Sole Hao Reflexology

Made an appointment yesterday for a couple massage for 3pm today, appointment was confirmed. After 12 pm today, got a message and asking if we can come at 2:15. My answer was We planned our day to be at the location at 3 and would like to keep the appointment. Response was, see you then. Got there at 2:50, the lady says we cant do couple message but it will be separate room, wont be available until 4pm. We didnt think it was fair and a good customer service. Unfortunately, we left our scheduled appointment without getting massage. We will not be returning.

I wanted to give this place more stars, but I just can’t & also flashed my breast (unwillingly) and will go into detail about this.1. I was asked what pressure and I said deep. The pressure was light, medium at BEST at random parts during the massage.2. When I laid down flat on my back & put my feet in a bucket, it caused my lumbar to raise off the table and wasnt relaxing at all. It was uncomfortable, my feet were smushed in the bucket…I couldn’t wait for that part of the session to be over.3. My breast were out. First of all, there needs to be some disclaimer or some instruction BEFORE the massage. The masseuse told me to take my top off and he shielded my body with a towel and later removed my sports bra while laying down. I wasn’t aggravated because my nudity wasn’t shown. I was aggravated when he stretched me out and my full chest came off the table and exposed to everyone in the room. NOT OKAY. Again, a simple warning or disclaimer would have been appreciated.4. I started to have sharp burning pain in my shoulders less than 5 minutes after the the massage and I left feeling worse than I came.I still tipped on top of a service that I believe was a waste of time and wish I was informed by the staff of what to expect and where I should change to conceal myself. Do better.

Had a couples massage here yesterday. Excellent job!!! Affordable. Most importantly VERY CLEAN!!! We will definitely return in the future 😇

Ive been going here for a few years, at least once a month. Ive had 60 and 90 min treatments. It is always a great experience. I always leave feeling refreshed and invigorated. I always get the back and feet combo but they offer many different options. The ambiance is very peaceful and relaxing.

First time going here and thought it was great - especially for the price. I always ask for deep tissue at other places and it is rarely enough pressure. This was the first place the pressure was strong enough to the point where it hurts a bit, but in a good way since they were working out the knots and troubled spots.

It’s affordable and initially meaning the first 2 times it was an enjoyable experience. I was there May 6, after spending some time away bc of a not pleasant experience, the gentleman helping me this kept falling asleep on a 50 minute reflexology session which really made the experience like can we just get this over with. I should have just left. Although the gentleman at the front is kind, when there is trouble he offers 5 dollars off. I’m not here to bash the place just don’t enjoy wasting my dinero. I am not a picky person my any means but service is important to me

Today is the last time I will go here. I was going to give 20% as tip but the man at the front desk asked me to increase it. The other review is correct, for a 90 minute massage they ask you to remove your top in the open space. No privacy whatsoever. They never mentioned the restroom as a changing room,I am wondering how little they pay their masseuse that they have to ask for more tip.They will keep losing customers this way. I know they lost me already.

Tonight was my first and LAST time going to Sole Hao Reflexology and I did not have a good experience.Issue #1: The man at the front desk, who Im assuming is the manager, asked how much pressure I would like. I said light to medium and he informed my masseuse. However, I was in extreme pain for more than half of my massage due to her using her elbows and forearms to dig into my back, neck, and shoulders. When she asked if the pressure was okay, I told her to go lighter and she would for about a minute. Then, she proceeded to use more pressure again.Issue #2: The table I laid on was very uncomfortable and caused lower back pain.Issue #3: There was not a private area to undress. I had to take off my shirt and bra in the communal massage area. I was not expecting that.Issue #4: Despite my experience, I still decided to tip my masseuse $5 on my card. The manager looked at the tip amount and questioned if I wanted to tip her more and stated that people normally tip 20%. I informed him that I didnt feel like I received a service that was worth a 20% tip. How unprofessional!I left in more pain than I arrived in and am highly dissatisfied. What a waste of money.

I requested a medium foot massage, but the lady who performed it was very gentle. I have had foot massages at many other places before, but this lady did not apply pressure to the points on my feet. It was disappointing, and as a result, even though I paid and I tipped I will not be returning to this location.

They were late for my reservation. They suggested I get boba while I wait which was strange. The masseuse was ok. The problem is the front of the house. They can work on their hospitality for the lack their of. They demanded 20% tip even tho they were late. The massage was medium even tho I ask for medium to firm. I just don’t understand why they had to get hostile after I got a massage.

My husband and I love this place! We’ve gone often over the last 5 years and it never disappoints. The owner is always so helpful and it’s always easy to get same day appointments. The prices are great and the massage is always very helpful and relaxing.

OMG, the manager begging for higher tips. Pay your staff and stop gouging. I am sick of paying for services and being asked to tip more, how unprofessional.I wonder if the person giving the massage actually receive the begging tip. I wont ever go there again.

First time here and will definitely be coming back again soon. Threw out my back earlier in the day and could barely sit up. I still have a little back pain after leaving but definitely not anywhere close to the level I had prior to the reflexology massage. I highly recommend Mark! He did a superb job helping alleviate my back pain, and the head massage was equally amazing! The interior space was open but still felt warm and comfortable. Sheer curtains are up for added privacy. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Wow!! Pretty sure they need to sell a service to help you walk out to your car after you feel like jello after that awesome experience. So relaxing!! Making an appointment was easy and they got me in short notice (20min notice on a Saturday!). Gorgeous place- perfect lighting, spa music, curtains separating spaces led to a feeling of privacy, clean chairs. Lots of service options and they walked me through each of them. They asked about any areas to focus on or stay away from and what pressure I like. They did an entire body massage for 60 min for $35. Absolutely way more than I expected and better than any other massage place I’ve been to. Downgraded a star for two reasons: the massage lotion is extremely fragranced- my skin was itching and I had coughing/sneezing/burning eyes. And the hot stone massage was uncomfortable- having stones on bones like ankles shins and knees was a bad combo. Overall I will absolutely go again but I’ll ask if I can bring my own oil and decline the stone massage. Absolutely wonderful experience!!

My daughter came in from out of town and we wanted a little relaxing bonding time . The place was clean the massage great and the price was good . I will be back w my other daughter .

Had a great experience! I appreciate the manager asking me what pressure I prefer. Other reflexology spas don’t! Was a little bummed the time dropped from a 70 minute to a 60 minute massage while the rate remained the same. The first time I went here, the massage therapist did some excellent stretching! The 2nd time I came, they didn’t stretch me. Great experience during both visits. Will definitely return!

This was the best massage experience that I have ever had. The therapist was in tune to what my body needed, very thorough and very detailed. This was not just another feel good session, but a true therapeutic experience starting from the reception area to the therapist. Thank you!

Update 04/2021 - I went in for the first time in a while. I’m 38 weeks pregnant and that’s why I hadn’t gotten a massage, but really needed my feet massaged due to the extra weight! I finally decided to go again. They were able to accommodate my pregnancy and made me feel very comfortable. Definitely hitting them up a few more times before the baby comes! I already booked my appointment for this weekend. They should advertise their accommodations for pregnancies as other places charge over $125 for prenatal massages. Sole Hao prices are the same, pregnant or not, no up charge!09/2020 This place is so worth a try! Every time I have visited I have walked away in a state of euphoria. The only thing I would change is the waiting room, it should maybe have a door or a very strict policy of no taking as it throws off your relaxation when rude customers are chatting away while you are getting your treatment. Otherwise, no complaints at all!

First time experience it was a very clean, quiet, and professionally run. Like the price point and Combo packages that they offer and to customize your package they will ask about the amount of pressure you would prefer. Will make another appointment.

I usually never leave reviews, but this place is awful. The front desk person is absolutely horrible. He pressures you in adding more tip and is very rude with snarky comments. Will not be going back and do not recommend at all. Customer service is awful.

Great rates, good masseuse. Love that they ask you your preferred pressure and where problem area is. Only downside is the partition is see thru curtains and can hear the person snoring in the next massage area

I have been here a few times and have always left feeling amazing, though so relaxed that walking seems like a chore. Whether it is a man or woman working on me, I feel great from head to toe. I no longer bother going anywhere else. I prefer medium to hard pressure and that is exactly what I get. Kinks that I didnt even know that I had get worked out. I love it here. It is quiet, clean, relaxing, and oh so peaceful.

Highly recommend! Was recommended by family and I will be coming back. They have packages at good price to make the experience customizable. Skilled and thoughtful workers. Only mistake is that I should’ve had it for 90 mins instead of 60

If I could give this place a negative rating I would. The bucket they ask you to put your feet in is too small for a man’s feet and has a bottom that hurts your feet. I asked if I had to put my feet in the bucket and they said yes. I should have walked out then. Putting your feet in the bucket puts too much pressure on the lower back. Moreover, the place is unprofessional. If you like a communal bath environment this is the place for you. No privacy and women are asked to remove their shirts in front of staff and guest with only see through curtains separating people. The tables are terrible and when in the prone position it is hard to breath with the substandard face mount. I wouldn’t go back to this place if someone paid me to go. The owner knew I was dissatisfied and didn’t offer to make things right.

Comparing this to other reflexology places I’ve visited, this one has several advantages. I love that it’s clean and smells nice. The bottled water at the end is a very nice touch. The owner is very kind. They take hygiene and safety seriously, love that all masseuses wear a mask. Love the hot stones, hot towels, heating pad and the heavy blankets.

This place has done wonders for myself and my family! Thanks to the massage therapist Tony, I can finally use my hands and open my fingers without pain after 4 months of not being able to.I had developed a weird chronic condition a few months ago where my arms and hands would randomly start swelling so much to the point to where I couldn’t even open doors, use my phone, or even put clothes on myself/feed myself. The doctors weren’t sure what was causing it, and even the multiple steroid shots I was having to get in my wrists weren’t helping. I had to take a medical leave from nursing school for two months because things had gotten so bad. I had no idea what exactly was wrong with my hands/arms or if they would even get better after trying multiple medical treatments, but within less than 10 minutes of first meeting Tony he was able to figure out how to make things feel better and now only after having gone to him regularly for about a month now, I can finally fully function with my arms and hands and return back to school. You could tell that he really cared and was really determined to help relieve what was causing my pain and I feel so lucky to have found him. I am more grateful than words could possibly describe for what him and this business have been able to do for mine and my family’s health (they now all go there regularly as well). Him and the whole staff/workers are so knowledgeable and just great people, I couldn’t recommend Tony and this Sole Hao reflexology business more! They are better than any massage place I’ve ever been to, you get way more than your money’s worth and I wish I could give them way more than 5 stars because this place is just amazing

I’ve been coming here fairly regularly for four years. They will focus on whatever area you want and my sessions have always been the amount of time I reserved. Only two times have I wished the medium pressure was harder. So now I request “medium-hard” pressure.

The service is not real reflexology, its just a basic massage for head, shoulders, feet, back, and not much is done to the hands. If you are okay with a basic massage and just want towind down a little this may be the place for you. I would have prefer to receive the service advertised, because I know the difference some people dont. I was disappointed due to false advertisement of services that are not truely being perform.

Awesome the best massage Ive ever received! Wear comfortable clothes and pants you can roll up to your knees. be prepared to feel a little beat up during the process but the end result is total muscle relaxation. They undid knots Ive had for years, simply amazing!

Clean facility, calming music and welcoming front desk. I gave 2 stars because the masseuse used forearms and elbows to painfully dig into my back. Also, there are several glade plug ins + diffusers. Even while wearing a mask, the scents are rather overpowering.

Its Elements Massage. I have a regular therapist, hes very knowledgeable, and after a short chat, found out we went to the same school. The girls at the front desk are very friendly and professional, which makes for a more relaxed atmosphere. Great place

Its frustrating going here. Ive been here twice now and when they ask for how firm I like the pressure I tell them I like the massage to be very hard with lots of pressure. Both times it has been so soft it literally feels like theyre just rubbing lotion on me. I even tried multiple times asking for more pressure and their reply was softer is better. Im not sure why they ask for what you prefer if they dont listen. Its a waste of money.

This is the experience I have always wanted from a Sweedish massage, but only reflexology can deliver! I have tried dozens of massage spas, but my experience here has been by far the best. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable and helped me choose a service when I explained that I had never tried reflexology. I selected the 70 minute Head to Toe service and highly recommend it for first timers. It was a little bit of everything - scalp and face massage, neck and shoulder massage, back and leg massage, and 30 glorious minutes of foot reflexology. I typically like hard pressure in a Sweedish massage but went with medium pressure here and it was perfect.If you are on the fence about trying this place, here is a basic walk through: you will take off your shoes and socks but otherwise remain dressed. You then lay down on your back on a low massage table covered with a heating pad, and your feet (bent at the knee) submerged in warm water. They place a blanket over you to cover everything but your neck and face, a warm towel over your eyes, then proceed with the massage/reflexology working around your clothing and massaging through the blanket and your clothes. My service included hot stones on my legs and feet, and I flipped over to lay on my stomach at one point for the back massage. I was given a complimentary bottle of water upon leaving, and I highly suggest chugging the whole thing.I found this experience much more enjoyable than a standard Swedish massage. I was extremely relaxed thanks to staying fully clothed and under the warm blanket. The massage tables are all in one room, but they are sectioned off by curtains and spa music plays over the speaker system. Other guests were very respectful and quiet when entering and leaving the space, so I was not bothered at all by not having a room to myself. My masseuse checked in on the pressure a few times but otherwise was silent. She found knots in my shoulders and back and was able to expertly work them out through the blanket. I was extremely impressed by the quality of the massage, especially at less than half the price a standard spa would charge! I will visit this place frequently!

Great, clean and friendly! They do have a frequent punch card but it expires too soon which makes the card vey frustrating. I think punch cars shouldnt have a timeframe/limit and everyone shoud use some type of app to gain and track their activity and not manual (this is good for the business but BAD for the customer).

No need to get totally naked for this massage... T shirt & shorts or tank top & leggings... They will accommodate whatever you are wearing in this open room style spa... Ultra quiet, with just the whispering of oil diffusers and the occasional rustle of someone flipping... You can pick your pressure and area of focus... Massages start with you on your back, with your feet in a bucket of warm/hot water, while they work on your head and shoulders before moving down to your feet and back up after flipping you... A full 70 minute combo reflexology massage with a dedicated 20 minutes on my back with oils cost $45 plus tip ($20 for my guy because he was awesome) and it was worth every penny.

This place is good, has decent massage therapists. My only suggestion is to tip the therapists in cash instead of paying at the reception.

My go to place for a good calming foot massage. 35$ for 70 mins is quite inexpensive. Also pay to get an hours uninterrupted sleep
