Chris was amazing and helped us with two vapes and restoring some equipment we had and getting set up without spending a fortune to get set up.

First off, this place is expensive. More expensive than any other vape store in Asheville. However they had a sale advertised in the case that is you buy a Vaporesso Eco Nano pod mod and a bottle of e-liquid, you would get $10 off. I thought great! Ill use that $10 discount to buy a pack of pods. At the register the clerk tells me that sale advertisement that is displayed in the cabinet next to the pod mods, is no longer valid and was for January. I said but its April, dont you think you should pull that paper out and stop telling people they are on sale? He said well I can give you a 10% discount to make up for it. I said fine lets go ahead. I pay for it, get outside and look at the receipt and it says there was a 7% discount applied. What sheisty behavior from a local vape store just to make 1 small sale, you lied to me twice and lost me permanently. Hope that $58 goes a long way cause i dont do business with liars and cheats. Eff yu OG Vapes.

After using another shop where I had purchased a mod and the coil needed changing. The clerk there installed a new one, which immediately read no atomizer. They told me I was s o o l. Took it to OG, and the salesman looked at it and changed the coil. No problemI have a new shop.

Lady at the front desk is super helpful and informative. Very friendly too. Valerie is her name, i think

I moved here about a year ago. I usually have a hard time finding a good vape shop. I found OG Vapors a few months back and I couldnt be happier! They have a great selection of all things vape. Fair prices, and their staff are very knowledgeable, kind and professional . Yall are great!!🖤

Very pleased with our visit. The staff was very knowledgeable. The product selection was impressive. The decor and shop was very warm and inviting. My wife hadnt had a unit for years, and saw one that she used to have. The staff recommended a newer model and the benefits of it. We ended up going with the newer model due to value and price. There were plenty of flavors to choose from. We highly recommend this shop for its professionalism, value, and pricing. Well be back!

People there are always pretty nice. They have many, many things to choose from and Jacob (might be his name, cant recall)(younger guy, skinny with shore black hair) knew his stuff. I had been in the industry for a long time and we stood and talked every time I come there during lunch.

I ALWAYS LOVE the people here. They are my favorites. Also, black friday got a vape with $20 off. Had it a couple of weeks and stopped working and the staff were very helpful and were very willing to trade for another one. They are also very Informative if you have questions.

Ive done business with OG long before they changed their name and location. They have always treated me well and informed me on the best options for me. I went in today and the ladies that were there looked after me, as always! I watched them work with another customer giving him factual info and helping make the best decision. Wish they still had more select of 12 mg liquid. The tunnel re location is much more helpful than the Patton Ave location. Theyve helped me out with my tank even when I didnt make a purchase. Convenient place to grab some liquid, etc.

We all know juice online is cheaper but I only go here to buy my equipment. They are so patient with me making them pull 15 products off the shelf before I make up my mind. Good service and great box mod options.

The blonde lady was extremely rude and not helpful at all. I tried explaining the type of coil I needed and she rudely said “well that doesn’t help me at all” then scoffed. It was belittling. I will not be returning here and will be telling my friends not to shop here.

I meant to put this review online a few days ago when I actually went to the store LOL. It was last Thursday and was snowing up a storm. I needed some help with glass on one of my old tanks. It was not in stock but my main man had me. I want to say Kayden (I am so sorry if i butchered this youngins name.) He tried to fit every single potential tank that could fit on it, scraped the shattered glass out of the o-rings and even slayed the mighty dragon.And to think, he was just doing his job. You have a wonderful employee who deserves a box of chocolates and a raise for his great customer service.Thanks!

A little bit on the expensive side, but they do have a nice selection of mods. I just miss them doing in house juice, now all they sell is premium juice and its on the expensive side. Great customer service, and I like their points system.

Would be nice if they kept popular items stocked. I dont understand how you run out of inventory so often. Seems like you would order more to keep up. Im done wasting my time trying to use your store, its been an issue for years and its just a joke at this point.

I love this store- the people who work here are so knowledgeable! Any time i need anything to do with vapes, this is where i go, and theyve always got whatever i need.

I recently went to the one in Weaverville, I was very happy with the service, I dont know the young girls name that helped me, but Im very happy, great service! Ill definitely be going back!

Probably one of the better vape shops in the area but if you smoke these e-cigarettes do not inhale that smoke and move on it is harder on your lungs than cigarettes I woke up after 3 days of smoking it and I couldnt breathe so I went back to the cigarette store easier on my lungs Vape fluid theyre finding out its causing heart damage and several other things so I would be weary

Great selection of e-juice and vape pens. I have been in 2 OG VAPE shops here in Asheville, NC. The staff is great, friendly and knowledgeable of the products they sell. Every time i go into the vape shops i learn something new. I am new to vaping because i wanted to stop smoking cigarettes... i have done that quickly and easily using a vape...

The prices are less than desired. Much less. But still they can help you become independent of the icky sticks. Whats better cancer or empty pockets? What price can you put on health?

Nice people, good selection, good locations. Seeing as this is a brick-and-mortar, youre going to get brick-and-mortar prices. However, their prices are still Fair...

For Evil people who have to smoke cause they are not strong mentally. They cant quit smoking so they can smoke vapors but who knows what the vapors will do to them over time.. Well just keep it up and there will be less of them soon enough..

They fixed my vape in less than a second i was so happy they even offerd to replace the coil if it couldnt be fixed i am vary happy
