Always has my juice in stock and lots to choose from for good price, but customer service always a hit or miss here. The young man working today was not attentive and had an attitude problem. Sat on his phone while helping me and barely answering questions. I like to try new juice but he wasn’t educated maybe or new. Gonna try some other shops in the city..

I came shopping for a mod and some juice; a few days later the mod turned out to be defective. But they replaced it as soon as I brought it in! Amazing staff. Their selection is the best in the area, as well. I will be shopping there for all my supplies from now on!

Pretty well stocked, staff was friendly. There’s deals for all the disposables, I got a breeze prime for like $17 plus tax which isn’t bad

My favorite brand of vape salts is Sad Boy- I like a lot of their flavors, but my #1 is Key Lime Cookie. Its been nearly impossible to find in vape shops, and every time, the shop promises me that they will order it, but they never do.Vape City is the FIRST shop that actually found my favorite vape brand and flavors! And they called me to let me know it was in! Needless to say, this is now my go-to vape store.

The only place that prices are not absolutely ridiculous

Unfortunately was closed over an hour before what time is listed on the website. I cant imagine running a business and closing hours before your sign says WITHOUT putting a closed sign out and still having half the lights on inside. I can understand closing maybe 30 mins early be over an hour is insane.

They have a great selection, and the prices are awesome as well. Very friend staff and the delivery service is very convenient! You have a repeat customer.

Almost TWICE as expensive as other vape shops around town. Great Lakes Vapor (on Grand River, Brighton) is far cheaper. Ive bought the same products from both. Ill stay away from Vape City from now on...

Ran by tons of trashy people specifically the girl with red hair , rude inattentive walked away from counter multiple times I could’ve pocketed everything on the counter and left if I wanted to.

The stuff are disrespectful.. I bought a new breeze it wasnt working I tried it at the shop but the guy won’t refund me saying i should call the breeze company and they will refund me! Dont go there

Huge selection of disposable vapes as well as vape juice. Very nice variety of glassware too. Super friendly staff, Ill definitely come back
