Sold me a bad pen and when I brought it back I was told there was nothing they could do. Then got offered 15% off of my next pen. Why would buy another broken pen from you? Do better.

Love this place. They have good products alex and Sierra are the best and the shop is really nice and clean definitely go here all the time.

Dont coming here again I buy a vape and the taste was funny a talk to the lady there and she put here mouth in my vape to taste the flavor and then she said nothing was wrong with the vape unfortunately I cant change it I dont care if she put a cover in the vape thats nasty other places in town they change the vape and that sit...a did not appreciate this because now I got my vape in my car with no use spending money 😔😔

Usually enjoy it here, but they were supposed to open 15 minutes ago and there is (still) no sign of an employee :/Five minutes later, still nothing. Unfortunately, this isnt a good review. My husband was so excited to bring me here!EDIT: we were in (very easy) contact with the owner, and he was very prompt and helpful. Despite this mishap, we will be back! Plenty of juices to choose from, and amazingly friendly people. Thanks Brandon!

After a bad experience somewhere else I came here and found an angel named Alex. He was knowledgeable and patient with all my questions. Alex helped me find a new better battery as well as showed me new oil’s. This was a great experience and from now on you will be getting all of my business exclusively. Extremely knowledgeable staff, my interactions with Morris and Alex was as perfect as it can get. They take care of whatever your problem is with your vape. They have a wonderful selection of juices and you are able to try them out, their recommendations are always spot on for what you like. I am nothing but satisfied with this place and the vape set up I have.

One best experiences Ive had. One employee when I was there and he was really good. He knew all the products and made recommendations. He was super friendly and down to earth. Great looking store with a really nice selection of products

Best place I have been to that sells a good selections of both mods and juice. Always have coils in stock when i need them and are always willing to order what Id like if they dont have it in store. Everyone that has helped me has great knowledge about everything iv needed help with. I will always come here.

I love this place because its close to my house. Alex, Hez and Tyler are all really nice, helpful and knowledgeable. The selection is good. The only negative thing that bothers me is that their prices are a little bit higher than Ohana or Vaperzz on the mods I looked at and the batteries. I think juices are a buck or 2 higher, too. But I enjoy this shop a lit and will recommend it to friends and keep going their myself, as well.

The place to go to for all your vaping needs. The people behind the counter are knowledgeable as could be about all the products they sell. If you need dab stuff they got it, glass products they got it, kratom they got it. I will always go to this place to get my juice, mods or salt nicotine products. 11/10, two thumbs up, gold star.Second review. After years with this place I still love it!

I needed advice about an older model Vaporesso Veco One Plus given to me by a relative when I expressed an interest in switching to vaping. It was spitting hot juice at me, popping & the coil was glowing red. The man at the counter was SUPER helpful & obviously knowledgeable. I left there knowing Ill be back soon and will continue to patronize this store for my future vaping needs.

I had purchased my first vape today, and the staff were very helpful throughout the whole process. Very patient with juice testing and super friendly! I would definitely recommend Complete Vapors to new vapors or current vapors. Very cool place!

I love this place! Its the only vape store I will go to. The guys are very knowledgeable & friendly. They are a huge help to someone like me who knows absolutely nothing about vapes.

Still sitting outside waiting for the place to open up.... been here for 15 mins and still counting, no answer on the phone, no answer on Facebook. If you open at 11, the place should be open at 11, no later! After this, I will probably never shop here again due to this, regardless of the staff and selection. Don’t post your hours online and not follow them, all that does is drive business away, as it’s going to mine...

Best vape shop in winchester and frederick county va. Ive been to alot in winchester but none have the best prices and best customer service as complete vapors does. Hez is one of the owners and he is great. GO TO THIS VAPE SHOP.
