If I could give zero stars I would. I only go here as a last resort, but I will not be returning. Terrible customer service, employees are always rude and try to take my card out of my hand whenever I pay. Their products are overpriced and most of them are knock off. And now they are illegally charging you extra fees if you don’t spend more than $10 or if buy only one pack of cigarettes. You can’t fine people for not spending a certain amount of money in your store. Spread the word and don’t give any of your money to this place.

Prices are a bit high. Dude behind the desk was very short slightly rude. everything that I had asked the price of, I was told was $20 even though some items ended up being $7 or $15 after i noticed where the tags were put on them. Got what I needed, just expensive and wasnt a very welcoming vibe. item below was purchased for $7 after seeing tag on bottom, tried saying $20

I get it all here, 1 or 2 times a month. Tobacco, tube, butane and the occasional glassware and lighters. Nice and informative staff.The store is always clean and they carry alot of productsto choose from. Its my Go To store Great selection and prices!

They had exactly what I wanted, the person in front of me was taking a little long so they helped check me out first which was awesome as I was in a hurry. Definitely would recommend to anyone needing smoking supplies / bong related items! Friendly people!

K Smoke Has Smallest Salt nic. Juice I go here all the time but the Only issue I have with them is I get charged different prices. I have proof. One time I get charged more using my bank card with me using my pin # Then the other time I got charged the true Price? I did ask a guy in there are they charging different Prices he said No? & I honestly love shipping here at this vapor place cause Im on a budget right now. Seem nice when I go in there. Id like to stay a customer But I want the correct Price every time! You shouldnt be charged more for Using Your Bank debit card. No one rarely Carries Cash anymore. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Bought a defected vape TWICE and was told I was wrong even though the employee told me if the light stays on longer and the vape keeps hitting, then it is defective. Happened to me so I showed him that the light stayed on for more than 10 seconds and started smoking and was still told it is not defected. He was horribly rude and argumentative. Does not care of customers only cares about his money and defected vapes. Do not go here at all. Had to really press the issue just to get a good one back after. He made me feel uncomfortable the first time this happened so when it happened again, I went back with my friend for some support and he told me that it was wrong of me to do that. I was only ensuring my own safety because of how he treated me the first time.

I got what I came for but dude literally stopped helping me to help someone else. Called him out on it and he told me he’ll help me if I bought it now. I was on lunch so I just got it. What a Weirdo.

Terribly rude and conniving, deceitful etc. No prices on %75 of their inventory. Make them up after they size you up. No idea why anyone still goes here

I have been going to K smoke for far too long time. Sometimes you find yourself going to a retail store simply because of its location.Even though you do not receive good customer service you go because its easy. Im disturbed at myself for continually going.Even though I do not receive good customer service. Today was the last day. I have lived through purchasing $90 worth of vape equipment batteries and so forth to find out that the atomizer and all of the moving parts do not work together. I bring it back within 2 hours and the men wont help me he will not refund me. I end up going to Olympus vapor and they are a wealth of knowledge and he was helpful to me and also helped with the price because of what I had gone through. They have the knowledge as well theyre not going to sell you something thats not going to work and that is not good quality.The last straw at k smoke was today I made light of a situation. The situation was somebody had broke his front door it was only the two glass pieces of his front door it was all cleaned up and I was making light of it and I said well I guess you have new air conditioner now and I smile. Personally I did not find that to be an offensive statement nor would I take it as one. Yet this man got angry at me and lectured me. Ive already taken his abuse many times Im sorry for his misfortune but he does not understand sometimes you have to laugh or you cry I choose to laugh it makes life easier that was all I was trying to do. He could learn a good lesson in customer service and in personal service as well.

Decent selection of kratom, better than most other smoke shops around here offer. Good hours. Polite service. No complaints

I called this smoke shop for a price cause I just moved here. Was hung up on. So I had to drive 10 minutes out of my way to another smoke shop Ive went to before. I will not deal with these people anymore. Rude. Will go to the same one I went to before. Im a true customer.

Horrible customer service yall. Take Into consideration what other people went through going here, horrible customer service, discrimination and uneasy. Don’t give business to people that are not genuine and don’t care about you at all. Stay away from this place he does not care he just wants you to get out of the door as soon as he takes your money. Tried to have a conversation with him and be kind, didn’t care. Super rude, standoffish, made me feel so then asked uncomfortable questions about me with my real gender on my ID compared to me in a super rude non friendly way and not be coming here again.

I will never shop here again. This guy sold me a vape pen and now less than 30 days the charge wouldnt stay charging so I took it back in hope he would exchange it for me. After he tried to make it work he suggested I should just buy a new one with this smirk of his face.Why would I spend more money on something that might not work thats ridiculous. I feel like his costumer service skills sucked and he didnt even seem to care that I hadnt had it long and it clearly was a manufactor default or something. There was absolutely nothing wrong with it as far a scratches/dents and the light lite up still. With all that and the amount of time I had it, it didnt make sense as to why it was not working. Bottom line is this guys will take as much of your money as you let him.he kept telling me to just but another. He was rude and had no people skills . Every time I went in there he would try to flirt and ask about my personal life, I always gave him the benefit of the doubt but now I see he is just not a good person. If the owner knows whats good for his business he should get rid of this guy because he is the reason me or my family will Never be returning.Dont shop here there are other places to go factoria has a nice one and they arent misleading.

Convenient location, convenient parking, and friendly service are the easy marks of this retail business. What makes this shop great is the prices.As an advocate of Kratom for its medicinal properties for pain I can personally vouch for their prices are the best in the Issaquah, Bellevue, Redmond area for liquid Kratom. Additionally the variety of product and product knowledge is a welcome surprise.

Great place i bought a dr dabber here. i was really impressed with the selection of higher end electronic dabbers they offer here. they pretty much had every model i had researched on youtube. The salesman was honest and upfront about the stores return policy and the product i bought is backed by a manufacturers warranty should an issue come up although i doubt it will dr dabber makes an excellent product. This store sold it for 15 dollars cheaper than i could buy it on the manufacturers site itself and it was the newer black edition model!! i thought i would write a review because a lot of people seem to be trashing this store and its a pretty great place. i went in just to window shop for a edabber and literally couldnt pass up on the prices :)

Dishonest- I purchased a vape tip here, and had specifically said I wanted acrylic. I was handed one and told it was acrylic and not metal, so I purchased it. Upon further review I found it is indeed aluminum, but at first glance does not appear to be so. I had not used the tip, but still cleaned it in alcohol because I had handled it. When I tried to return it I was told that they wouldnt take it back because it was used. I explained that I had not actually used it but had cleaned it anyway, and that he had specifically told me it was acrylic, at which point he looked me right in the eye and lied to me, saying I never told you it was acrylic. I handed it to you and you took it, so you cant return it. So unless you like doing business with an underhanded liar, dont waste your time or money at this shop.

The guy asked me to test it at the store. When I got home it was burning weird. Im not even gonna bother going back based on the reviews Ive seen and read. Im pretty sure its a fake flum

Terrible. A joke of an establishment. He couldnt verify my ID was real because it was an out of state ID. He tried calling his brother and then enlisted the help of an elderly customer to try to figure it out. Then after making me wait 20 minutes, he says he doesnt trust it. And tells me to leave. All he had to do was Google the expiration length of an Arizona ID. I work as a budtender and its terribly disappointing to see somebody in charge of IDs who cant do it properly.

Be careful if you buy something and it looks like the package was open. Even if its broken when you get it they wont accept a return and give your money back.

I have been going here to get vape oils. Been using vape to quit smoking and the help I have been getting here has been good. I have a little bit of a hard time understanding him, but his kindness and patients make it a nice experience there.

They really need to work on their customer service skills . Im surprised they are still in business, if this was any other country they would have been out of business long ago..

They sell some cheap and counterfeit products. For example replacement pods for vapes. They can leak and ruin your vape.
