Great service. I needed to update my mod and he was able to answer all my questions. I wound up with a pod system and have been very happy. Price is higher than ordering online, but that is to be expected in a brick and mortar store. It was well worth the extra cost to get friendly knowledgeable assistance.

Very knowledgeable staff. Wonderful owners love supporting military owned businesses. Matt is awesome he is always so nice and helpful. Great products and local products. Brad and Ashley was very good people to be around. I like going and just hanging out with Matt and talking very good people.

The staff here are highly knowledgeable, they have an excellent selection of both e-juices and mods/tanks. When you walk in you are greeted, and your transaction is taken care of quickly and efficiently. There loyalty program gives a free liquid after 10 $20+ transactions, which is decent enough. I would definitely recommend this store for all your vaping needs!

This place is AMAZING! The staff are so friendly and their product selection is hard to beat. Ive been to vape shops all over the state and have never met such kind people who offer such high quality products at these prices. Their customer service is off the charts! Whenever Ive had a problem with my tank or coils they have troubleshot with me until we have found the solution. I now count them as personal friends and trust them completely! I travel for work and will wait until Im back in Winston to go to Volume Vapes because I know Ill get the best deal AND will get to see these awesome humans. For any of your vaping needs - this is the place to go!

Great service, friendly, very knowledgeable, great selection of Vapes, juices, and accessories. Priced were very reasonable. Barely any markup at all on most products. Comfortable atmoshpere. They give a Military, police, fire and first responder discount too. Will be back to purchase and try more products.

New to vaping and had all sorts of questions. Jordan was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. Answered every question I thought of and shared plenty of information that I didnt think to ask. Zero pressure on sale during the question and answers. Walked out a very satisfied customer.Will be back as soon as I need more juice an up grade pieces or parts. Highly recommend this business.

Everyone who works there is so knowledgeable and friendly, I never been to a vape shop or vape lounge where I felt so welcome and so well assisted with what I needed. The guy who was helping me said that they even ship their products anywhere in the country and have great products many of them made here in North Carolina. Hands down the best vape shop Ive been to so far.

Also see and visit the Vape Lodge in Yadkinville, NC as they are under the same excellent owners. You just cant beat these guys!
