ETX Vape Distribution Wholesale Manufacturing Vapor

Sadly, this company carries my favorite juice. Several years ago when I found this flavor, when they were just Elite Juice, they were soooo much better. I think they have grown beyond what they can handle. I have ordered twice from them in a month. Both times on a weekend. Per their own shipping rules posted on their website, if an order is placed on a weekend after 3 pm on Friday, it will be shipped out first thing Monday morning. I placed my first order a couple weeks ago, used my points for priority shipping. Took 7 days. I tried to justify this due to Monday being Presidents’ Day. So now I have placed a second order. This time on Saturday. It is now heading into Thursday morning and it is still listed as label created. Hasn’t even made it to the post office yet. Un-f******-real.I will be finding a new flavor so I can not order from them again.

Looks like the FDA cracked down on ETX Vape, and its consumers get to suffer as well. Just search for FDA and ETX Vape. This is the only juice company Ive bought from over the last three years, spending close to $3000. All the website shows as of now is a coming soon page. No communication from ETX Vape on the matter, and no sign of when, or if, theyre going to be selling again soon. Rating 1 star due to compete lack of communication with loyal customers.

Placed an order on January 16th @ 11:00am I chose for next day delivery paid more for shipping than I did for the product but I needed it so I didnt mind. My liquid never showed up next day. They never shipped it. Now Im traveling out of the country and dont have the liquid I like. Do yourself a favor order from somewhere else. This company is ran by amateurs

Messaged them twice, still no explanation as to why it took so long to ship. Purchased this product Sept. 26, finally came in today Oct. 7th, checked the verification codes and the Puff XXLs are fake.

Horrible customer service and company...Made a order on August 6th.Today is August 19th..Still no package..Tracking shows still in Texas..I have called them 11 times and left messages but nobody returns a call or even answers...I have emailed them 4 times with no reply......I have had it and will be calling my credit card to get my money back!!!I had to give a 1 Star rating because it will not let me go any lower
