I first decided to give this salon a try a few weeks ago after reading many positive reviews. I usually do my nails myself but want to treat myself more often. I decided to give Gel X a try and get a pedicure and was serviced by Angel. She was amazing and matched my nails to my phone. She made great conversation, was friendly and was up for a challenge.A few weeks later I went back to have my nails done again. This time they could not figure out how to do the technique I wanted done but showed me their attempts and offered to do another design instead. I appreciated Angels honesty about not being able to do the design and was excited when she said she would practice some more to see if she could figure it out. This time we did a very simple design and I loved it. The next morning while at work my nail broke! I called the salon to let them know and they were very accommodating and allowed me to come in when my schedule allowed and fixed it fast and free of charge. This salon is great!

Steven and Angel are the best! I usually get designed gel manicures which they always do great at and a fresh orange peel pedicure that feels and smells amazing. The staff works together to always give you a complete service and makes sure you are comfortable.

I have been going to this place for a year now. And I can tell you this is the Spot. It clean and the people are very friendly. I have had great experiences with all of the tech. Recently, I’ve been getting my nails done by Timmy. He really professional and great at what he does. He is one of the best. I love my nails. I would recommend this place to anyone

I’ve been getting my nails done at Jay Anthony for almost 2 years. I love all the techs there and there is never a wait. I have had great experiences with Emma, Eva, Angel, and Brian. Recently, I’ve been getting my nails done by Rosa and getting ombré gel airbrush on top of dip and it looks so nice!

Best nail salon in Orlando! I’ve finally found a place that consistently does a great job! They are very clean and the staff is friendly. They’re good at recommending what will look best on you if you have a hard time deciding. They also give great massages during pedicures. I come here every two weeks and refuse to go anywhere else. Highly recommend!

First let me thank everyone for their care and service especially Linda. The environment was tranquil, bright and welcoming. The staff were polite, thoughtful and patient.I changed my design 3 times and I was amazed how the specialist didnt get frustrated or annoyed. They politely offered their professional suggestions for designs. I truly appreciated that. I will definitely return to this safe space.They offer a choice of beverages. Eyelash extension, eyebrow tinting, and hair services are also available.

This salon is clean, modern, excellent owners and staff. They are always very friendly and everyone here does a great job. Great value for pricing.

This place has been open a while now, and is always busy every time I come, but manages to fit me in. They never rush me, and give me a great pedicure and massage. They also have complimentary (and paid) drinks, to include adult beverages. The staff are quick and friendly, and check-in/check-out is quick and easy. My wife says they do a good job with nails. We recommend this place.

Amazing service. My feet and my nails are perfect since I come here. Designs are made to how you like it. Good quality and ladies it last over three weeks worth every penny. Jay Anthony has been my go-to nail spot for a few years now.They’re reliably clean, consistent, efficient, and available. Their location stays active, sometimes busy, but never a long wait for walk-in, and never overcrowded. The facilities are all aesthetic and clean, and every nail tech is so nice.I do recommend calling ahead to set an appointment if you’re not a fan of waiting. I also would advise that if you’re looking for intricate designs, this may not be the place for you.However, they do have EVERY color you could ever want, and they’re very good at clean lines and classic art. They’re also very reasonably priced, even for really great pedicures…I highly recommend the aloe one (#4/5?)!A special thanks go to Hailey and Andy. Both have been fantastic. I’ll absolutely be back!

I’ve tried this place quite a few times over the past two years and I’m always left disappointed. I always use them in a crunch and I always think maybe it’ll be better this time. It never is. This last time, I went in for a gel pedicure with pink French tips. I picked out a color pink to match my nails and he suggested a different color pink. I went with his suggestion and in the end it was not the color I wanted, but that’s not a big deal to me. What is a big deal is the fact that he forgot what we were doing halfway through and did white tips instead of the pink we discussed. I wish I were watching but at this point I was trying to distract myself with my phone because I could tell I wasn’t going to be happy with the end result. He asked me what color I wanted for the base of the French pedicure, which is something I’ve never been asked before. I guess some people might not want the traditional nude. But I didn’t want tot have to choose exactly which shade of nude he was going to use, that’s where his expertise should come into play. He asked me how many layers I wanted. Again his expertise should have decided that, not me. But the worst part is that everytime I come here, they cut me. This place really should just stop cutting cuticles because their staff is not trained well to do this. Every time it HURTS and every time my toes look red and inflamed after I leave. Today my toe is actually throbbing, hot, red, and inflamed. It hurts everytime I walk. On top of everything, I asked him to soften the corners a bit because he filed my toes to basically a 90° angle. He filed a few and the rest still looked horrible. So when I got home I ended up filing them myself. $60 for an injury and a poorly executed French tip pedicure that I ended up having to fix at home. It’s close and “convenient” but I unfortunately will not be coming back here or recommending it.

Jay Anthony Nail Spa has been the best find for me in the Central Florida area! I tried 8 salons before finding this one and every one of the technicians do amazing work! I especially want to say thank you to Angel for pampering me every time and always leaving me with a smile on my face! She is so good at what she does and can make any designs you ask for. I also want to give a shout out to Rosa for always accommodating my friends and i in the schedule if it’s last minute 🫶🏼 Thank you ladies & gentlemen for all that you do! Love the location . Very convenient . They are popular however there are also a lot of technicians . For the most part they always have availability . Quality of work is average but I am happy with my nails.

Amazing!! My mom and i went to get our toes done. Our ingrown toenails were completely taken care of. The owner introduced herself and made sure we were both happy. You could tell theres pride in working there.Theres plenty of chairs for peds and plenty of tables for Manis.I had crystal and she did a fabulous job on my nails and toes.

Tracey was AMAZING!Its beautifully decorated and they follow the upmost care in sanitizing all of their equipment. The owner is absolutely a doll super sweet everyone. There is so talented but all they are all very kind. The prices are very reasonable as well.

My first time here, I went to get a French tip and Hai was my nail tech today! I got an almond/stiletto shape and he was amazing! I’m in love! I will definitely be coming back! My friend got a traditional French tip from a different tech but unfortunately was unsatisfied. Luckily the manager came to the rescue and helped fix the issue and we both left happy unfortunately when we checked again things still weren’t up to par for her. I give 4stars for good service and a respectful atmosphere.

By far my favorite nail salon around!!! The owners, Rosa and Timmy run a beautiful salon with quality products. I’m always treated so well and absolutely LOVE the finished order every time! I’m originally from South Florida and have been doing ombré French for YEARS….I’ve had my nails done by many talented technicians — and no one has done as perfect of a job on my ombré as Timmy. Angel is also fantastic and a total perfectionist! You really can’t go wrong here though….I highly recommend this nail spa above all others!!

I have been coming here for over 5 years! Today Sunny did my feet and my nails! Absolutely the best pedicure ever! The message was absolutely amazing! I highly recommend Sunny and he removed my in grown toe nails without hurting me! Absolutely amazing service Thank you and the owner Rosa is great!

Angel and Lilly are truly the best nail techs Ive ever encountered. I am a picky person and they always listen to what I want without complaint and my nails always last me longer than expected. They deserve huge raises!

Nail tech serverely over filed my nails when applying acrylics. I now have a terrible ring of fire on every single nail. At this point Im just glad I didnt lose my nail bed. The job was also sloppy and and splotchy. The nail tech doing my friends nails cut her. The pedicure was fine but I would not recommend going here for acrylics at all. Ever.

I have been coming to this nail salon for quite awhile and have experienced amazing quality, work, and efficiency! All nail techs do exceptional work and make sure you walk out of the salon with nails that you love.

Went in today for the first time to try them out for a pedicure after having had one of the most stressful weeks of my life, standing on my feet constantly and really aching. I was really hoping for just a few moments of rest, relaxation, and rejuvenation. The receptionist was really sweet and great, but the rest of the staff acted like I was a burden to them even though I’d purchased the top tier “VIP” pedicure and was really nice and patient with the staff, who seemed super stressed out from the first moment I entered. After waiting for a very long time, I had three different staff members pick up my service and stop, passing it off to someone else each time, with each person looking more and more annoyed I was there, and never actually starting my pedicure. It’s ok to be busy, it’s not ok to stomp around like a toddler and slam everything around like you’re upset to have to do your job. Everyone’s job is busy, literally everyone’s. A spa is NOT supposed to be a stressful experience. After the third unhappy, angry lady came by and somehow broke the chair I was in as she roughly slammed the spray nozzles, jamming up everything, splashing me with water, making all sorts of stressed out noises and cursing in a foreign language very loud, shutting down the chair completely and creating a problem where there was none, she stomped away cursing without saying a word to me. So I decided I would just put my shoes on and walk out. I was done. I did not come here to pay money to be stressed out. What an absolute embarrassment for the owner of this business. I will never, ever come back. Very bad energy.

I’ve been coming to Jay Anthony since they opened years ago. Rosa, the owner is always so welcoming. She makes sure that you get exactly what you came for.It’s very clean, so many colors to pick from. For me, they always have exceptional service!

I have been coming to Jay Anthony nails for over a year and I wish I would have been coming sooner. Rosa is my nail tech and shes the sweetest person youd ever meet. As soon as I walk in she greets me with a big hello and smile. In fact, anyone who comes through the door will be geeeted the same way by Rosa. The shop is always clean, the prices are great for the area and the work is amazing! I can go 3weeks or more without a fill and not 1 nail will break or chip. You can tell that everyone here cares about the customers and the work they are doing. I am so happy Ive found this salon.

Visited recently for a pedicure and gel manicure. Everything was great and quick. I had Summer and she was super kind and attentive.

J Anthony is a super clean nail salon. I have used most of the workers here and they have been great. They have a ton of colors that you can choose from. The owner does a great job at managing her salon and greeting everyone with a smile.

Summary of Our Experience:Rude staff, quality of work was terrible, no professionalism whatsoever, cuts and bleeding, and counterfeit money. My partner and I were both unsatisfied to say the least.Jesse was my nail technician. He was rude, lazy, and got frustrated with me because I corrected him on his mistakes. He groaned multiple times throughout the process and said to me, “ You are too picky, nobody likes picky customers, and that’s why they are laughing at me and you. The things you are asking for, only people who have come 2-3 times get.” That is a direct quote. He told me he couldn’t do the acrylics I asked for because he didn’t have enough experience but then also bragged that he had over 10 years of experience doing nails… He left my nails misshaped, uneven, and crooked. The pictures attached are the best he could deliver after I corrected him at least 10 times on simple things. He also did not wash his hands after handling the dip powder he used on me and then proceeded to rub it all over my hands and wrist with lotion :/ He also told me , “ Don’t come to back to me once your nails break in 2 days.”He also did my pedicure and made me bleed. More pictures attached below.Now, my partner had an even worse experience. He had Vivian. She told him that he asked for something too complicated and that he was also picky. His nails were short to begin with but she insisted to cut them shorter and file them down. SHE CUT AND CLIPPED HIS SKIN OFF AND LEFT HIM BLEEDING ON MULTIPLE FINGERS!!!! In the end his natural nail shape was crooked and worse than what he came in with.After complaining to the receptionist, who was the ONLY helpful person throughout this entire process, I was told to come back in the day after to meet the owner to discuss what happened. I came back the next day with intentions of a full refund. I was told by Emma (the owner) that I cannot have my money back due to the time and effort put into the service. She tried to negotiate with me by saying she’ll give me 90% of my money back and that my partner and I could come back to get our nails done by her “great” technicians and herself. I conveyed to her that I will NEVER come back to the establishment and that I once again wanted a full refund. More negotiating happened and after she realized I wasn’t leaving without my full refund she gave in.I paid cash for the service and after leaving I examined the bills I was given. One of them was a counterfeit $100.00 dollar bill. I marched back in and proceeded to tell Emma she gave me a counterfeit bill. Her entire mood changed and she apologized profusely while also calling me “Sweet” and “Such A Nice Girl”.

Not coming again. I heard great things about this place so I came with a gift card. They refused to honor the gift card because it was “out of date” although it still had the receipt of purchase with the card, and a staff signature next to where the expiration date was to be filled in. Nowhere on the card or receipt did it say any date of expiration. While I tried to explain that to the receptionist, she was short with me and brushed me off. It was frustrating.

My experience was amazing I had little to no wait and my nail lady asked if my nails were good after when she buffed and trimmed them down. Fast amazing service, they offer any beverages while getting nails or pedicure done. I go to them every time and they make no mistakes. And all of the employees are very friendly and funny. I got the almond shape and did acrylic gel nail polish and everytime I go it always looks so good and its always relaxing when I go there.

They did a great job and were very attentive. I walked in late in the evening and they still saw me for two services. Super nice and they did an excellent job and my pedicure and my pink and white French tips.

The nail techs are good but it is always stressful to me because I feel they always charge me whatever they want. One week the same service is 35$ and the next 40$. It is the money but feeling like you are being ripped off. The scheduling of techs to customers is also stressful barking out who goes next. It is supposed to be relaxing. Time to finally move on!

I called this nail salon before getting there and asked how much it would be to get the dip off my nails. The lady confirmed it was $12. I literally asked on the phone and as soon as I got there I asked again. At the end they charged me $20 and told me no one told me it was $12. This people are legit scammers. Everyone is completely dishonest. The problem is not the money to me, the problem is the lies. Do not believe a word they say about their pricing. This people will legit lie to your face and say the never said that.

Ive been coming here for years. The salon is super clean, the music rocks Rosa, the owner makes sure all us customer are matched with the best techs. and drink. The prices r in my budget too. Highly recommend

I am super invested in my nails to start off, so I can be picky and specific! But Jay Anthonys has never let me down. Ive seen about 3 different people there, but mainly Jesse and Rosa. Every other employee is incredibly friendly and tries to make sure youre comfortable.I have been going there for about half a year, and continue to keep going.ADVICE: If you expect to go to a BUSY nail salon and not have to wait or be focused on, just make an appointment! Every review on here that seems negative are individuals that expect the absolute best from just walking in on a busy weekend.Understand that nail techs are people too - If you do not tell them what you want, they will not know how you like your nails. Everyone is different, and salons get busy. Jay Anthony has done the best at handling all sorts of services and business relations.I HIGHLY RECOMMEND booking an appointment for your mani/pedi!I attached my nails from the past 4 months for your reference! And remember, that a service lasting approximately 3 weeks is not expected to be dirt cheap! They have to make money too ;)

If I could give 10 stars I would. Best dip manicure of my life. Andy is a total perfectionist. I’ve had my nails done in a lot of places and this was the best. Wish I lived here to come here regularly!

Been coming here since they opened, absolutely love this place! The little girls pedi chairs are so adorable and they’re always so patient with my 4 y/o when she comes with me. The pricing is not absolutely insane and my nails actually last longer than two weeks.

I lost the picture from the day I did it but heres a picture from 5 weeks after. Went for the first time and the owner did my nails and she did such an amazing job!! I have had such bad experiences with nail salons in orlando so I wasnt expecting much when I came here, but YALL THIS PLACE is INCREDIBLE. they actually listen to what you want and take theyre time doing it right. My nails were thin and perfect and stayed on for over a month witout even lifting on the back. Im over the moon about my nails!!!! And best part they didnt charge me a million dollars lol. I’ve been going to Jay Anthony’s since they opened. Went in today to remove my acrylic nails and get a manicure, but left with my skin dry and falling off my hands, buffed down acrylic on my nails and a half finished manicure.Sat for an hour with my hands in a bowl of nail polish remover, had four techs poorly work on my nails, and was handed a receipt after coming back from washing my nails with a half done manicure.I complained about it when asked how my experience went and the lady literally wanted to finish my nails at the register.I could have done a better job at home. Wow!

My visit to this salon for the first time for pedicure and acrylic fill. Unfortunately after waiting for almost 4 hours I left with only a mediocre pedicure in which I paid $57.00. The wait times were far too long could not wait any longer. Left beyond disappointed and no Acrylic fill. The young lady in the front was kind and apologetic however as I sat and anxiously watched clients come in after me (I assume they had appointments) be sitted for manicures. I finally got up to leave. Again disappointed as this salon is 5 minutes from my home. I will not be going back….UPDATE:Rosa and her wonderful team have FANTASTIC customer service which is hard to come by In This time and era. Her office contacted me to immediately make my experience right. I must say my nails have never looked better!!!!!!!!!! I’m Wonderfully pleased and thankful that there are still business owners out here who still care about customer experience. I am a faithful and loyal customer

Rosa is AMAZING!! She takes her time with my nails and they can last almost a month if I allow it. Very organized place and they give nice refreshments!! 10 out of 10 do recommend!

I’ve been living in Orlando for a year now and I always go to Jay Anthony’s as a walk in client. I have never waited more than 10 minutes to be attended and I always get amazing customer service and of course beautiful nails. On my last visit two days ago, I came in a little late and my acrylic set was not finished until 10 minutes after closing time. I was completely okay with just coming back in the next day to get my gel pedicure done. But the nail tech insisted she stay and do my gel pedicure even though they were closed. I believe it was the owner, who even gave me a discount on my acrylic set just because. Julie did my gel pedicure and she did an amazing job and was super attentive. My acrylic set came out BEAUTIFUL and I unfortunately never got the name of the nail tech because I was moved to the pedicure station right after finishing up my set. But he gave me the exact design, shape, and length I wanted and I am very picky with my nails. For as long as I live in Orlando I will always come to Jay Anthony’s nail spa!

I love this place but most of all Eva. She is a true talent at what she does. She makes me feel special and she always exceeds my expectations each and every time.

TIMMY AND WENDY? those are my favorites. Timmy did his thing on my nails, showed him a vision and he absolutely executed and gave me a bomb shape. I found my spot since moving to Orlando area. The prices are nice and they are quick and professional. Even when I don’t have an appointment I’m in and out. Angel, Tony, Wendy are a few of the techs I’ve had that I loved their work. The owner(Ms boss lady💗) always makes sure everyone feels welcome things run smoothly.

I scheduled an appointment last week. Looking forward to getting my birthday nails done because I needed to do UV gel x to extend my nail that broke that day. I came to the salon for the first time and loved the atmosphere. I got my pedicure, it was fine. Time to do my nails and the tech seemed to understand me she did the UV gel on top of my regular nail and it was a bit short but I was ok with that. Then for a French design it took the tech two tries to do it, I was not happy, the. Rosa tried to fix it, also was unsuccessful. Finally rosa’s sister came and was able to do the birthday mail design I wanted. So 3 hrs later my nails were done. I was ok with the job. Now a week later with my short nails the gel cracked and came off my nail on one finger. For a 3 hr job that cost be $100, I expected the nails to last 3 weeks. However, a week later it’s cracked. So as I tried to find the positives in the experience, I am highly disappointed.

I’ve been coming to this salon for years and don’t go anywhere else. Everyone is always very nice and I love the music they play in there. Affordable prices for a great product. Highly recommended!

First time going to jay anthonys and they did an amazing job! I was quickly seated and my nail tech was very gentle about taking my old acrylics off. Very nice staff all around and a super clean place. My new go to salon for sure! 💕

Photos talk by themselves. Last photo (cute blue with white lines and dots, and fuschia and pink flower) is what I wanted and I showed Rosa on my second appointment with her. I chose the colors, but Rosa told me she didnt know how to make that exact flower and we both agreed she would design the one she knows. I dont know if the other girls knew. I dont want to assume they only know how to apply the deeping powder SNS and maybe simple designs? But thats probably ok for some of you.I had to remind her about the dots on the design and about the glitter line on my left hand. She did the glitter line of my left hand, and the top coat, where we dry our nails (UV light table) which I found unprofessional and I felt uncomfortable, why the rush? Please take the time to give an excellent customer service. This was my second (and last) appointment with her... Oh, and she didnt offer me a drink like on the first appointment.I really hope this review helps you if you are looking for acrylic nails with cute/complex designs.Oh, 3 stars because the place is new, it looks amazing and they always keep it clean.

I think Ive found my new nail salon! Being Black and from NY, Im super picky. I tried this place based upon their reviews and pics and they didnt disappoint. It was slow when I went so I was immediately seated and taken care of by Steven. He was excellent...the proof is in the work!

Asked for a gel manicure and had to wait 1 hour before even being seated. They never told me the wait was that long. Then since they were in a rush they did my nails terribly where two days later 4 of my nails had already chipped. I went back because i called and told them about the chipping and how they looked super dull and not glossy (how gel should be) and instead of fixing all my nails, they fixed only the chipped nails, not to mention i did not remember the exact color i chose so they used a color somewhat similar but different and totally noticeable. So instead of just redoing ALL my nails the correct way, i’m walking around with two different color nail polishes and some chipped. I have been going here for a while so it’s sad that they couldn’t even make it right considering they lasted only 2 days. They do not care. Lost me as a customer.

Quality highly fluctuates with the nailstylist, some are amazing, some are decent and some are downright bad. Last time I got my nails done, the stylist was visibly annoyed and treated me in a way that is not acceptable. She was very rough, pulling and twisting my fingers in a way that was absolutely unnecessary. Very disappointing, but I do recognize that this was one employee, on probably a bad day. Salon is clean, light and maintain covid preventative measures well.

LOVE this salon! I have gone several times for SNS dip and I always love them. I’ve had a few different nail techs and all of them have done great work. They also offer complimentary drinks!

The owner took care of my issue even tho it was my fault I chipped a nail she made me feel like she cared that I broke a nail and understood how upset I was from chipping the nail. They always do a great job on my nails (Dipping powder) and on my eyebrows! Even if theyre busy, they try to fit me in as soon as possible. My acrylics didnt last a week before coming off. They didnt even prep my nails right before applying the tips and acrylic.

The service is impeccable I do my nails with Angel and I truly love her. Rosa the owner is very attentive with your needs. I have to say the paintings on the walls are strikingly beautiful and the ceilings are gorgeously done with few doves flying above. Very very nice and you get wine, mimosa or water . Such a lovely place to relax and with great vibes. Also new service with Zen Beauty Boutique and just got my first glo2facial done just devine.

The staff there were welcoming, so kind so patient, and when I got the Jay Anthony VIP treatment....IT WAS WORTH IT AND THEN SOME! 10 years of being bad on my feet, and it felt like it melted off me in one day!I feel rejuvenated to be on my legs once more.My thighs cramped did cramp up on me (My fault entirely) but that didnt stop me from enjoying my experience. I have been coming for a while now and while the staff is very nice it seems the owners are a little less caring than they were. They had on every tv Mens college basketball and when we politely asked if they could change it to something else they ignored us. Literally not a single woman in the salon was watching it. Know your clientele. You wouldnt put on the Hallmark channel at sport clips so why ignore an entire group of women?

I got my nails done with Amanda ruiz and I hope she never leaves because I LOVE my nails!! She helped me pick out my colors for my fall nails since I couldnt decide what went well together. Plus she also helped me pick out a cute pumpkin design which she painted and it looks so good it looks it was stamped. Ive gotten a lot of compliments for sure 😊 the salon overall was great, very clean and a lot of options for different services, and overall great customer service!

They dont seem to care how long you wait. Whether you show up and your appointment time or you walk in and they tell you a certain time, youll be waiting long past what you were told. The owner seems to be the worst at nails. Her service is painful. If you choose to come here because you have a spare hour to wait before being seen, just make sure you get any person besides the owner. Theres a man here who does a fantastic job. Fairly certain hes the owners husband.

Pros: everyone here is so nice, its very clean, prices are good, atmosphere is niceCons: a day after the pedicure two nails chipped, a couple days later all of them were chipped. I dont workout and i work at a desk so theres no reason for the pedicure to already be ruined. The picture below is a week later.

I came here for the first time and can already tell i’ll be making it my new salon. It was clean, and everyone present had a great energy to them. They even have a super cute salon boutique inside called the glam room. I ended up getting a hair cut because I had some time and Valerie was so sweet and made me feel really comfortable.I absolutely loved how my nails turned out. Tony was so kind, and very attentive to detail. I accidently broke my nail opening an attic staircase and came back a couple days later and they kindly fixed it for me free of charge!

I waited an hour before I was taken in (sat in the pedicure chair the whole time no water no “I’ll be right with you”) to have the guy take FOREVER on my pedicure. I wanted the super nice one but with time dwindling and my patience getting low I really wanted to walk out so I got the simplest one hoping they’d be fast at this point, wrong! Suggestion, please tell your clients it’s going to be a fair wait if you knew it’d take that long. I’m leaving this place way more stressed than I did coming in. Never again!

I went in for a job interview. I was interviewed by Rosa. Upon discussing the previous nail salons I have worked at she stated that she does not like black people. I was taken by surprise by this statement as I am sure she has black customers and customers of many races. I was appalled by her statement. Needless to say I am not accepting the position at this establishment.

Always a great experience!! Angel is the best - she listens to your every request and creates beautiful artwork of your nails!!!! My dip manicure never chips and looks great for a month! They have walls and walls of color choices! Make an appointment if possible as it’s a popular spot on weekends! Plus they have the cutest pedicure chairs for kids!! I had an appointment and they were unsure if they were even going to get me seated. After a few minutes, the manager came over and had me seated (one problem diffused). It took 2 1/2 hours to have a mani/pedi. She did dip on my nails and the red is ALL OVER my hands and cuticles. How do I get it off??? The employees fought the entire time over how busy they were - who would take the next customer etc. Left the salon feeling more stressed than before I walked through the door. Such a shame.

I was disappointed in my service. When I came in for the pedicure the water was luke warm and I asked for it hotter. I was working with Clover and she stated that there’s so many pedicures today that there’s not much hot water and attempted to get it hotter but was not much hotter. I paid extra to do hot stones and was disappointed how they were used. It felt like they were being just put on my skin gently rather than a massage with them. I asked her to put more pressure and she stated I don’t understand you. I tried explaining what I meant and she still stated I don’t understand you and then just kept doing the same thing and laughed. I wish she would have gotten help if she did not understand. The hot stones were used on me for 2 minutes. I was sitting beside someone that also got hot stones and her technician used them on her for awhile and it looked like an actual massage with adequate pressure.Update: The owner has exceptional customer service. She called me right away after reading my review and apologized for the issue. It seemed as though she truly cared about making it right for me which is hard to come by these days! I will be back to give it another try due to how the owner handled the issue by giving me a free service.

I got my first nail dip ever. The atmosphere is great… large space, numerous techs do not waiting, expansive selection of products and colors. There is a bar with wine , water and soft drinks. I had a really nice technician. She helped me with colors. I loved my finished nails. However, by the 6th day they were chipping, loose and falling off. I called to report and the manager offered me a redo without any hesitation which I did. I got a new tech. The results have been great at a few days out. I don’t know if I plan to visit again base in my experience. It’s a distance from my house but I went on a recommendation from someone’s nails I’d seen.

Wedding prep! My daughter and I had a wonderful time being pampered by Rosa and her staff at Jay Anthony. We enjoyed pedicures, nails, and eyebrows. If you are looking to try GelEx, you have to go to Jay Anthony! You will not be disappointed!

I walked in 3 mins before their 5pm closing hours on a Sunday since my usual spot turned me away, and they still took great care of me! The service given to me wasnt a rushed job either. My nail specialist was very detailed, and it was surprising since mine was a guy!! I left way better than I came in. Lol. Wow. Thanks, Timmy! See you soon!

Everyone in the place is so sweet, and they did a great job with my nails. They served free drinks including pink moscato (what I got), red wine, white wine, and mimosas. I would also like to add that even though I didnt make an appointment, they sat me fairly quick. I cant wait to go back to get another fill-in. I recommend a pedicure, the message was amazing!

I saw Rosa the owner today! She is amazing, works fast and neat! Her work is beautiful and this is my new favorite salon! If you’re looking to be pampered, feel relaxed and have beautiful nails this is the salon to choose! There is never a wait, and everyone is so kind and knowledgeable! They even offer massage and facials! I love this salon! ❤️❤️

Amazing salon and topnotch service! I was so happy to see that they are being extremely cautious and are taking every precaution necessary to make sure that everyone stays healthy (and beautiful)! This was my first time out of the house in more than 2 months and I felt completely safe and comfortable in the salon! Rosa (the owner) always does an incredible job on my nails and she has gone above and beyond to prove that she cares about the health and well-being of everyone who enters the salon!

I hate writing negative reviews, so I hardly ever do. Then I thought about how much I rely on reviews, and I decided I needed to share.I’ve been to this salon 5 times or so. My first visit was wonderful- good price, good service, great mimosas. Each time after, I started to see things I missed the first time. Things weren’t clean- oil smudges on glass, nails on the floor.The last time I went will officially be my final time. I was directed to sit at a manicure station that had not been cleaned- the remnants of someone else’s acrylics were on the counter. Instead of cleaning off the counter, the nail tech laid a towel over the cut off nails to do my manicure. The pedicure was fine- definitely not a 7 minute massage as advertised- but about a week later I had warts growing on my foot. Granted- it’s possible those came from somewhere else (even though I haven’t had warts in 15 years) but based on the lack of cleanliness, I wouldn’t be surprised at all if they came from here.

Had a great experience and got so many compliments on my nails & Rosa the owner did an amazing job!
