Michael is the best med-deep pressure massage. I’ve had shots in my shoulder which has not helped until I was lucky enough to get him to work on my shoulder. He’s great starting out with softer massage then gently going into the deep pressure massage. I couldn’t have had anyone better than he is. When I went to him I couldn’t moved my arm higher than my shoulder. After Michael gave me a massage is the 1st time in over 2 years I could raise my arm. Thank you … thank you to my Michael & thank you to Jasmin for telling me to try him.

I was in the area to get some work done, and had been having some trouble with my lower back and sciatica. I’ll admit, Jamian’s ability to knead me like dough was a pleasant surprise. He is obviously very knowledgeable about human anatomy and understands what hurts when you don’t have the right words. In addition to his technical knowledge, he is also professional, personable, and kind. Highly recommend this location and therapist!

Lauren and Samuel are my two favorite people there. Samuel gives amazing massages and Lauren gives great facials. Both were an absolute joy to have conversation with. Practically free therapy! The prices of the services are extremely affordable as well. Cant beat the prices or the service. Highly recommend. Also, please make sure to tip your service provider!!!

If you enjoy a deep tissue massage then you must go see Michael C. at the Bluebonnet location.He kept the same pressure throughout the whole massage. Sometimes I feel that some therapists only apply deep pressure on my back/neck. Michael kept the deep pressure consistently throughout the whole massage.**Thank you Michael for a fantastic, relaxing session.

My husband had a birthday massage by Michael in Baton Rouge. He looked different after! He said he felt wonderful & want us both to return monthly! We live over 2 hours away. But we are working it into our schedule! Im so glad I gave him this present for his birthday! He is in his 70s and he was moving about afterwards as if he was 20 years younger!

My experience with Donielle as with all the therapist was very relaxing and professional. She treats me as though it was personal to make my complexion as best as it could be.This was my first time getting a stretch. Thanks Leshaun. It was wonderful. I hope to get it again in the future.

Kacy is smazing! In addition to being a skilled masseuse, she is trained in lymphatic massage. She also worked on scar tissue that accumulated after knee surgery. My physical therapist was very impressed and will refer some of her clients. . I could not recommend Kacy more whole heartedly.

Staff was very curtious and accommodating. Morgan was one of the best therapists Ive ever had. As a body worker myself I knew what needed to be worked and she did just that. She got all the trigger point and more. She did an excellent job in helping to relieve my pain.

Ive been getting massages for almost 4 years at massage envy on bluebonnet and my experience has always been amazing! Michael is my favorite! The entire atmosphere is very serene and professional. Cant recommend enough!

A lot of miscommunication. Booked an hour massage for my daughter. She only received 30 minutes but they still tried to charge for me the whole hour. I’m glad I was there and my daughter wasn’t left to point out the mistake. I’ve been waiting to check out for 30 minutes now so they can “fix” it and charge me the correct amount. The massage was great but the front desk was so unorganized and unprofessional.

Michael is great!!! He finds every knot and works on it till its gone... whether it needs a soft touch or really firm. Im not quite a deep tissue person. He has good hands and is always professional.

It was myFirst time going to a massage parlor, and I was very lucky to have a last minute appointment booked with Jamian after work.I work from home and I also do Brazilian jiu jitsu. Gabrielle has an amazing gift! After standing for four hours this past weekend, my legs and back were screaming! I couldn’t even sleep for two nights. Finally at 3 am on Monday am, I decided to check the ME app to see if there were any same day appts available (usually not!) but…I was blessed to get an appt on the same day! Gabrielle knew exactly where to target her techniques to give me relief. I walked in in pain and walked out pain free!

Michael was so great! He was very kind and knowledgeable when it came to the area I was having issues with. I felt so much better and so much pain relief after the session. 10/10 would recommend.

She was sniffling and coughing during the whole 90 minutes, which made me think that she was ill, The massage was terrible probably because she didn’t feel good. She didn’t even massage my lower back. The foot portion of the massage was also ridiculously terrible. During the whole massage, it made me feel uncomfortable the fact that it was so bad bad . I want it put on my account that I don’t want her to massage me in the future. It was not a good experience and I left upset. I have a membership there and have never experienced something so terrible.

Even though my service was great, my therapist was sneezing without wearing mask. I should have ask her to wear a mask, but I figured she is a professional and it’s not my place to tell her about it. I should have, because the next day I woke up with fever, body aches and headache. Long story short, I ended up with bad case of RSV/flu and for a week was in bed. My whole family got sick within couple of days too. When I called massage envy, front desk person did not even apologize and her ignorance in answer and lack of awareness of RSV in the area made an easy choice to never go back there. Didn’t we learn something from Covid? I guess not. 2 weeks later, I am still recovering from this bad flu, missing my work and important meetings:(

When I went in, I was at first greeted warmly, since it was my first time there. However, when the person started to check me in, getting info on what I was comfortable with, they said, and I quote, “(Massage Therapist) will get a laugh out of this.” I felt a bit denigrated, as I was feeling her about my chronic back pain and how much I moved around on a daily basis. When talking as well about price, she also stated that it would be a bit more pricey at this place than what I was given online, for what reason I am not aware of.When I got into the massage room, I was a bit skeptical, due to the interaction I had just experienced, but I gave the benefit of the doubt to my massage therapist. I did get a more firm pressure, so I did expect a bit of pain. However, the amount of pain I felt during the massage I feel should not have happened. When I say it hurt, it HURT. As I am writing this a day and a half later, I just had to take three ibuprofen to help settle some of the pain caused from the pressure inflicted.I don’t think I’ll be coming to this particular place again if this is the service I’m gonna get. I’m definitely gonna go someplace where the people are somewhat more cordial, and the service is less painful.

Tonight I had an initial massage session at your location. The receptionist, white female, black hair, conducted my intake. During the intake, she asked which aroma I would like for my session. She allowed me to smell three (3) aromas. I selected one. She quoted me $80 for the session. I stated, your website states $70. She replied, this is a franchise and the price listed on the site is a national price. I was perplexed because I was certain when I made the appointment that the amount was $70 for 60 massage session. I waited for the therapist. I moved forward with the appointment.Issue #1: Your receptionist lied; see issue #3.The therapist entered 50 minutes on the timer. I asked why I was not getting 60 minutes. He stated there is a 10 minute consultation, so the actual session is 50 minutes. I arrived 15 minutes early. I was walked to the massage room at 8:59 PM, the therapist left to wash his hands and allowed me to disrobe. The massage began at 9:08 PM and concluded at 9:58 PM. There was never a 10 minute consult, which should not be apart of the session anyway, if it is advertised as a 60 minute massage session. Not 50 minutes massage and 10 minutes chat session. The receptionist confirmed the 50 minutes at the end of my session and that a 10 minute consult is factored into every session.Issue #2: The site advertisement is not what the customer receives.I asked for a printed receipt. The receptionist stated they dont print receipts and it will be emailed, with itemization of the service. I see the receipt and I was charged $10.00 for the aroma lotion.Issue #3: Receptionist NEVER stated there was a charge for the aroma lotion. She quoted the price as it being the franchise pricing for the massage session. She up-charged without disclosing. Dishonest.I filed a complaint with their corporate office.

I booked a couples massage as a surprise. Jamian and Felicity did a wonderful job! They were very kind and made the entire experience very enjoyable and relaxing.

Always a great massage with Mike! Hes the best and knows his stuff. I will say, though, I got a facial here one time, and I was not impressed. Mostly bc the girl did not tell me what she was going to do before she did. She took this pimple extracter thing to my face without saying it was coming and started scraping at my face, which didnt feel too good. Like you can just warn a girl its coming.

Feeling short changed! Had an appointment at 7 for a one hour couples massage. Didnt get called back to the massage room until 715. Massage started at around 7:20 and ended exactly at 8:00! Only got 40 minutes of a 60 minute session.Additionally, it was supposed to be a full body massage. Lady spent about 35 minutes on my upper back and 5 minutes on my neck. Said that my upper back was so tight that she wanted to focus on it more. I paid for a full body. She should have asked me if I wanted her to keep the focus on the back vs making the call on her own.

I came in to purchase a gift card. The employees were present, helpful, and politely professional. The decor was bright, clean, and conveniently accessible with several products presented. Though I have never made use of their massage services, I was still impressed. Also, they are offering a deal on gift cards while supplies last, so hurry up and try them out.

Read to the end to see why I changed my rating from 2 stars to 4.On 7/28/22 I booked a 60 min intro massage. Was not pleased, it was just ok. The massage therapist (Sohn) talked almost the entire time which was so aggravating because I was going for relaxation. Then he kept talking about the type of music that was being played, the chair not rolling properly, etc. And I didnt get my enhancement and was charged $80. Will not go back, waste of time and money. Not sure if any of the other therapists are better but the one time I really needed a relaxing massage and I feel like I was cheated and need another one.Update: The general manager called me on 7/29/22 and is going to let me come in and get my massage redone with a more experienced therapist. I also ended up having some of my skin peel on my arm close to my elbow (attaching a pic). It hurts really bad, not sure what happened 😕. Never had this happen with any massages I got at other establishments and I dont have sensitive skin. When I go for my redo, I will update my post and rating. Also found out that even though the front desk person told me the enhancement was included in mt massage, I was still charged $10 for the enhancement that I did not get. Beware if they offer you something and said its included make sure it is not an additional price to add it.Update: 8/13/22 - Went in for my massage with my enhancement and I have to say I was pleased. Tessa was really attentive and listened to what areas I needed more work on. The atmosphere was relaxing and calming and I was able to enjoy my massage. With this visit, I will change my rating from 2 stars to 4. Im thankful that Massage Envy made a wrong right. I would consider going back if I can get Tessa.

Room was very cold and we told therapist about it but nothing was done. My girlfriend literally could not wait for the message to be over because of how cold it was. We did speak to the manager about it and all she offered was an apology. Would think they would offer more than just an apology after hearing what happened.

AVOID THIS LOCATION. This location is incapable of keeping appointments correctly. My appointments have been messed up so many times that I can’t keep count. Then I have a genuine emergency and I’m told I have to forfeit a month of service even though I’ve had my appointments changed last minute or shown up to be told my appointment was put the following week instead of this week. I should have charged them every time they messed up. I’d have years of free services. This place is a joke. Go to a different location unless you like having your time wasted. I feel sorry for the therapists that work here because they really are good.UPDATE: Do NOT let them waive a month’s fee. They will force you into another month of their terrible service. Massage Envy should close this location.

Worst service EVER! Refuse to refund a gift card that I have no use for! Girl at desk did not care if they received a bad review. Did not tell my husband upfront that it was non refundable. I personally would like to thank you for ruining my gift! Had he known upfront he would not have purchased it! Thank you for telling me to read the back of the card after the purchase!!!!!

The website says $60 for a 60-minute but thats just the introductory price. After you use that offer its over $100 for 45 to 50 minutes of actual work. About 10 to 15 minutes is spent just lying on the table before and after the session. The therapist was decent but Ive had a few experiences with Massage Envy over the years and none of the therapist have been skilled enough to justify those kinds of prices. Its just not a good deal. And they ask you for a tip at the end

Bought a gift card for my wife for Christmas. Wife decided it wasnt for her, and went to go return it but they said its non refundable. Now when I purchased this the day before Christmas, I was not told by staff that it was non refundable nor were there any signs in this establishment. When I called and spoke to an employee about returning the gift card, she failed to tell me that gift cards are non refundable and I needed to talk to a manager.

I have never been to a massage envy. May never go now. Had a friend invite me for a massage get a call that they cancelled my appointment because the manager sent them home and had no one to cover her appointments. Way to lose business. Dont waste your time with this place or the manager. They could careless about your business.

My therapist was amazing. He did exactly what I needed to relieve the stress in my neck and shoulders. He also added relaxation into it also. I would highly recommend him to anyone wanting a wonderful massage.
