I am originally from the Abilene Area and returned to the area from East Texas for a conference. I would like to say that we have a Vapormaven in Nacogdoches that needs to follow this model. I was refused service from the Nacogdoches store by the husband and wife that work there for speaking my mind (not loud just a different opinion) and they disagreed however this store is TOP NOTCH! The Manager is Awesome and the lady tonight was awesome even called me after I left my wallet there. These people were true professionals and I’ll be back every time I am in town, please model all your stores after this one. I’ve been in 4 and this is the best by far! These employees deserve to be in management. Thank you!

They may not always have what you want when you go in, but I guarantee you they can find you something close or recommend a substitute. Staff is super friendly and helpful.

Sold me a bottle of rotten juice that was already open because it leaked in my pocket and refused to replace it without even trying it. Ill never go back again unless the company policy changes. Ive spent hundreds of dollars in the shop and now I never want to go back.

What a great store!!!!! I was riding by and jonsing for some nicotine and I thought id grab some smokes, to my surprise there was a lot more to it. Abigail had empathy and suggested a disposable vape lots of flavors, I got cola ice, weird but good!! Coming back for sure.

The lady Mimi was very courteous. I told her what I was looking for and she guided me to the right product. She explained its use and assisted me according to my specific needs. She was friendly and shared some laughs with me. I left in a good mood with exactly what I wanted in hand.

Ive recently started visiting this store when my previous go to place quit carrying my flavor. Its a very nice store, always clean, and relaxed atmosphere. The staff have been very helpful and happy to help in any way. Of course the question always is how are the prices? Honestly their prices feel a bit lower than other places locally. 120ml of Silverback for $20, they have discount bins with 120ml variety (depending on what they have available) for $10. This location is well placed on a high traffic street so if youre looking for a place to fuel your vape, you should stop in and take a look around!

Was impressed by the product amount and the prices were fair, but the lady working tonight...yeah...rudish and a bit hateful. I bought two bottles of fruit monster. The first was one I knew I wanted but wasnt sure about the second one. So she said she would let me look only to return in ten seconds and asked me to hurry making my choice she was busy! And I was the only one in the store. Dont think I am gonna go back. Again, the store is awesome...the employee...not so much.

This is my go to shop. All the staff is always helpful and friendly. You can tell the employees at this location really enjoy working here. They have the best recommendations for all your vaping needs. They told me they are going to a 24 hr store.

I went to buy a vape and some juice and when I stared asking question the employee I was talking to (Abigail) THE MANAGER!! started acting rude and like I should just know it all already. She was acting like she had better things to do and seemed to be talk down to me. Yall should be willing to teach people that dont know a ton about vaping. I will not being going to this location again because of her!!! 0/10 would not recommend.

Went here to get advice on a product and bought what was recommended. Sold me a defective product. Went back the next day to be told there is nothing they can do about it. When trying to return product I was informed how terrible they are and how she never would have never recommended the product I was advised to buy. There are plenty of other stores in town so do t waste your time or money here.

You definitely have to check this place out and when doing so ask for Melissa she will great you with a smile that will make you feel like your family 🤗 any question will be happily answered and their is so many Kool things to check out. So remember ask for Melissa she will give you the VIP treatment plus it will help if you said Cecil sent ya 😂

This was my go-to shop. I looked past the rude older lady that always tried to talk me out of everything I was getting. I even witnessed another customer fussing at her saying how unhelpful she was because she tried to talk him out of everything he wanted. Another time my boyfriend and I who came in there, we listened to her and bought the vape she suggested. It broke in one week. I continued to be loyal and kind, always tipping them. Then today, my boyfriend and I who are 38 and 40 years old, went in there to buy new vapes. He had his wallet stolen, so only had ID on his phone but I had mine. She said she couldn’t sell us vapes. I understand that. Later that day, I tried to go buy myself the vape I really wanted and she denied me. Saying she couldn’t sell me a vape since she denied him. A year of giving them business is down the drain. I will never go in there again. I’m extremely disappointed and you will be too.

The lady that was in there today has been RUDE EVERY single time my husband and I have been in there. I do not know her name but she argues with customers and then just kicks them out. ABSOLUTELY WILL NEVER GO BACK IN TO THIS VAPOR MAVEN. I thought maybe she was just having a bad day the very first time I encountered her. well nope we live right down the street and usually are in there 3 to 4 times a week. Normally the people in there are great and very helpful but, that person that was in there today and the last few times I have been in there is just WOW. My husband buys his coils for his vape in there. today she told him they dont sale those there. My husband kindly told her he had gotten them there before. She lost her mind and said are you calling me a liar. He said no I just think maybe you might not know whats actually in here. She then got even more offended cause he was looking at what she needed. His phone rang and she said WE DONT ALLOW PHONES IN HERE YOU HAVE TO LEAVE GOOD DAY. Mind you it had just rang at this point he hadnt answered. At that point we let her know we will not be back to that location EVER again. Which sucks cause it is literally right down from our house and convenient. But oh well looks like anarchy gets our business yet again.

My husband went there last night to get me a torch with an easy push button. He came out with a maven alpha multi direction easy push button torch. Great product very easy for me to use , works great , has a lock for the push button, n has a great price. So good my husband went back today and got himself and our friend one 😃

This place is horrible the staff do not have a very good knowledge of the products they carry. The lady behind the counter is very very rude and should be let go. They also will not discuss the prices of anything with you as a ploy tactic to get you too come into the store. Items are overpriced and they dont carry a huge selection of products. I would recommend going to The Vaping Dragon. Dont waste your money with this business

Very rude! This isnt the 1st time either. My mom went in to get a vape for me since she was in town. My car is currently in the shop. They refused the sale. My mom has valid ID. Btw...I am 41. Also, the parking system is ridiculous! Its just not worth it anymore. I will be going somewhere else from now on.

Older female staff member very rude and unknowledgeable. I was the only customer and took her 5 min to get off of her stool and walk to the opposite end of the store to help me, which is around 40 ft or so. Told me in a rudemanner, Dont touch the glass, I just cleaned it. I had my thumbs on the corner edge of the glass display case to lean closer to be able to read labels on vape juice bottles. She told me several times. Then when I asked questions about a few different juices her response was always, I dont know. A shame because the shop has a nice selection of vape products, but I will not step foot in there again.

Mimi is the sweetest and desurves a raise. Everytime I go in there I see her taking care of buisness and has made it a point to have a personal connection with me and my wife we love coming just to see her!

What a joke of a business. I called to ask about how much a certain brand ran here and they said they could not discuss over the phone. What the heck? Then my friend went to get me a vape and she tried to call me to ask what kind, they told her she could not have her phone in the store. Why? What yall doing there? Hiding something? Then she would not let her buy a vape because she said Im calling my friend to see what she wanted. So rude and so unprofessional. Go to Key City Snacks. They are awesome and cheaper. Would have never sent my friend but key city was closed. Yall suck.

Mimi & Abigail basically run this store by themselves & do a fantastic job at doing so!!! I’m in vapor maven daily & have come to love them. As soon as I walk in the door they know what I’m there for & immediately go to grab it, by the time I get to the register they’ve got me rang up ready to pay. I LOVE LOVE LOVE THESE TWO LADIES!! Vapor Maven as a whole needs more choices in disposable vapes, I’d like a bigger selection to choose from this would be my only vape store IF 1. They had more choices in disposable vapes.& 2. If they would come down on their prices just a tad bit. I can go across the street to U.S.A. SMOKE & find a wide selection of disposables to choose from & with my student discount PLUS their rewards system, I’m only paying about $19/vape where vapor mavens I’m paying $24.99 plus tax IF I want a decent disposable vape. But as far as MIMI & ABIGAIL go, they are wonderful ❤️❤️

The mean old lady wouldnt scan my ID to get a disposable. Got mad out of nowhere, wouldnt let me talk and told me to leave the store. I went to my fav vape shop instead that one was just closer at the time.

I always get great friendly service when I go here. They have a wide variety of flavors and vapes. The staff is very knowledgeable about what they sale.

Yet again second time having a bad experience with the employees up there. Had a major back surgery and so my mom went to get a coil for me she was hateful to my mom disrespectful gave my mom a snobby look when my mom first walked in there.. she was VERY unprofessional! Said that she wasn’t gonna help my mom or sale to her cause she was on her phone I HAVE NEVER HAD A VAPE PLACE DO THIS!!

Great experience!! Mariah was very knowledgeable about the different flavors of juices. She was also knowledgeable as far as the different vapes and replacement parts for the two that I currently own. I recommend everybody stop by for all your vape and CBD needs.
