O Chi Massage Spa

These guys are great!! Always do an excellent job getting me back feeling better! 100 percent recommend. Normally go for maintenance but recently tweaked my back training, told them where the pain was and viola-30 mins later I was feeling so much better. Loyal customer here :)

Have been coming to this place for little over a year now, sometimes good experience and others not so good. This last time asked for a 45 min deep tissue as usual, going on day 4 and Im still in pain. Not sure if they really know what they are doing. Time to find another place to go to.

These people are amazing! I keep coming back because they are literally the most skilled out of so many places I tried. Yes, they don’t have the music and the perfect ambient but they do amazing couple, leg, and back massages! Thank you all!!!! 👍🏻

Racist. Especially the taller skinny Chinese lady she’s racist and rude not friendly at all they gave me a massage with latex gloves on which sucked and the lotion they use dried out quickly. Service is trash the smack whatever they massage as if they are doing a good job they have no passion for such work.

In town visiting family and stopped here after a long day at Disney. I walked right in and was seen immediately. Nice and quiet environment. Ive seen some reviews saying the pressure was too much which surprises me--it felt like the perfect amount for me. I got the 30 minute deep tissue and foot massage which relieved much of the soreness from yesterdays hike around Epcot. Perfect stop for tourists recovering from a day of fun.

I love coming here, there is never a wait and no appointment needed. The staff are very friendly and their pressure is a generous deep tissue without the extra upcharge. I go here a few times a month!

Very rough massage, tip is demanded at 20%, I tipped 10% and employee walked away mad. I thought tip is voluntary?? Im already paying $110 for 45 minutes back and foot simultaneously.

Nice and clean location. Easy to walk in on a weekday. The massage itself was extremely hard. If you like a deep tissue massage you might like this place. It was a little too rough for me.

I am a regular here. conviently located in the mall under the food court area next to Dillards. They go a good job managing the flow of walk-in customers. I went once a week after a shoulder surgery and think it helped speed my recovery and return to full range of motion. Prices are reasonable and all the therapists I have seen have been very skilled.

Been wanting an affordable massage & this place was great. They were friendly and I was seated right away. Left feeling a lot of relief in my back pain. For the price you can’t beat it. Definitely recommend .

First time today. I am from Clermont about an hour away. I was very impressed with the service, and quality. The massage space was private drawn curtains. Not like some other mall massage establishments in the malls. I received an hour massage. It was head to toe, back and front. I have never had anybody walk on my back until today. It was amazing. I did not catch the gentleman‘s name. He is a younger guy in mid to late 20s. He took his time and was very thorough. I will definitely be back.

I usually go to another spa closer to my job but decided to give this one a try since they had great reviews and its closer to my home. When I got there it wasnt busy at all (1 other client and myself) and a total of 3 workers (1 lady and 2 men ~ 1 mid 20s and the other maybe 40s). The male who appeared to be in his 40s worked on me. I went in for a 30 min foot massage. It wasnt the best but it was ok, good enough for me to try them out again with a different person. I paid with my card for the massage and hit no tip because I was going to pay the tip in cash. As I went to get the cash out of my purse he became upset and started saying tip him, I need to tip him. I tried to explain I was going to but in cash and him demanding a tip was rude. The tip is based on the service I received and at this moment it isnt very good. He said something in his language that I didnt understand and started walking off. I asked him for a receipt and he stormed back to the register and threw the receipt at me! I get massages often and Ive never been so disrespected. Ill take my business elsewhere.

My daughter and I go here often when we walk the mall. Fantastic massages with reasonable prices and no pressure to buy some kind of monthly contract. Its just a nice walk-in place with a quiet atmosphere and friendly staff that have strong hands. The foot massages are the best!

I frequent this establishment at least once a month if I can. The massages are very relaxing and pleasant. My job is very physical and I am often tensed up. When I leave after a session Im more relaxed and loose. Definitely worth the time and money. They also have a massage points card after a certain amount of sessions you get a free massage. They know their art.

Had a fantastic chair massage, staff was very friendly and worked the knots out of my neck & back really well. Heard a lot of cracks 😁 will be back soon to try out the reflexology. If you get there and theyre busy with other clients, be patient! Its well worth the wait! 👍🏼👍🏼

Horrible service can’t tell time and tried to rip me off was suppose to be 30 mins table and 3mins foot. Which is a 1hr total was only 45 mins and tried to tell me it was a hour which it was and tried to make me pay full price while I timed going in and coming out. Don’t come here

Excellent, these arent just any massages, these are specialized massages that allows the person to target the areas of hurt and illness can be found by this traditional massages. It can be painful but if you want relax soft spa go to the spa, but this is a little more for a healing type massage.

This was great! I needed a massage so bad & they have some great affordable options and do a really good job. I feel rejuvenated! Will definitely be coming back often (:

Love this place. massages vary depending on who is doing them but always at least an 8 out of 10. my massages r usually more deep tissue so not the most relaxing at the time but feel great afterwards. after 10 massages u get 10 free minutes. that is when I usually add a foot massage. only draw back is that they speak very little English

I went here for the foot reflexology massage. Outstanding relief for my plantar fasciitis on my right foot. The gentleman masseuse was excellent. The massage includes all the way up to your knees. The facility is very very clean! I will be returning!

I went in to O Chi today and two employees were working with customers so I sat down to wait. The employees never even acknowledged me. Eventually another customer arrives and they take her back for a table massage. Some guy comes out and tries to explain that she had already been there and had to run to her car. No problem, but when I try and see how much longer it will be Im told 30-40 minutes. At that point of been sitting there 15 minutes. They need to let customers know,when they come in how long it will be. And perhaps if anyone could speak/understand English they would have. It was like pulling teeth to get them to understand what I was saying. Walked out and wont be back.

My brother and I went in this afternoon to receive a massage. I told him I highly recommend the place as the employees are highly professional, thorough and very helpful. I utilized google translation to express what I had came in for to see if they would be able to help out. It was indicated that a deep tissue massage would be helpful for my condition. Two gentlemen that work there instructed us to go lay down on the table and remove our shirts. As I was doing so I could see through the curtain that the employees were making fun of us behind our back‘s and playfully pushing one another around as if saying no you go to that one you go to this one. I proceeded to inform my brother who was in the room next to me what was going on and I was uncomfortable and wanted to leave. I was highly disappointed at the disrespect and sheer disregard for returning paying customers that was displayed at this establishment. I will not return nor will I recommend this place again.

This is a very good place! TBH I never got a massage in my life and this one is not relaxing at all Like I thought but it really helped me afterwords. I went with my husband and he was very pleased. I loved the foot massage

Rude and irritable woman ignored my daughter and I while entire store was empty. Another lady walked in 5 minutes after us and was helped immediately. We were finally placed in a room and ignored for another 15mins while employees chatted. Then a lady came in and shouted orders at us as if we were convicts or insubordinate children. She was rude in every manner of the sorts from her voice, expression, the way she snatched the blanket to the way she shouted hurry up!. Never going there again. Terrible service.

Rude staff. Terrible customer service. Came for a massage and was hurried into a partitioned room to wait for 20mins while 3 staff members decided who would massage me. No explanation, no mention of well be right with you. After another 10mins I peaked my head out to ask a question when a staff member yelled at me to go back in the room, without even addressing my question. A lady entered my room, pointed at the table and yelled lay down now! Not, hello, or is this your first time here? She turned back and shouted take off youre shoes! then she threw a bottle on the floor and walked out again. I grabbed my things and left after that. She was rude and disrespectful. This isnt the cheapest place or the best for that matter. Theres no reason to act irritably and crude towards potentially paying customers. Save your money and self respect. Dont go here.

Shorted me 2 minutes I literally had a Stop watch going, so now you lost your tip. Not coming back

*****READ***** got a 30 minute massage and the lady was very nice until in the middle of getting my back massage she mentions that shes going to charge me another $30 because the other lady started doing my feet an she had already done 1 foot so she said is that ok? I said umm I guess.. I wasnt trying to be rude so I let it go. When it was time for me to pay I tipped her $5 cash she goes Oo noo.. And points at a tipping sign on the counter so I grabbed another dollar to give her $6 then she goes and pulls her calculator out and types $65 in and shows me what the tip should be from $65 an she showed me $9.50 so I felt VERYYY disrespected. She refused to give me my card so I wrote for her tip $9.00 and then shd gave me my card. I will NEVER go there again in my life. Tips are appreciated and should NEVER be EXPECTED! She is rude and I will be going back to Sanford instead of this place from now on. She forced me into giving her a higher tip. NEVER GO HERE!!!!!!

The masseuse asked where my discomfort was and proceeded to find all the pressure points on my neck and back. relieved all the tightness on my neck, shoulders & back after an hour I felt like a new man!Reflexology at its finest.
