Love this place. Everyone is super friendly and very knowledgeable about everything they sell in the store. They also have a rewards point system and its actually very nice! Not spend mass amounts of dollars and get very little points. You actually acquire alot of points per every dollar spent. Check them out you will like them.

First off I want to shout out to Mack. She is an awesome chic and goes above and beyond to help you get what you want and need. So kudos to her. Go show her a visit. Second off the store has great prices and lots to choose from.

Bought a bottle of juice. I have been using same same flavor and kind for a year. My husband and I both been using this bottle and realized after first day it seemed like it was minty like iced. So we stopped back in and my husband took it back in there. The girl dabbed it on her finger and said she did not taste it and called owner. He said could not do nothing without box. So he bought another bottle only to have the same issue. I cannot use mint at all. I filled my tank 2 times and now I have a lung infection. Been told they are selling fake products.

Ok so I’ve been meaning to post this for a couple days now but better late than never. So the other day I went in to buy a new tank and was going to have to split the payment between cash and card. We’ll me bring me I wasn’t thinking and tapped my card first and it took the money off but something happened and she had to void the transaction. Well the money didn’t go directly back onto my card so now I don’t have enough for the tank. Well she calls the manager to find out how to remedy the situation and the owner then says, how much is he short? And I believe it was $19.78 or something close. But anyway the owner then says not to worry about it that he would pay the remaining difference, give him the tank. And I was honestly surprised by that. I have only been there maybe 3 times in the past year. They didn’t know me at all, so for that to happen. It’s made me a regular. I’ll continue to use them every time.

CHEY was amazing from the time I stepped through the door through the time I left. I was looking for a carb cap for my dab rig I have at home, and I wasnt quite sure what exact size I needed. Chey was quickly able to solve my issue by suggesting a few different styles and ultimately, I decided on one that she suggested and she completed my sale with a wonderful attitude and smiled a lot. This woman deserves a Raise, lol. She definitely deserves the 5 Star review.

They are very friendly and helpful, and their location is very convenient. The only reason I rate it at 3 stars is that, when I find a juice that I like, they quit ordering it, when I mention that theyre out of what I want of course they say they will order it and have by the next week. Unfortunately it has happened 3 times now over the past 6 months, and they still havent got them in. I was told last time it was a supplier issue, but I have found them at another shop in town, freshly stocked.

Been sitting here for over 30 minutes I know what I want to purchase but shes trying to help the guy in front of me which is fine first come first serve but he doesnt know what he wants at all and I literally came in to purchase my stuff and leave not wait hours while some dude decides what he wants. Causing store to become severely cramped as others are still waiting with me 7/13/2022 10:30 am its 10:53 now

This store carries the best delta 8 and cbd products! I recommend the Cannformis gummies, edibles and vapes, they work quickly and last a long time, and they taste great! They also have a nice variety of cbg, cbn and delta 8 tinctures. Mad smoke and vape has by far the biggest variety of cbd and delta 8 products in town! Ask for Chey and Alyssa they rock and know their stuff!!!

Amazing! A wide variety of hand pipes, as well as a plethora of Delta-8. I bought a Delta-8 disposable from there and its amazing. 10/10 recommend checking out. They dont just sell Delta-8 and pipes, they sell cigarettes, pipe tobacco, disposables, hoodies and candles.

Finally a decent vape store in Winchester. Secret City Vape is a hot dumpster fire compared to this place. Hard to find Salts and excellent flavor selection. Dont even waste your time anywhere else!

Great place they have a wide range of e juice. Also alot of different kinds of products. This will be my main vape store. Besides having alot of different kinds e juice they also have great prices.
