****Long read****Clearly the front desk doesnt care if customers wanna come in and or provide information on anything else. Shes pretty but i wish her personality was too.Anyway they didnt have any small or medium rooms for the hour we came in for, and a large room waa the only available sizes which requires a minimum of 4hrs stay and $30 per hour.You can pick the food out that match up to the room charge, which technically means the food is included for the room for the price. So like if your room is $30 an hour, then you can order $15 drink and $15 food that’ll be free since the room charge.We ordered some noodle soups, and some fries. Drinks too, the yakult was pretty good and the ice tea too. Bathroom was cool but the whole place was very cold, even the water sink had only cold water. The tv setting was touch screen and easy to use. But the soundproof from the other room wasnt too good we can hear them sing and the bass from the music.
Had a great time! The private bathrooms, quick service, and decent food were a big plus. Clean and comfortable. Paid in cash based on the reviews and had no issues whatsoever. Food/drinks are included up to a certain dollar amount based on your party, and so it works out to be a pretty good deal cost-wise. Gratuity is included as well. Only downside was the lack of American music selection if you’re looking for older songs/non pop songs.
This place exceeded my expectations from the negative reviews. The interior is so cool (the hallway especially felt futuristic) and the service was attentive. The mid-size room we got was spacious, had two TVs, two mics with sanitary wraps and a private bathroom. The prices are attractive and the snacks and drink option can compare to a full restaurant. overall, this place is impressive.
This place is not bad, but what they do is shameful and shady.1.They lied about the sizes of their rooms. I made a reservation for a large room and they gave me a medium room. When confronted, the manager said they have two types of “large” rooms. However I know they are lying because I went to a large room before that was a lot bigger. There is no way they both charge the same and consider to be the same type of room. When my friends asked for a medium room the next time they went, they gave them the same room that they told me was a “large” room. I know someone shared similar concerns before in their reviews, but the post is no longer here.2.They charge a different price on their check than their menu. When confronted, the server said they have raised the price and that’s just what they do.3. They force you to pay at least 15% tips after tax.4. They round up their tax and tips in calculations without telling you. For example, a 30.3 is rounded up to 31. Tell me why?At last, I am not frustrated because of a few pennies or dimes, but it’s because how they treat their customers as fools. The dishonesty and shadiness is unacceptable. I have all proofs as records that I can low key bring to consumer court.
This place is awful. Came in one night, and found out they order food from close bychibese restaurants, and resale. Went once in the afternoon, and another time at night. Staff and mngr in afternoon, is way better than the staff and mngr at night. Night mngr hardly speaks any English. I get its mostly a Chinese spot, but that doesnt help business from others. There was one hostess/server who was just goofy all night. Loud and giggly. Ordered fried chicken and the fries. I have no idea how the chicken was seasoned, it was awful, and the fries were undercooked on some pieces. Other guests were smoking in the hallway, when I came in. Its karaoke. Why allow cigarettes?? Parking is awful.
I’ve been here twice. My experience has been great! The room fee includes food and drinks. The equipment is good. The system can be controlled on the phone. Every room has a private bathroom so that you won’t miss your friend singing.
I paid 50$ to get my room decorated for my birthday event with my friends and when I arrived the room only had 4 heart balloons and nothing else. Additionally, I booked a reservation from 7-10pm and the lady told me it’s going to be 180$ since it’s 60$/hour;however, when I arrived they made me pay around 300$ because they told it’s 120$/hour after 9pm . Be careful with this place because u might not get what you pay for and the price is not stated clearly .
Worst karaoke place I have ever been. The employees rush us when we haven’t finish the time we paid for, and they were forcing tips when they barely gave any services plus being rude and mean. I wish I never had chance to go to this place, this is absolutely horrible experience.
Bad experience, the male waitress was rude and impolite. He even paused the music when my friend was singing cuz he misheard our order. And he was rushing us for the bill when it’s not even the time. They force 15%tips when their service wasn’t even worth it.
The establishment is beautiful however they need to have more respect for patrons of color. The food is horrific, bland, tasteless, just thrown together. All they need is a little old bay, at the least! They brought finger food for 20 people with no plates, utensils or napkins. They advised me to use the facial tissue and I had to plead my case and express that we are not animals. They eventually provided plates and forks. Upon every request they reiterated that payment was necessary. We are a young group of young black successful professionals we have no problem paying for services or products. They also lured us in during the planning phase telling us that food was included only to find out it wasnt. If we knew ahead of time we could have prepaid which would have been appropriate. So with this being said they will never receive another dollar from me. They need to understand that this world is diverse and they cannot judge a group of people based on stereotypes or one bad experience.
Never come back again!!! You must need to check you bill very carefully. They charged me three wrong items that I didn’t order and one more hour fee. The girl in front desk said she thought we will stay there after we pay. What??? You can ask customer before your subjective thought nor charge me more without ask.One more time, you need to check you bill!!!!
The place with pretty decent, but some of the employee have tons of attitude. also the room did not seem sanitized property. As someone who never got covid before and haven’t went out much during this pandemic, me along with 4 other people all got tested positive for covid

I dont understand why people are hating on this place. Clean, big rooms. Drinks are cheap. The screen menu is a little tricky with a bunch of options in Chinese, but you can figure it out.
Horrible got switched to 3 rooms and there was so many mosquitoes and nats very bad. The server tried to keep compensating with things but that wasn’t happening after the situation my party delt with.
Management issue led by Cindy. She messed up on my reservation time and ruined our mood. Due to management issue, my group of 16 friends had to squeeze in a large room instead of a VIP room.

It felt fine, and the waiters attitude was also very good. I didnt encounter a man like the one in the comment section 😂 So we ordered a fruit platter. My friends all sing Chinese songs, so there are a lot of songs to sing. But I only sing in English and I don’t have much repertoire (maybe I’m relatively niche). Also, I’d like to ask if I can adjust the font, as some people can’t understand traditional Chinese characters.
This Monday night I will block this KTV from now on. We asked for four hours. From 8:40 to 12:30. The time has not come either. They came in and rushed us three or four times. It was obvious that they wanted to rush us and they didnt even give us a few minutes to wait for the bus! We also wanted to wait until the bus arrived before going out. The last time we came in to talk to us, they made excuses saying that the next wave of customers was coming. We didnt see any birds at the door. Just arrived on 2/3rd of the month. I just finished the unfinished wine the day before yesterday. It’s not like there was no consumption, and the tip was more than 30% (the service guy took the money and said he could wait for a few minutes, and then another woman came in to remind him). This kind of service attitude is really rubbish. The boss may not even know that the waiter they hired treats the guests like this. If you don’t want to do business next time, please continue to treat your customers like this.

The service was very bad. Even after we calculated the money in advance, we were not allowed to add anything. After 3 oclock, a tall male waiter had a very bad attitude. Be careful of being scammed. You will be overcharged and tipped too much. You will never come back again. No wonder the business is getting worse and worse. If you can persuade anyone, it will be better.
The room was not bad as it was clean and there was a bathroom inside, which was nice. The food was subpar but I wasnt expecting much there. We booked the room for 2 hours. When it was 15 minutes from the end, an employee came in to give the check which was fine. However, he kept coming back in and telling us that someone else had booked the room right after us, which basically hinted to us to leave ASAP. As customers who will pay for 2 hours its expected that we get that in full. If someone else booked at the time we leave thats up to the establishment to figure out what they should be doing to prevent that. Also, when we were walking out, there was also a bunch of empty rooms so not sure why he kept pushing us to leave. Disappointing.The room here is very clean, and there is a toilet in the room, which is a plus. The food was not as good as expected. We booked a room for 2 hours. When it was 15 minutes until the end, an employee brought us the bill and left. However, he kept coming back to tell us that someone else had booked the room later. This basically implies that we need to leave as soon as possible. As guests, we have the right to stay as long as we have booked. If the store asks others to book a time for us to leave but is worried that they wont have time to clean up, this is a problem they have to solve themselves. When we left we saw a bunch of empty rooms so not sure why they kept asking us to leave. Very disappointed.

There was a female receptionist with a very bad service attitude! Bad attitude, arrogant, extremely impatient!
