Great experience! My boyfriend and I received excellent service from Jordan (sorry if I spelled your name wrong) tonight. She was very patient and friendly while we were asking questions about the mod selections and battery maintenance. Im pretty sure we smelled every juice they sell as well. The store had everything we were looking for and more! Definitely coming back

Kye and James are great guys. Always willing to help you out and give you their honest opinion. They give you their full undivided attention when you come in. They dont pressure or ignore you for the next customer. All of the stuff they carry is top quality. From the mods and tanks to the juice, tools, and even wire. They make you feel like a regular customer on the fist visit. Great prices and people is worth giving them a visit.

Poor customer service/or not staffed appropriately; After trying to call several times (it is currently 12:59 pm on a Thursday) during regular business hours and nobody was available to answer a very basic question for me. Furthermore, their mailbox was full with no other options to communicate with potential customers... Poor customer service! This place is a real cool place to go if you aren’t looking for juice, mods, accessories, and in general help for anything related to vaping. I just couldn’t give it a 5/5 because I’ve tried stopping by 5 different times at 12 and they weren’t open. For reference today I stopped by at 12:15 and no ones there. I mean I’m not tryna be picky or anything because this place is great but I’m pretty sure there should be someone at least there 15 minutes after opening.
