Xuya Massage

I really wanted to enjoy this massage because my back has been SO sore lately but honestly I hated my experience so much. First, the website says the 30 minute body massage is $40. However, when you get there, the sign says that it is $60. I was then told that 30 minutes is too short for a back massage. I insisted that’s all I had time/money for. When I got to the room, I undressed to my underwear and laid under the sheet with my back exposed. When she came in, she pulled the sheet down AND pulled my underwear down. She spent about 60% of the massage, touching my butt despite me asking her to please focus on my back. When she was touching my back, it was just light sweeping motions and when I told her she could use more pressure, she would dig her elbow into one spot on my back and just pause for a minute, not moving her arm around at all. The massage was just under 30 minutes which is fine due to how uncomfortable and ineffective the massage was. When it came time to check out, she pointed at the tip line and told me to make sure I tipped. I was hesitant to write this review because I feel so vulnerable and uncomfortable, but I don’t want anyone else to experience this. I left with no less back pain and a horrible feeling inside. If the owner sees this review, I would love a refund and an apology.

I just had my first ever massage here as my Mothers Day present! Selina was absolutely wonderful and I feel so amazing that I dont have the words to describe it well enough. I highly recommend giving them a try! ☺️

My husband and I went for last minute couples massage and despite of us running late post their business hours, the therapists stayed later to finish our one hour session. The quality of massage was amazing with the variety of techniques they used to help stretch muscles and relax with stones, etc. The staff is very friendly as well. Thank you for the great service!

The spa is clean and quiet. The staff in the front desk was very friendly and professional. The price for couple massage is comparatively low. Massage therapist was awesome and knew what they were doing. I felt completely relax. Will definitely recommend to friends and come back for next time.

I went with my husband for a late night couples massage. WOW! Easily one of the best massages I’ve ever had! The massage ladies are so sweet. My husband was so relaxed, he actually fell asleep! I’ll definitely be back soon!

The people are nice and the massage tables are comfortable. However, not every massage therapist is efficient. I have been here twice. I would come back. Recommend requesting the owner for a massage.

My husband booked a couples massage for us as a birthday present, we showed up and the lady tells us she only one here owner just left and must have forgotten but she can do us separately 30 minutes apart. No thanks. Place has weird smell and attached to a gas station, not exactly what I call relaxing or rejuvenating unless your a car. Would not ever go back.

Today was our second visit and my boyfriend and I both got the 2 hour combo. Tiffany and Kenny took great care of us. I cant recommend it enough. The hot stones are incredible and the foot massage is life changing! We will definitely be back soon.

Last minute needed message. I booked an hour long body message for $60. Once laid down trying to relax I was hounded for serval different upcharges for additional services. I said no thank you to each of them and stated I just wanted the $60 one. The message was no great at all. Probably the worst one I have ever had. She used her forearm and barely used her hands. Then I was charged $2 additional dollars for using my debit card. And I felt $5 dollar tip was adequate for the service I received. The lady started to get upset and hounded me for 20% … I explained to her that I paid for the service and that 20% would have been for excellent service. She kept harassing me. I tipped $7. After being badgered. I have worked in the service industry for many years and I am mindful when tipping. I will not ever go back nor will I recommend this place to anyone. Genuinely disappointed with the entire experience.The response I got was poor and did not address any of my concerns! Wow. Just wow. The lady was trying to extort me for more money and that is not the way you should allow your workers to conduct business. Again the worst experience and message.

My review is a little tardy, but the memory is as good today as it was when I went in for a couples massage two weeks ago. This is a hole in the wall massage place, hidden away behind a no-nonsense front. Inside, the owners have cultivated a relaxing atmosphere with friendly, accommodating staff. Everything was wonderfully clean, neat, and tidy, with the feel of a luxury spa. The staff were knowledgeable and very good at their work. My back hasnt felt this good in ages. I definitely appreciated how quick they were to respond to our comments, working with us to find the right level of pressure and focusing on problem areas when we pointed them out. They were even happy to convert our 60 minute massage to a 90 minute massage on the fly and at the end of the day! Overall, a very positive experience and a company I would recommend to anyone.

Lynn gave me a phenomenal massage! For my birthday, my dear friend took me for the 90-minute massage. Wow! What a treat! I had no idea I would experience such a relaxing time, but the stress melted away within just a few minutes of her working just on my back. Their prices r reasonable, too. I honestly cannot remember a time that i have felt so relaxed. A memorable part of the experience was the added hot towels & stones! She applied enough pressure 2 get all the kinks out, but the massage did not hurt! The entire environment promotes health and healing, and the beautiful piano music softly playing n the background adds greatly 2 the ambience. I almost fell asleep twice while on the table and although I had never met my masseuse, I never, ever felt like I needed to carry on a conversation her! Relaxing! Thisplace is comfortable, has luxurious oriental decor, was fresh & clean, and I cannot say enough! I thoroughly enjoyed myself during this much-needed, 90-minute massage. I was able 2 go 2 the restroom b4 & during the massage, & afterward was offered cold, bottled waters 2 stay hydrated. They do everything possible 2 put u & keep u n the most peaceful state of mind. Customer service is second to none! I am definitely coming back & asking 4 Lynn!

We have been here a handful of times and never been unsatisfied! Perfect amount of pressure and relaxation, highly recommend! My only comment would be they tend to talk a bit during the massage so would minimize that if possible.

This massage spa located on the Hwy 92 is super nice and clean. The receptionist was sweet and helpful explaining the package for my wife and me. Anna was amazing and professional. She knew how to treat resolve my back pain issues and frozen shoulder that I have been trying to find different therapist in the past few years. Will come back and recommend to friends.

Jessica is great! One of the best massage therapists and Dr. Wang is wonderful. They offer great services here that a lot of other Chinese massage places don’t including acupuncture and cupping. I’ve been coming to Dr. Wang for years.

This place is fabulous, THEIR COVID-19 PROCEDURES WERE ON POINT! Alcohol ,hand sanitizer , face mask required! makes me feels safety. I had a massage with Lynn and she was absolutely wonderful and engaging. My aches and pains are gone. I could have had massage for at least a few hours, one did not seem enough. The spa is so clean, the ambience is mellow. Hope to go back.

Worst massage ever! I had been here once before and it was a good massage so I tried it again. The woman didnt know what she was doing and it was very awkward. She left several times and even had the door open at one point while giving the massage. It sounded like she was talking to someone and she was holding my head down as to not raise it to see what was going on. I dont know what that was about but I was uncomfortable the whole time. She also showed me oil on her hands and said coconut oil, you like? I said sure. She said ten dollars extra. WTH? EXTRA?anyway, I didnt plan on tipping her, especially after the upcharge for oil and then she pointed out that I didnt tip her and so I told her it was not a good massage. Today my body hurts and not in the usual way. Ive had over 100 massages in my life and this was the worst by far.I dont like giving negative reviews but people should know.Wont go back.

I just had my first experience at this salon and it exceeded my expectations! The inside was extremely clean and tidy. Sunny was very attentive and friendly, and I feel amazing after my massage! I highly recommend a visit here. I know I will be back!

Mila and Linn are always so pleasant to be around and to speak with on my monthly visits. Their massage skills and strength is amazing! Best massages I have ever gotten and I would highly recommend either of these ladies and this spa. Professional, accommodating and highly skilled. Hands down the best around!

I called for an hour foot massage for 2 and they told me to come in. Was there before and was fine. But this time after telling me to go to their other store in roswell because they were busy here, the owner switch on me a d said only 30 minutes after making me drive all the way to the other place. Why the lie? I cant stand the dishonesty and will not be back. Dont waste my time like that especially after making me drive to the other store. NO, I do not recommend them.

I had a separated shoulder and after the massage, I felt noticably better with more movement and less pain. The lady did a miraculous job, she did not speak English that well, which made it feel more authentic. I will definitely be coming back here again when I visit.

Wed like to thank Kacy who is the masseuse of Xuya spa massage because me and my friend are all suffering from common issues, lower back and neck pain, from sitting in front of computers too long.. But Kacy and her staff did a great job to help us out. After we walked out of her place, we all felt great. The place is very clean and the music is very soothing . I would recommend this place.

My back is LITERALLY broken...I have had 3 procedures and injections and Wendy’s 90 mins with hot stones is the FIRST time I have actual felt relief in my back in years. They’re sooo polite. It’s always clean and they have the best pricing. I’m not really sure why anyone would go to a chain massage parlor...

I had a great experience at my first visit at the spa. I am unable to consistently get the same person so each visit was a toss up and I had more and more times where I left without any true relief of tautness. They are very nice.

Recently moved from Sandy Springs to near the Woostock area. I didnt think Id be able to find another good spa, but I did! Xuya Massage is great, awesome massage and very nice staff.

Prices were high. Massage wasnt very good. She chased us out the door insisting that we increase the tip.

Very well done massage. Nice atmosphere, very nice people. I have and still do recommend them if you need a good affordable massage.
