I love this place. Ive been to Council Bluffs, Bellevue and Omaha ones and they were all great! Generation V is the only vape shop I use. The employees are all super friendly and have good knowledge of what they sell.

Nice clean place with friendly and informed staff willing to answer questions and provide excellent service. Enjoy every visit (and yes I know I should quit). That said, if you vape, this is your place and highly recommend registering as a customer to take advantage of excellent coupons and sales!

The workers are awesome, never have a problem with their disposals and if I ever do they stand by their 48 hour exchange if anything is wrong with the disposable vapes. Now that they have this new app I’m more happy about it because now I can view my points before I go in and knowing what options I got in points.

Dude was a complete douchebag, terrible customer service told me a delta 8 cartridge was 20 dollars and then proceeded to charge me damn near 30 dollars for it . Never going again

Went there to get my first vape and the staff was wonderful! They didnt try to upsell me, and got me the one that would be best for me. Super friendly, incredibly helpful, and just an all around great experience! 10/10 would recommend!

Did not stand by their return policy, sold a defective vape mod and were very rude. we had the receipt and quoted store policy, and even with all of this evidence, the employees made no effort to remedy the situation. The employees need a lesson in humility, and need to know that customer service is key to success in any business. I advise others to take their business to another vape shop who actually puts customer service first.

Great environment to go and get anything you need to either just freshly starting off or for the advance users who chase clouds! Even if your not looking to spend money, everyone is welcome to use it has a place to hang out and vape and meet cool new people. Great flavors with great prices.

OMG!!! So I love checking out new places!!! I was here a few days ago and they had great deals on salt nic! I even talked about getting some CBD products and they talked with me and took time tone to help me understand the ins and outs of it all!!! This is now hands down my absolute favorite spot! I will BE BACK 😁!!!!

Its a cool place. Brought a juice I tasted in the thier tester which was a RDA, used in my sub ohm tank didnt get the same flavor tried to explain. They couldnt feel my pain😢. Their response was Theirs Nothing they can do about it. So I Wasted money, which could have been some kids Christmas gift. Cant exchange or pay a difference on another juice. Im a rewards customer there and I dont feel Ive been rewarded. I Feel Mistreated. 😢 12/29/18

While I was driving myself on Entry, I hit some bumpy roads and my vape fell and the glass broke. I called and they told me that the Walmart across the street allows truck parking. I walked over there and did some business. Everyone inside was friendly, everyone was wearing masks, and their prices were quite reasonable. They also had an amazing selection of just about anything that you could think of when it comes to nicotine and vaping. I will definitely swing by again if Im in this area.
