So, I never write reviews but, I wanted to mention i have been to this location for a very long time. The owner Jon is very nice. My experience has always been great. The first time I ever been to this location I met with Eugene and I had no idea on how to Vape. I knew absolutely nothing about Vaping. But, wanted to try it out. i have never had a bad experience at this location everyone is knowledgeable and helpful. Thanks Eugene!Today I met with Marco, very nice guy and helpful too! He also, very knowledgeable and kind. New stuff comes out all the time so, when we got to talking and I was letting him know about problems with my old tank he mentioned about another tank which I had not seen before. Being that I was having problems with my old one he showed me a new one and he kindly explained everything and set the tank up and I’m so glad he did. Point being is if u go to this location u will never feel like ur being rushed out the door. I am very happy with the advice Marco gave me and with my new tank😊 thank you!

Brought in my mod and the owner showed everything that the guy who had set it up had done wrong. Fixed it up for me and rebuilt my deck essentially free of charge. I bought a bottle of his favorite juice to make sure it was worth his time. Excellent customer service, very knowledgeable staff. Very good shop.

I went straight to this place because of many comments I had read.I am new in the vaping family and I received an extraordinary help from Eugene, who told me different tips.Unfortunately the Top box Mini I bought resulted to leak juice already the same day.As I was staying at a hotel 40 mins away from there and working , I wasnt able to come back. I sent a couple of emails to receive some help but I was told to go to the shop again which I couldnt.So I managed to fix it by googling. I expected best post sale service.The juices are amazing.The devices prices seem to be more expensive than in other shops I visited.

As a first timer with truly no clue about vaping, I had a great experience here. The owner did a great job explaining the options and price ranges, even the lingo. Great place, will definitely go back and recommend.

EDIT: I approached them again and they were more than happy to work with me and to find a solution. They accepted the coils back and unfortunately didnt have the Aspire Breeze coils yet and were awaiting the shipment. Maybe I just caught them at a bad time. Ill be returning to shop here again!Seeing as Ive never bought a Vape before, I went over to the Vape Shop which is about 40 minutes away from my place via bus as I saw many good reviews for the place. Although the attendant was patient and answered all our questions, Ive had a bad experience here. He was enthusiastic in telling us about the vapes and to sell us one but his service seems to have ended there. I returned about 4 days after purchasing two vapes to buy more coils and to see if there was something wrong with the vapes as there was a burning smell coming out the mouth piece. On the second visit, he was curt, non responsive and seemed to be repulsed by my second visit. He refused to take a look at my Vape, chalked it up to chain - Vaping and brushed his hands off the whole matter. Dejected, I requested for a pack of 5 coils and he hastily handed me one. He knew which Vape I had because he has sold it to me not too long ago. Moreover, I had got out the Vape for him to inspect which he denied and when I reached home, I realized that he had sold me the wrong coils. Granted it shouldve been my responsibility to check if I had bought the right kind but I dont think it was unfair of me to assume that he knew which Vape I was using as I had out on the counter the whole time. If youre looking for a place that is friendly and genuinely wants to help navigate your Vaping needs, please look elsewhere. It seems likeThe Vape Shop is merely after your money. Im not looking forward to the 40 minute bus ride to return the coils.

I have been buying products from The Vape Shop for over a year now. In addition to their knowledge on vaping products and accessories they set the bar for an exceptional customer service experience. Their varied assortment has an expansive flavor portfolio to ensure customers have an array of options to chose from at a reasonable price.If you Vape on a budget be sure to check out their clearance shelf or call to hear their Happy Hour Special pricing. Their rewards program for the every day vaper really drives additional value as their points turn into dollars that can be applied towards Juices or Mods not a gimmicy small bottle of only select flavors.Mods and tanks:The Vape Shop has an OK assortment of mods, they certainly have the most popular and quality oriented mods, however my biggest critique would be that they dont carry an assortment of models over the $150 price range. While price doesnt always indicate quality I would like to see the luxury models focused on performance. From discussions with the staff there, this could be fixed within the year as they attempt to bring in more mods accommodated to different customer demographics.Their tank assortment is probably the most impressive with sub tanks and drippers of all different brands and price ranges. They also carry the supplemental coils to support. If you need help building a coil for your mod they can help with that too.Accessories:They carry only the best branded batteries, charging platforms, and cases. They also carry some accessories for our more herbal and natural friends. This assortment is pretty limited. You can also buy fully charged batteries if you are in a pinch. Pricing is fair.Customer Service and ReturnsBe aware that they do have a strict return policy on some products and understanbly so. If you have a mod it is reccomended you first attempt to replace with the manufacturer warranty. The owner is more than reasonable in extreme cases such as defects, but dont expect to drop your mod everyday and have the team replace it. I personally had a rocky return experience that was made more than right by the owner. He values his customers.Overall the team is extremely welcoming and friendly, I am lucky that they treat me like the neighborhood customer that I am. I am now 100% loyal to this shop, not because of the convenience but because they create an excellent shopping experience.As a retail and consumer insights professional, this store does everything right and is more than worthy of your business.

Great selection and very knowledgeable. I go there every time I need a replacement part or some new juices. The selection they have is great and different from any place that Ive gone to. Also, they know everything there is about all the products they have. I no longer have to drive all the way to the south shore to get the stuff I need cause theyre in such a convenient spot. Keep up the great work guys!

Became my go to store when i moved to Brighton. Very colorful and friendly staff that doesnt hesitate to handle any questions i have. Im a hard sell on flavors and they always stay patient w my picky self. Other shops have lost my business cause of this. Not The Vape Shop. The owner is so down to earth and friendly as well. So I occasionally buy from here since my girlfriend lives nearby. The prices are definitely higher but its a vape shop so they mark up for some extra money I get it. But the last few times Ive gone there they have sold me juice saying it was the flavor I was looking for and it was completely different. Then the last time, and VERY LAST time, I went. They sold me a SINGLE coil for $8!!!!! Gtfo this guy even paused as to think of what he should charge me!

Fantastic customer service! Super knowledgeable on all products. I was in the store and saw John working with a new customer. Unfortunately the customers tank leaked a decent amount of juice. When John saw this he immediately refilled the customers juice and use a store sample juice to refill. He didnt make the customer refill using the juice he just bought. Its this level of customer service that has caused me to want to come back again.

Super over priced and limited selection. Owner is clearly a good dude but every other person I’ve interacted with there has been pretty rude. Anyway, I’m gonna try to avoid going in there again. Just paid twice as much as online for a pod system they sold me... it’s a business, I get it. But I’ll take mine elsewhere. Edit: there’s a place called cigars and more down the road, same products but significantly cheaper.

The coil on my vape was badly burnt and I was in The area so I stopped in. Eugene was extremely helpful. He cleaned my tank put the coil in and was a pleasure to talk with. Ill definately be coming back to buy my next vape.

Upgraded to a new rig on Friday 7/10 - The owner (John?) was very helpful describing and helping me select my new mod and tank. Clean store with a wide array of juices to choose from.

Vinnie has been nothing but helpful to This rookie Vaper.Initial setup is good and still in use,And when I upgraded to a 18650 mod and RTA the guys took good care of me again.So whether or not you vape to stay of Ciggies, Medicinal purposes, just for the flavors, if you vape cartomizers, RTAs, or RDAs and nerd out building your own coils and things, These guys are the place to go!

This place is perfect, it has everything you need! Not only a great selection of flavors and vaporizers, but friendly, super knowledgeable help that go above an beyond to find you just what youre looking for. I know I wont go anywhere else again! A+

Went in bought a new vape and a bottle of salt bae the juice was yellow when i asked i was told thats what happens when it sits for a while mind you i have never ever seen that so i figure its expired because it tastes burnt but anyways i ask for family and friends 10% which is the least that could be done even for a bottle that is discolored from sitting but i could not get anything off. Dissapointing because i have shopped here for a while but this has left a bad taste in my mouth ..literally
