Absolutely the best smoke and vape shop ever. The staff is super friendly, and they know their products. Ive been in other shops where the staff dont know diddle about the products they were selling. They also have the best prices around.If youre ever in the mountains of NC, theres a smoke rings in Boone.The staff there is nice enough to laugh at my dad jokes.

Absolutely in love with store! Prices are extremely reasonable for beautiful glassware. The young ladies working there were super helpful and informative on all their savings programs— not to forget how neat and clean everything is. Love that everything is priced based on category so you can ship accordingly.I’ll most definitely be coming back.

I have been a customer here since they opened this location. The people were always friendly and inviting so this became my regular smoke shop since I live right around the corner. I have purchased multiple e-rigs here, 6 out of the 7 glass pieces I own are from here, Ive participated in many raffles, and all my essentials are bought here. I dont typically write reviews but this shop has been going downhill rapidly for multiple months now. They rearrange the store regularly and I dont always know where everything is located, and the last couple of times Ive shopped here for my standard essentials Ive had to explain what the item is (smokebuddy, glob mops, accessories for e-rigs, etc.) It is astonishing to me that multiple people in this location clearly dont use their products or are even educated properly on them. Back when this store first opened, I could have any and all of my questions answered with detailed explanations but now its gotten to a point that I dont feel comfortable buying from them because I have to explain what certain products are and what its function is to the worker.On top of that, Ive avoided going into the store during certain hours because the manager makes my partner and I feel like were not worth her time if were not there to buy glass that day. I understand the company makes money on sales and that is the goal of working at a smoke shop, but I have been legitimately guilt tripped after I only purchase just an accessory or a smokebuddy. Im just so frustrated at this point because I always prefer them over competitors, but I cant in good conscience continue to shop at a store when the people are not knowledgeable on their products and the manager pressures you into buying and creates a negative environment to shop in.

Have a nice selection of stuff from wax to carts and tons of glass pieces. Have several electronic glass pieces as well. Will be coming back. Hoping they can get some thco wax. The urb brand thc infinite is really good

I just called about a product and got way more than a yes or no! The guy who answers gave a few helpful tips as well! Didnt catch the name but he rocks!

This is my new favorite spot in all of Winston. Been a regular since I first heard about it back in Aug 23. All the employees are super cool and personable. The manager K is always on point getting orders filled when running low on requested products and imo, deserves a raise! I recommend these guys to everyone 🙌

Maddison (I think that’s what her name was ) was super nice to us . I dropped alittle bit of money and they gave me a discount . Very nice , very informative people . Highly recommend.

The staff here are great. I have been going into this location for almost 1 year. I go in at least 1 time a week and they always have what I want. So I highly recommend visiting them. Thanks staff at smoke rings for always being so great when I visit.

Im a weekly regular at this smoke shop and tonight I stopped by to grab a vape after work (around 9:15pm) I parked across the street like normal but once I got out of my car I noticed someone yelling at me, possibly mentally unwell or on something- either way once I walked in and told the employee at the shop he was immediately making sure I was okay and even offered to watch me walk to my vehicle once I paid! I accepted and he held true to his word, he really made sure I was okay walking to my car late at night and it was such an incredibly kind gesture. Thank y’all so much for always taking care of me & mine- I will always recommend you guys to anybody that asks!! These folks clearly care about their customers and it showed so evidently this evening! Thank you so much to that gentlemen- I wish I had caught his name. That man deserves all the best things to happen to him in this lifetime. Anyways- see y’all next week!

I’m so glad they open an hour earlier than most shops! And whoever was working was the nicest person! It was so clean and organized! And their vapes I bought were legit! Most vape stores sell fakes and they most definitely do Not! So thankful I found this place! I’ll definitely be returning soon!

I usually love spending money with this store but unfortunately yesterday I purchased a $75 dollar rig & $25 dollar banger in which they told me if either break to bring back in less than 48 hours to get a new one. Less then 24 hours later my 25$ banger breaks and they say they cant take it back because it’s broken an used even though I had the receipt an offered to go home an clean it. How would it break if it wasn’t being used? Would just like customers to be conscious of this. Super disappointed.

I’m pretty sure they sell used products and market them as new.My husband bought a “brand new” item and when he got home it reeked and had a few spots of residue in there.

Better 4/20 deals and grab bags than Smokey Shays! Cashier was extremely nice, and it was much less crowded than the other store down the street.
