HIGHLY DONT RECOMMEND THIS SHOP ... Honestly I wish I couldnt even give this shop 1 star they never have any good products and they dont have a good selection nor does this shop barley even have anything you need like other shops I came in before work and bought a vape to find out it it was a defective vape and they wouldnt switch it out even tho I came in next day other shops wouldnt have a problem with this the employees always rude and on their phones you might as well travel a bit father down to a better shop whats the point of even having this shop when you guys dont have anything good nor replace vapes that you sell that are defective this is my second time happening also place always smells bad to this this only shop around that has this problem dont waste you money at this shop

Disappointed after being a customer since they opened. They charge a higher price at the register than the price labeled on the product🤯 they don’t fix it even if you catch it. Wonder if my card info is safe? I’ll take my business elsewhere, plenty other vape shops.

This place is by far the best around town. Everyone is so kind and always a pleasure to be greated by Jordan Alexis and JC they are very customer service oriented and anything you need they are willing to go that extra step to make sure you leave happy!!!

I went in there to buy a 3% disposible vape, as I was looking at the 3% the gentleman told me there was more in the back so went to look and found the one I wanted and started checking out… another customer comes in and she ask for 5%dispoible vapes and he said it was in the back… so to clarify I asked him and made sure the one I was buying was 3% (because I didn’t even have the package yet so I couldn’t check).. and he said no it is a 5% so I told him I didn’t want it, I wanted 3… there wasn’t a flavor I liked in the 3 because I was looking for a mint one and so I asked for a refund (mind I tell you we were still at sell check out, I never left the store and I never touch the package) he said no he couldn’t do a refund and another lady said it is “illegal”” but hey no it is not.. maybe if I left the store then yea, but I didn’t.. so what was illegal is they took my money, kept the vape and I left with nothing and them stealing $34 dollars from them. I don’t recommend anyone to go there.. worse experience. Ever.. it also smells REALLY bad in there..

Just got ripped off by this place. Came to buy cartridges for my vape, asked several times if they would work for my vape and was adamantly told by Alexis they would prior to the sale. After paying and being handed the product I knew immediately they wouldn’t work, they didn’t even fit my vape. Then Alexis said there was NOTHING she could do for me and then started to be annoyed and pissy. After some back and fourth she called her manager Jordan who also refused a refund but allowed me to exchange the cartridges for juice. If I didn’t stay and argue with Alexis to get ahold of a manager, this business would have just ripped me off, I was not going to pay for their mistake. 1st time and last time customer, go somewhere else to get what you need, Alexis is incompetent and didn’t even apologize.

Love this place! Super clean and staff is really friendly! Adam was a huge help and took great care of us. Will only be going to this shop from now on. 10/10 recommend!

Out of all the vapes stores i’ve ever gone too, this by far has been one of the worst. “sales are final” but what happens when they sell you a defective vape? and it fires on its own?nothing, they can’t even exchange you for one that actually works.i’ve gone to many shops that would exchange your vape if it is defective and that you can prove to them that it’s defective. it’s not the buyers fault that the seller sells materials that don’t even work.i suggest going to another vape store, and not wasting your time and money here :)

Great shop! Adam was super helpful answered all my questions and gave great recommendations! All of the staff that I have encountered have been so nice! They have a great selection and prices are great as well!

I haven’t been to this shop in a while but I was pleasantly surprised yesterday by the new management! Plenty of merchandise to choose from and Adam was amazingly friendly. I’m glad to see this shop turning around!

Everytime I come, I’m able to find what I need with ease. Oli and Lisha(sp?) were super helpful. They’ve been able to order what I need if it’s not in stock and that has been a life saver. I’m so glad to see things FINALLY cleaned up after windows being broken. It’s good to see this shop improving and staff with a smile.

Adam was awesome! He took the time to show us new vape brands we have never tried before and provided us with free samples! You can tell the place is clean and it is very welcoming to all!

This was definitely one of my favorite vape stores at one point and time. Not only was it one of the closest vape stores to my job, the employees here were very welcoming and would always have a conversation with me. I’m not a big fan of the most recent vibe in there though. I’d call it impersonal? Not sure what changed, but the atmosphere is different and I haven’t seen some of my favorite staff in there in a minute.Also the store was changed around. I’m assuming to make it look better. But an employee there told me they were working to dress it up better. That was months ago, but I feel like it would be a nice touch. It’s depressing to walk in there, to be honest.

Everytime I go in the customer service is great! Adam is especially helpful, I always have a 100 questions and he happily answers them! I went in looking for a certain Kratom extract and they didn’t have so they offered to order it, I went in the next week and they had it! The markups on the products are fair, as well. Highly recommend this vape store!

So far the few staff members who have helped me have been very kind answering my questions and helping me make my purchase. Always clean and always a good vibe going in. Much appreciated as there is not enough kindness and help in the world. Thanks Adam!!

The Tre house CBD vapes are the best 2g. But the CBD juice I bought for 60 dollars,,, is a complete waste of money. It has no effects, does no even mellow you out or make you tired at all...Do not waste your money on KOI cbd juice... I spent 100 dollars, now I have to get my money back from the bank

They don’t open on time. Currently 10:10 and still not open. Very poor business too not open when your supposed to be. Especially if you open that late in the morning.

I found this place for cbd flower and cbd vapes and could not be happier with both the price and the quality! Its the only place Ill go now.

Very good selection of vapes. I would recommended that the cashiers selling the items get to know the product better so someone doesnt purchase a whole new vape without batteries when they are told that it had internal batteries. Knowledge is power!

Place sucks, I needed a regulation cartridge vape battery. Staff is not educated on products. As the battery i bought doesnt fit or work on my cartridge. Never going here again
