This place is THE BEST cosmetics store in Michigan. They have 2 locations too! Their selection of cruelty free, clean skin care coupled with their knowledge is admirable.The owner REALLY CARES about your skin. I love purchasing from there whether its make up or skincare. Their spa is heavenly and so peaceful too. Highly recommend!

My friend and I went to London Beauty because we wanted clean products for our sensitive skin. This place did not disappoint! We each got a “quick face” tutorial plus how to take it up a notch all within about 45 minutes. It was fun and we learned at lot—now we’re excited to do the simple routine daily.

I just received my order from Lily Grace, and I am beyond pleased! My items came beautifully packaged, and Cyndi provided me with some samples to try. Of course I’m not surprised, Cyndi has great attention to detail and always provides her clients with an upscale experience.If you are looking to update your beauty routine or want to receive a beyond amazing facial or massage, check out Lily Grace! You won’t be disappointed! I now live in DC and wish I could stop in more.

Was in town on game day and went a little nuts in this store! Really lovely place, very well curated items and the owner is hands on and so nice. Her staff is just as knowledgeable as she is. I am really enjoying the products I bought. One thing I love is this Silver finishing mist for my hair. I think it is from Spain, and it comes in Gold too. Really ads luster to my silver hair! I could have bought lots more, but I stopped myself.

I stopped by with my wife after lunch to take a quick peek and we were very impressed with the products offered. Cindy and her staff were very welcoming, helpful and extremely knowledgeable of their product lines. Theres a spa in the basement that I will look forward to sending my wife to. The service here was just fantastic. There was no pushing toward products and we were given a number of free samples. There was genuine concern for our needs and that went a long way.

I started having trouble with acne a few years ago (I’m 37 😏). I’ve been to a dermatologist and have tried numerous products (wasting so much money) and my skin had not improved. I finally decided to go to Lily Grace and try the Darphin Deep Soothing Facial. It was my first facial ever - although I am not new to spa treatments in general - and Zachary went above and beyond. It hasn’t even been a week and already the products he suggested (and the ones he suggested I STOP using) have just about smoothed out the redness and acne problems I’ve lived with for years now. Highly recommend. I’ll be going back next month. Thank you Zachary! See you soon!

Beautiful ambiance! A upscale one stop beauty and relaxation paradise! When you walk in and see the luxurious products, you feel special just for discovering it. From facials to bath bombs, Lily Grace has it all. For those of you who have been to L.A. or New York City you will find coming here will make you feel right at home. I just moved here from N.Y.C. and it made me feel home again. I recommend this wonderful Day Spa and Cosmetic Wonderland to anyone who wants to feel alive and refreshed.

I had the Tata Harper Brightening facial done by Erica and it was fabulous. She is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to skin types and tailoring the facial to meet your needs. It was very relaxing and I left with a glowing complexion. Now three days later, I can see a difference in the texture of my skin as well as its clarity. Highly recommend if in the Ann Arbor area!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Lily Grace! Jena did my wedding hair and Heidi my wedding make-up and they far exceeded my expectations! I called Lily Grace last minute and they were able to accommodate my on-site wedding needs. Jena walked me through the hair extensions process, found me a PERFECT color match, and did a practice run right before my rehearsal dinner, so that I could enjoy the extensions at the Rehearsal AND the wedding. Heidi did my make-up and my moms make-up and it stayed on all day (even in 90 degree weather).Ive never had make-up look that good before! It was light and didnt feel like I was wearing anything on my face. They were such a joy to work with and be around - EVERYONE talked about how beautiful my make-up and hair was! Jenas hair style was PERFECT and stayed in place as I actively danced the night away! Both Jena and Heidi were focused on giving me what I want and need, were so calm and accommodating, and honestly, so fun to have with me as I got ready for my wedding. I would highly recommend these two!

Cindy and her team are lovely people. They really get to know you and your needs and it’s a convenient location on Main Street in Downtown Ann Arbor. Great place for skin products, and if you need help picking something out for your significant other they will find you exactly what’s necessary!

Alexis is AMAZING!!!! She was so sweet and made the time it took to get eyelashes FLY by ( I was so worried Id be bored AF for 2 hours but she made it fun). My lashes look absolutely incredible- better than I ever hoped! And it was such a relaxing experience. I could not recommend it/her more highly!

London Beauty does not accept returns (only on unused products) so if you’re purchasing a product you have never tried and have a bad reaction, you’re out of luck.
