawings throughout the year for great prizes or in store credit. And usually to get tickets for the drawings its a ticket per $10 You spend in the store. AWESOME staff. I’ve gotten every piece I’ve ever bought from here and will continue to do so. I was a couple dollars short recently and Rick (bald guy haha!) put me out the door no questions asked. Between him and Randall this store is ran correctly and they really care about their customers. I wish I could give 6 stars.

The staff is very knowledgeable on their products. Never disappointed when I leave. Awesome selections, and the best prices. Pretty forgiving as well. I broke a piece on my way home, and they gave me 30% off the replacement. Best shop in town for ALL your smoking needs.

Every time I have gone in they have been super rude and unhelpful. The guy almost acted offended when I asked him for help with the juices. He gave us a book and everyone we wanted to try they didn’t carry. Disappointed for sure as this location is within walking distance of my house and I don’t drive. I go to the vape store at least once a week and would spend a good amount of money but I will not be back to this one.

Best pieces, best prices, and friendliest staff in Wilmington, if not the east coast hands down. Even if something is slightly out of your price range, 9 times out of 10 they will work with you to bring the price down as much as they can. You wont leave disappointed.

I live down the road from here and this is my main shop for vapes and other smoking accessories. The staff are all super friendly and knowledgeable and the glass they keep in stock is high quality. Prices are also slightly lower than other places in town. Highly recommend

TLDR; Lost a 5 year customer who has purchased atleast 5 expensive glass pieces over that time, including 2 carta focus v in the past 2 months (one as a gift) and word of mouth due to return policy. Is good customer service, business practice and ethics a thing anymore?I went in to purchase a replacement part for my carta focus v that I had purchased from here about 2 months prior. I questioned the man about what parts I might need. He was uneducated on the products in there and told me he did not have one and to go on YouTube. As an owner, manager, or salesman part of good customer service is knowledge of products or to find out if needed, or recommend a reputable source.I had purchased an atomizer for a carta focus v as my unit was flashing white lights and would not work. After going home with purchase I find that atomizer did not work also, and my unit would still not power on. So the atomizer was never used.After inspecting receipt for return policy and finding none, I went directly back to the store, within an hour, to return the replacement part. Upon arriving I checked door as well for return policy, and none hanging.The man who was managing came from the back to explain he would not accept the return, even though there were no signs of use and had been packaged as it was sold to me.My options were to pick something else out in the store or keep the atomizer. I asked if I could receive a gift card for future use, which I felt was a compromise, especially if he was willing for me to swap it out for something of equal value, but he denied that option.So I kept the atomizer that also did not work for my unit and could have been defective, although he did not inquire more.Customer service is important in a retail business and if they valued that practice at this business he would have been more accommodating. A gift card would have gotten me back in the store again and potentially spending more money and would have not cost him a penny more! Instead I’m out $65 on a replacement part that didn’t work and it cost him a repeating customer and word of mouth.

My daughter purchased a tank there yesterday and it leaks they will not take it back. Terrible customer service and policy. The person she talked to said the owner would not accept a return once liguid is put in the tank. How else do you find out it leaks? They sold a defective tank and no she’s out the money for nothing. Very disappointed how this looks for a visitor to our city. Shame on you.

Ive been here twice. the staff are super nice. i bought a vaporizer and unfortunately it was defective (the battery would not charge). they took it back, no problem, and exchanged it for a new one. that vaporizer worked perfectly, but i HATED it. not their fault at all...

BEWARE INSPECT YOUR GLASS BEFORE PURCHASE..Okay so I really enjoy smoke rings because they have a great selection of pieces and the staff is knowledgeable/amiable. However, on Halloween I took advantage of their deal and got two different pieces of glass. One of them being a large water pipe called a Lookah. To the first glance you would not have noticed it, but once I took that $250 piece home I saw three cracks in it that were 100% not caused by me from going to the store straight home with the piece covered in bubble wrap... I am extremely cautious and take care of my expensive products. So, I immediately called back saying that the piece I got was cracked and if there was anything they could do for me the guy that just spent $600 in your store.. Big fat noooo sir. I understand there is a policy written there saying inspect all glass before purchase/no returns but this place constantly prides themselves on customer support yet gave me absolutely none. How can you sell a broken piece and not offer me a single thing? Disappointing for sure. Woke up the next morning with water all over my floor from the slow leaking crack.

Ive always done business here but went in the other day to get a pipe they pointed out one bought it and took it home to find out the glass didnt all match up and had air leaks I talked to the guy and he gave me a glass blowers number and told me to figure it out. Always hyped it up after spending so much money In this store and all I got was just a big paper weight.

If you need vape juice or acc , def a awesome head shop $ an selection. Knowledgeable staff. Just know , no cash can be handed back but store credit. Even if the employee has the cash in there hand an not even in the drawer yet. Even at that point you cant dispute a unexpected price. No cash back. Cash wasnt put of hand yet but....

Used to come here a bunch but has become the worst smoke shop in Wilmington. Sells faulty, overpriced products and refuses to accept returns. Rude staff too that takes forever to serve customers. Overall bad business practices.

There glass is mostly China made machine blown glass, and its handled poorly in transit to the store. Most pieces are blown uneven causing the percs not to work properly, and even the pieces where the percs work the outside glass is blown uneven in spots. Meaning its thick in some spots and super thin in others. Bought a water pipe a few weeks ago and today I barely tapped it with a glass slide and boom the bottom shattered. When I looked at the beaker bottom the spot where it shattered was paper thin, where other spots looked 6-8 mm thick. They overprice there pieces so when you go in and want one they can offer you this CRAZY deal. Whole place sucks from the top to the bottom. The smoke rings in Raleigh is the same way. Other stores charge more for similar pieces because they are actually QUALITY GLASS. Wont be going back and would advise others to do the same.

I bought jpod refills and juice together. They didnt tell me the regular juice wouldnt work in the juul refills. So either they dont know their product or just dont care. Either way I drove past their store to go somewhere else to buy the salt juice I needed. I would have continued to go there for all my supplies if they had not let me waste money on something I couldnt use.

The guy working last weekend was the man. I think he said his name was “Austin.” He helped me with every single question I asked and was one of the most knowledgeable guys I’ve ever met! Really good vibes going on here! Thanks Austin and Smoke Rings! You guys rock!

The guy was really nice, showed me what I was looking for, I was in and out in 5 min. Got a great piece at an even better price. Never going back to expressions. Military friendly

Spoke to him on phone. He said he had cotton pads for my rebuildable vape tank. I go in to get the cotton and it is in a ziplock bag of eight cotton balls that has a piece of tape on it that says Organic cotton balls $2.50.This means that he went to Walmart and bought a bag of HUNDREDS of cotton balls for $4 and is taking them out, putting them in the bag eight at a time, and charging $2.50 for them.And dont get me started on their overpriced vape equipment. Some of their hardware is over double what other shops charge and over triple what online retailers sell them for.Needless to say, I didnt buy the cotton and will never be back in there again.
