Massage Envy

I scheduled a 90-minute light massage with Jolene. She has the kindest demeanor and voice. The massage was wonderful, especially the neck and scalp massage. I dis not realize how tense i was in my neck and head until she started the massage. I will definitely be booking another session with Jolene!

Erin is THE best. I’ve had hundreds of massages (been a member for 15 years) and it’s tough to find someone who both listens AND has the technical know how AND that magic touch that actually gets things fixed. 5 stars all day.

If you are looking for a great massage therapist, Cheryl is the one to choose. It is hard to get an appointment with her with speaks for itself! She has a great warn personality and skillful hands. I am grateful to have met her.

It was the best experience of my life! I highly recommend! Cindy did an amazing job! I have never felt more relaxed! Also a huge shout out to the front desk lady Mya! She was super informative and helpful! Will definitely be going back!

I went for my second massage yesterday with Amanda, and she did not disappoint me at all!! She is super sweet and friendly and her energy is very positive and calming. That womans hands are magical!!! My neck was so tight when I arrived, but I felt like a new person when I left. Thank you Amanda!!

Check in went seamless; however, I booked with Cindy and ended up with Cynthia. She may have been a new masseuse based on her skills. The massage was okay just felt like a rub down, no pressure like I requested. I just wish my free coupon wasnt wasted on this massage.

The massages were great. I called for 2 people for a 30 minute stretch and hour massage. They said we could get one stretch and massage and another 90 minute massage. When we arrived we both got 90 minute massages. When I asked they said there was no stretch therapist avaliable. No communication of the change at all. We would not have booked 2 90 minute massages. We really wanted at least one stretch.

Martha was quite knowledgeable about products. Went over use of each for my skin type. Facial peel was amazing!! Will definitely be back.G.Sidden

I have been an ME member for years. Martha has done my last couple of facials and I enjoy them immensely. She is very friendly, skilled, listens carefully, and will suggest products/services I might try but is also truthful about those she knew I did NOT need. I have also had amazing massages from several therapists there: Corey, Zack, and Jolene in particular! They pay very close attention to my body signals and adjust as needed quickly. I feel cared for at ME which is why Ive stayed a member so long!

A plus service. Erin worked me over good definitely sore today but the good kind of sore. The kind you know that youll feel looser and more flexible in a couple days

Christopher was awesome 👏. sensitive to my needs and friendly. He also loosened up and relieved some tension in the neck and shoulder areas that needed a lot of attention. Thanks so much! Would definitely like to have him again.

Ashley was great. I will give her 5 stars. Im going to give the business practice less than that. I would suggest that massage envy check their policies concerning charges upon check out. I booked online for a 90 minute session that was quoted to be $120. I had a gift card for $120. Upon checkout I was told that I had a balance of $75. When I asked the young lady why I needed to pay $75. I was told that because I was a nonmember the 90 minute session was $195. I did not receive the receipt. The website said $120 for this service. The laminated price list has the same in the store. Customers should have this knowledge beforehand if there is a extra charge for nonmembers. It is misleading for customers to come in for a service based on the knowledge provided upon booking. Only to find out after the service has been provided that the price is different.

I just want to personally thank Cindy for an excellent full body massage. Cindy is a “full body” massage expert! Every muscle problem I encountered trying to fix it myself?!! She was able to massage it out and relax the problem. I thank God for Massage Envy (ME) and their staff who are customer friendly and helpful. I believe ME will be here for years to come because of their professional, kind and knowledgeable staff! Cindy will not stop until the job is complete. Judit provided the most wonderful experience. She was professional and thorough. She checked on me periodically but maintained the calm relaxing environment I expected from my massage.

Had a great first time here! The staff was friendly, everything went smoothly, very clean and nicely decorated facility. It was so good I let them talk me into a membership. Yep- I’m hooked! Highly recommend.

Amanda was great despite the situation. I can only give a 3 star. This was a massage booked for me by my wife, at the time of booking my wife discussed having me visit the Robinhood location and under her assumption that was where the appointment was set to be. When we arrived for the appointment the staff person stated that the appointment was not at there location but at the Hanes Mall location. This caused me to lose time off of my massage. My wife paid for an hour and I only received a 20 minute massage. This left my wife very upset because there was nothing done to try to resolve this situation. We understand that there are policies but there was no accountability taken for the representative that booked the appointment at the incorrect location in the beginning.

I am truly thankful for my time spent with Corie. His attention to deep tissue muscles and my overall health is very important. The folks said MASSAGE ENVY are very genuine, professional, and super helpful. Thank you Corie. My back and neck pain was Immediately relieved.

Judit (massage therapist) is top notch! Ive been coming to her for years and I cant imagine seeing someone else!!! My only thing is that sometimes people are a bit noisy in the hallways which can be a bit distracting. But its not bad enough to take ME down a star. Thank you ME and especially Judit for helping me take care of myself!

My oxygen facial with Martha was fabulous, as always. It was so relaxing and my skin is more radiant. I have already booked two more!

This was my first massage at this location and it was fantastic. I’ve been wanting someone to get the pressure right after my last experience and my therapist did. It was wonderful and I am looking forward to coming back.

I had a facial with Keli yesterday morning at the Hanes Mall Blvd location. She was amazing! The facial was so relaxing and my skin is glowing. 5 stars isn’t enough. Can’t wait to come back!!

If I could give this zero stars I would. My fiance bought a year package in Dec 2022. In Sept 2023 I called to cancel because I had a newborn and wasnt able to go get massages and was told that we would be charged until December 2023 because thats when the year was up and afterwards it would be cancelled. Well now in March 2024 we are still being charged. I called massage envy 3 times before a manager called me back and then when he did he was rude, short, and basically said too bad so sad you wont get any money back and that his staff would never tell me it was cancelled when it wasnt (even though they failed to get him the message that I called several times). Go elsewhere. This place is a mess and so so rude.

Cirilo is a phenomenal massage therapist the absolute best in my opinion if you like firm to deep tissue. He listens to my needs & really focuses on my problem areas which is great.

Staff is always very helpful and friendly. Martha gives the best facials, we never feel rushed and always leave feeling relaxed and refreshed. Thanks for making me and Eliyana feel welcomed!

Update 2: Saw Cirilo today for the firs time in several years. Excellent job!! I had some very specific needs today and he listened well and gave me suggestions on how to help my recovery from training.Update: Judit was my therapist again today and I can’t say enough good things about her. She is just amazing!!Cheryl is one of the best!!! I tried cupping today and it was amazing!! Highly recommend!!!

Cynthia was terrific! She used the rapid tension machine on me to knock out some of the tough knots.

Updated review. I had to do an impromptu session due to waking in a lot of pain. I scheduled my appointment online and it only gave me the option for light massage and that’s not what I needed. When I consulted with the therapist she indicated that was because she was the only one available for my time slot. Yet, she was the only one available for all those time slots for that day. Yet when I went there, I had the place to myself. So she was either wrong, or whoever does the scheduling needs to have more availability to meet a wider client need. Or something. I need another massage because after paying $80 I’m still in bad shape because they were not able to meet my needs. Poor job by the scheduler or something.I got a call from the manager and he was useless. He didn’t offer any solution other than paying $130 to come back! I paid $80 the first time. What a joke! No attempt to compromise or make it right and just a completely poor job on his part. As a manager myself, he certainly wouldn’t work for me being that kind of “manager”. Clearly, he just has a title but no semblance of how to run a business.

Joan is awesome! She works wonders with her hands and my aching body. I feel like a new person when she finishes with me. I love that she can do deep massages as well as light. Pressure means everything to me. I love a deep massage, but sometimes when Im not hurting, I have her to not use as much pressure. Which means a lot. Cheryl, is off the chain. Such a small lady. I could not stretch enough to wipe when I went to the bathroom. I was in bad shape. My post of fb from the waiting area, was that I was so sore hurting so bad that i really didnt want to be touched. Cheryl , ran over me like a truck. Like Physical Therapy it did hurt a little. But she found why I was hurting and worked on it until it loosened up. I slept for the first time in weeks and feel so much better today. I cant say enough about this lady. She knows her stuff. The only negative is shes booked months in advance unless someone cancels.

Every appt I have Ive been greeted by a great front desk staff. My massage therapist, Cory, is a miracle worker! He concentrates on my areas where I have issues. My experience is always amazing and therapeutical. I always feel stress free. He provides the best foot massage than anyone Ive ever had. Cory is the best!!

Felt uncomfortable with the way the therapist did the massage. She massaged in areas that no other therapist have done before. It was not relaxing.

Cindy gives an excellent massage. She can feel any tension and/or tightness in your body and when done you will feel completely rejuvenated.

Jolene is incredibly thoughtful and innovative. This person literally told me I did a great job. Im over here getting a massage from her, and SHES telling ME that I did a great job because shes so positive.

Josh and Martha are wonderful. They really take their time helping you and explaining what they are doing. My skin looks great and my arthritis always feels better with better range of motion.

The service was great. But I was overcharged. My boyfriend surprised me for my birthday and the massage/ facial tip and aromatherapy was quoted to be 180$ First time rates for massage and facial 80$ a piece aromatherapy 10$ and tip 10$. He was charged 230$. He left a message to get the issue resolved but no one has called him back.

I got a massage and facial by Cheryl and Martha and enjoyed them both. Highly recommend!

Judit was my therapist today. She was excellent as always. Nice touch. Great transitions from one body part to the next. Was quiet, which allowed me to rest and center mentally nicely. She is very good at what she does. She has good smelling breath, and she does not smell like cigerette smoke. You can tell she has had many years of experience. If I could afford it, I would have a massage every week. Judit is fantastic.

I had a great experience my first time here. I did an hour massage with Ryan. He knew just what I needed. Checkout was a little slow, maybe training but overall I’d recommend. It’s clean and peaceful inside! Parking can take a minute because it’s in a busy shopping center. Finding a close spot took some time.

I have been going to Jolene at Massage Envy on Hanes Mall Blvd for a few years now. She is the best! She is so sweet and welcoming every time I’m there. She also hears my needs and adheres to them as best as she can every time. As far as the facility, it is great as well. Always clean and calm.

Joan has a welcoming personality and performed an extremely professional and comfortable massage! The room and table was relaxing and comfortable. I had an excellent experience my entire appointment!

Cirilo is GREAT!!! This was the first time I’ve ever had a therapist point out to me where he could actually feel and no where my major issues were in my muscles. He applied pressure that I wasn’t use to but it was awesome. By far one of my best massages ever!

Everyone says great staff. Let me tell you a story about their General Manager of this establishment. A employee was fired for not meeting a membership percentage quota. They give employees a script to tell you in order to con you into buying their monthly packages. If they treat their own employees like this I would be wary to the fact they have no care for you. I would give this zero stars if possible.

Corey was amazing! This was my first time having him as my massage therapist. I like my massages fairly deep and he was up for the challenge! He was very good at adjusting just the right pressure for me so I am sure he can do the same for you if you don’t like a deep massage. I only hope he was able to get a massage after mine because we both got a workout! Haha! But if you like deep pressure, ask for Corey! He can handle it! I hesitate recommending him because it is difficult to get an appointment with him any time soon!

Josh is a wonderful masseuse. I’ve felt very comfortable in his hands. My overall experience was super relaxing and yet exactly the deep tissue massage I was looking for when booking the massage.

Judit is amazing. She can always find the trigger points and gently but firmly massage them away. I always leave feeling so much better!

Joan did an absolutely fantastic job working on my tight shoulders, neck, and glutes. She is very positive and made my experience relaxing and excellent.

I cannot say enough about how good Jolene is. She is just the best. I do wish that the music selection were more melodic & relaxing. The mix ebbs & flows, of couse, but there are times when the bizarre dissonance is very agitating.

Cindy is amazing! She listens to me carefully when I explain where Im hurting. She gets to all those knots and tender places. Often I fall asleep while shes working on me. I always feel so much better when I finish one of her sessions. The staff at the front desk is friendly and professional.

Jolene was awesome! She had a light touch which was wonderful and relaxing for my body, mind and spirit. I felt so relaxed when she was working on me! Will definitely be asking for her again!

Atmosphere was great and all employees were very friendly and helpful. Jolene was amazing! She even recommended a stretch I could do afterwards to help open up my shoulders to relieve some of the tension she felt.

Let me be honest, I have never in a massage envy. They did wrongly charge my card and refuse to refund it. While they took my card off someone else’s account after I called. They did not give me the payment they took off back. 0/10

They called and canceled my original appt. For the next day(this was not the first time) due to staffing. But they were very apologetic and kind. Who can be mad at that. I went in the next day and service was great and professional

Joan has been the most amazing to me. She is professional, but also makes me feel comfortable and at ease, which is very difficult for me. I always leave feeling amazing. She takes her time and really listens to my concerns.The only negative thing I could say (not about Joan) but about Massage Envy in general is that they do keep raising prices like some other reviews have mentioned. It may become unaffordable to me, but there’s no contract release until your year is up.

Tammy is a super therapist! She always seems to know what needs attention without my even telling her! She is a real professional and I highly recommend her to anyone! Corey is amazing, I’ve been going to him for about 5 years now. I always feel comfortable with him and he never bruises me even through he does a great job getting out all those tight knots! He is very professional and knows the muscle structure. You can tell he has a passion for what he does, thank you Corey for being apart of my healing every month!!

Disappointed. I try to give the benefit of the doubt, but I think my massage therapist was falling asleep on me. I didnt want to embarrass anyone so I called to let them know and didnt feel like they did anything helpful. They offered to rebook me at the introductory price, and give a free enhancement? I should have gotten a refund or a free massage instead. I shoulda known why I stopped going to massage envys. I only went cause I had a gift card. They dont treat their customers with the same care and concern that smaller massage places do.

I have seen Jolene on a monthly basis for 90 min massage to help with my arthritis and circulatory system. It has made a difference!

I’ve been a member since they first opened. I have used many different massage therapists because each are better at one thing than another. It makes it easier scheduling when I know who’s better at what.Cindy did a really good job. She addressed the areas I asked her to. I especially liked the neck and shoulder work. I prefer firm massage, that she gives.Judith did I great job as usual. I’ve been going to her since this store opened. I scheduled a hot stone massage soon.

Zach is an amazing therapist! Booked another appointment right away. He was able to get out some knots on my neck that were very tight.

Zak was just what I needed! It had been months since I had a massage and he was absolutely wonderful. Came in with a headache and left floating on AIR. Signed up for the monthly program.

I schedule an appt for my mom as her mother’s day gift over the phone was not made aware of the cancellation/no show policy. Unfortunately we had a family emergency and were not able to make it to her appointment. They charged my card when I had told them I was going to use a gift card that I had purchased. I called and spoke to the manager and he couldn’t do anything. Never scheduling at this place again. Emergencies happen.

I had a scheduled facial and massage. After my massage was changed the morning of my appointment, my facial was 30 min late starting due to lack of communication. Somehow, I still had an hour facial and an hour massage in 1 1/2 hours. However, both were very good and relaxing!

Phenomenal experience at Massage Envy Yesterday. Corey (who is usually very booked) was able to get me in early. I had injured my back and was in really bad pain, but he was able to work most of it out with ease. Very prompt service, clean environment, and a great masseuse!

My 1st time getting a massage EVER & hubby did great finding the perfect place! Smiles & helpful as soon as you go through the doors. So informative but not confusing. Every question I had was patiently answered, made me feel so comfortable. Massage by Cindy was Amazing! I told her about my Fibromyalgia & my areas i have suffered & boy did she work on them with the perfect pressure but still gentle, I had tears rolling down I couldnt believe how much I had needed a massage to get to those much needed areas I cant reach. Yes, my hubby has tried to help me, but you definitely need a professional to know how to work thise areas especially a person with Fibromyalgia. I will be back for my next massage! So glad I found Massage Envy and Brittany is awesome! After completing physical therapy for my back pain, I started coming for additional treatment and it has been a lifesaver. I am able to now move freely with little to no pain and really enjoy my “me” time as well. Very professional and respectful and truly cares about my issues. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting a relaxing, quality treatment.

Cheryl was amazing! Out of all the massages I’ve had, hers was the best. I have had several massages there that felt very rushed and “structured” to the point it felt like they weren’t even really focusing on areas that I really needed it. I could tell Cheryl really knew what she was doing and took time to focus in on my problem areas and recommend things that could help me. She is an asset to your business.

Tiffanys hands are lethal. I received a 90 min facial and was eased to sleep at least 3 times. Only because I remember snoring myself awake that many times. She is attentive and extremely friendly. I definitely felt I was in very good hands. She is very skilled at her craft. I have scheduled my next session and am looking forward to it.

Corey always does a phenomenal job! I have pretty high expectations when it comes to my massages, and he never lets me down! I always leave feeling super relaxed and refreshed. Highly recommend if you are looking for deep and thorough pressure.

Judith was great. But I had cancelled my membership in September. I had one more massage available to me. I had discussed with someone over the phone prior to canceling my membership that I couldn’t get an appointment with someone else and December and I wanted to make sure that my member ship package of one massage left would still be honored. They assured me it would. I got a phone call after I left yesterday asking how I wanted to pay for it and I told him, I still had one hour massage left they said that’s not the case. I said have your manager call me. This is the stuff. That I do not like about Massage Envy. Never could get an appointment in a timely fashion, and it seems like nobody knows what’s going on.

Joan was amazing. The scalp massage was the best way to start out and just immediately puts you in relax mode. Friendly and focused on the areas I mentioned. Will definitely be using her from here on out

Love Massage Envy and specifically Judit. Best massage I have ever had. Facility is always clean, quiet and relaxing. They are always on time, and I feel like a new person when I leave there. I would recommend this company to anyone.

The check in had chAnged, but we were not told. That could have been handled better. The folks at the front desk were great snd Holly us absolutely the best therapist I gave had. She listens, is extremely knowledgeable and skilled. She has kept me from having to have back surgery. She is incredible. Check out was easy and loved being able to make appointments for months at a time.

I had a positive experience at Massage Envy. Josh was my therapist. He works intuitively which I really appreciated. He’s professional, totally listened to what my needs were and provided me with a strong pressure which I requested. The only reason I gave it a four, is because the one hour massage is only 50 minutes. Thanks Josh.

I love getting facials from Ayana here. I signed up to get a lovely massage, but I found that I enjoyed the facial much more. They have always had great customer service whenever there are hiccups and have been really accommodating when Ive needed to reschedule. The membership is very easy. The only complaint is how quickly they get booked, especially on the weekends. I have to set a reminder to schedule as soon as the schedule opens for when Im looking to come.

The front desk staff are friendly and personable. Sherman is excellent! He is so experienced and knowledgeable. His many years in the medical field and his current position as a Occupational Therapist only enhance his ability as a masseuse.

The people were nice but I didn’t realize that a “light massage” was going to be just rubbing in lotion. Way too expensive and I felt I wasted money. I was really disappointed in what I got and should have been more assertive about things when I was actually there.

This was my first professional massage and Zachary was great. Everything was relaxing and very comfortable. Considering I had no idea what to expect, I was very pleased.

Jennifer gave me my first facial and after she was done, my face felt like it was kissed by God! It was so smooth and bright! She walked me through all the products she used and the benefits of them. I felt like she really cared about my skin and the goals I have for it. She’s great!

Cheryl is a god-send. She is strong, kind, and attentive, and has saved my back and shoulders after all the damage I have done carrying my kids around. She also was fantastic for prenatal massage. Everyone at the front desk has been incredibly kind and helpful as well.

First - the therapist is AMAZING (Judit)she gets 5 stars!!But, 2nd- I can’t get in to see her! Booked months in advance.Disappointed in other therapists I’ve seen- so I have accumulated an enormous amount of treatments! Can’t use them on whom I want so they’re piling up- can’t cancel because I will lose them all and keep getting charged every month because I can’t cancel!!!

Had a session with Jolene yesterday and I would not recommend her unless you like a very light touch massage with no technique. Was very disappointed. I arrived at 2pm as advised and got in the room at 2:10pm when the massage started, after I got dressed the time was 2:53pm when I paid for a hour. Would not recommend and will not be back.

Kayla is very good,she takes her time with me. And gives me advice of how to take care of my body after my massage. Shes excellent. Also the place is very clean. I absolutely love Massage Envy, everyone there has always been so professional. I have never had a problem with any of the staff there. I highly recommend getting a membership with them if you are able to. The only complaint I ever have is they stay so booked up which only shows how great they are so be sure to book your appointments out in advance!!

My massage is always excellent! Sherman listens and applies just the right amount of pressure needed. I have been having massages for years and hes by far the best. I have referred my 78 year old mother, my daughter and lots of friends to Sherman.

Jolene is very attentive and always ask how I am feeling that particular and to find out how she can tailor my sessions to those specific needs. It’s important to me that a massage therapist targets the areas that I’m specifically requesting and she does with my desires amount of pressure every time. She’s a gem!

Love Cory hes amazing. But not very happy that out of 90 minutes. I only got 75 minutes of massage by the time there was 5 minutes allowed for undressing at the beginning and then 10 minutes at the end I feel like it was cut short because I thought that it was only supposed to be 5 minutes on each end but maybe Im wrong.

Tiffany is great. She always does an excellent job of taking care of my skin and giving me instruction about how to do it better at home. She is professional and caring. She is an asset to Massage Envy. I highly recommend a session with Tiffany.

Couldnt be more pleased with Jolene. Super friendly, with a gentle touch. I am a wuss when it comes to deep tissue massage. She has never caused me a moment of pain, and I walk out feeling a million times better than when I walked in. Couldnt give a higher recommendation!

Natasha is one of the best therapists I have ever had.I have been getting massages since the 70s. She knows her stuff and received excellent training.I see her once a week. As a senior citizen, it helps keep me mobile and helps with sore muscles and aches and pains.I highly recommend her.

I became a member March 2019. I ruptured my L4 & L5 disc in my back and have been in a lot of pain since January 2021. My doctor referred me to a chiropractor and recommended massages. I came in first of August to schedule appointments. The earliest available with someone who does deep tissue was September 1st and Sep 21 which I booked. Early afternoon Sep 1st I was informed my appointment was canceled. And the earliest I could get rescheduled was end of October. This was not good considering my pain and the length of time to be rescheduled. I decided to terminate my membership since I’m not able to get in within a reasonable time. This is the 2nd time I be had an appointment canceled by this facility. When speaking with manager she was more concerned about her employees time off than assisting the customer

Great massage from Sherman!! He was very attentive and answered all my questions!! Will definitely return! Though the ladies were nice at front desk the customer service could be improved with greeting/ smile upon entering! I think the sales pitch at end needs be less aggressive too! But masseuse was excellent!!!

Keli explained each step of my facial and its expected outcomes and benefits. She did not push products and still I purchased 2 which should improve my skin care routine.

I enjoy the atmosphere and my therapist is kind and good at his technique. But the last few times when leaving the account was asking for more payment then owed. And while it was resolved-I tensed back up trying to work it out making the massage therapist work, useless. I wish someone would say upfront before the therapy what May be owed so upfront I can be tense and after relaxed.One other issue is the rate has/will go up. Seems like every six months. Eventually it won’t be affordable.

I see Bethany and she gives fabulous deep tissue massages. She is very strong but knows the correct amount of pressure I can handle as she is asking many times during the session about the amount of pressure being applied. Bethany helped me get rid of sciatic nerve pain after a couple of sessions. Bethany is so caring and compassionate. The front desk folks are so friendly and caring. Wonderful waiting area. I truly recommend Massage Envy to others.
