Smoker Friendly

The elderly lady that was working today was very impatient from the moment i walked in. She kept asking which one as i was looking atthe vapes. Goodness I didnt even get to browse the flavors without feeling rushed. I was the only one in the store.

The older female cashier doesn’t know how to read nor accept temporary IDs. I proceeded to show her my LEGAL digital ID. Which she still is unable to read the correct expiration date. I also l loved the added touch of her coughing all over my stuff. Definitely will never return. This was awful.

Only giving three stars because of one of the lady’s that works here is super cool ! Was just in there and pointed out a pricing error to the dude at the counter and instead of adjusting the price according to the price on what I was going to purchase he just sighed said “I don’t know “ and waited for me to hand him my credit card. Put everything back and will now go elsewhere

Grat experience, awesome selection, and the staff is great, knows what they are doing!! Get you in and out,fast service Donna the manager is one if the nicest and friendly person very well liked!! I recomend this store to everyone.

Had a similar experience as the gentlemen under me Michael Mendez. Super unwelcoming environment, almost prejudice of sorts. I saw how she treated the white patron in front me compared to how she spoke to me and it was as if she thought I was trying to rob the establishment. It was disgusting and I am sure her behavior will catch up to her rinky dink shop. GARBAGE!!!!!

The lady who works there is very helpful and the selection in the store is great.

Lost my business, horrible customer service today. Could have handled a simple issue but chose to be rude. That’s how small businesses go out of business!
