Customer service is their top priority. Very helpful. Ive been to 3 other vape shops and the employees behaved as if they were doing you a favor to assist you. Stratus is my only vape shop now!

Dope spot with a varied selection and good prices... Also their late hours for Burlington are appreciated... Staff is cool and engaging

I absolutely love going to Stratus because some of the other employees are in an upbeat mood and know the products. However I have had multiple issues with the friendliness and lack of knowledge that the employee Dylan has. He is rude and always seems to be in a bad mood. He acts like he doesnt even want to be there, talk to you, or make any suggestions to you. If you know exactly what products you like they have them but if you need to learn about their products I recommend asking a different employee.

Great service and prices

I always have a great experience at Stratus. The employees are knowledgeable and friendly and the selection is fantastic, best in the area. The store itself has a very warm and inviting atmosphere. I come here regularly for incense, kratom, and any glassware or pipe care supplies I might need.

Barely could tell if open when parked nearly in front of the door. Hours sign faded, open sign broken apparently, most display cases lights didnt work - at least the clerk was nice. Cmon management, a lighted open sign is $25; you could even go super cheap and put an old school one on the door. You need to give attention to some basics.

So far so good with this place. The best place to get concentrate vapes or a variety of quality products at a not great but reasonable price.Well I hate it but I had to edit this review. They never order more than a few coils. If you ever feel like being lied to just call up there and ask if they have coils so he can tell you about how they will be there tomorrow

Ive been a loyal customer of the High Point shop for well over six years. Ive been to other shops, but they dont come close, with the inventory choices on mods, tanks, coils, and of course juices. The staff are very nice and helpful in every way, whether you are just getting started, or have been vapeing for years. Love these guys!

So many Vape juice options to choose from! The staff is nice and engaged in every visit. The lady there took her time to show my wife and I some of there merchandise and actually looked like she was concerned about giving wonderful service. Definitely my new choice for vape juice!

Update: This is still the only place I go for vaping stuff. Staff is knowledge, patient, and friendly. Place has very good vibes. They also dont try to upsell or push you to spend more on stuff you dont really need. They make wonderful juice recommendations if you give them the flavors you like (I like fruity, no melon, no mental, no coconut). 100% always my recommendation.For those interested they have also added Delta products to the shelves as well.Original: My favorite vape shop in town. Nice selection of eliquid for vapers, has other smoking products as well. Staff is willing to help, friendly, and consistent. In the two years that I have been going here, its always the same guys, happy and willing to help as ever, and have even put in the effort to make jokes the times I was having a rough day going in. No where in the area is customer service THIS good. I havent been to any other shops in the area because all I need is here. Highly recommended.

This is a good vape shop. Today I called to see if they offered curb side. I was told by the young man if someone wanted to do it they would but he did not want to. I was unable to go in because I had a child wth me. After I explained that to the same young man he responded well come in with the kid but you cant leave it inthe car. ....the entire reason I called to see if they did curbside. It would be a great service to provide the customers during daylight hours. A simple Im sorry we do not provide that service would have been sufficient. Perhaps I will go to the one with the drive thru from now on.

I came in to by holiday gift. I have no ideals how this stuff work and what do buy. I try to rely of the staff to walk me through but, the staff was no helpful and rude. I guessing that they already have enough customers and dont need new ones. Stay away and find place that responsible for taking care or you needs and explain and answers your questions.

Cool place, not as knowledgeable as some on CBD in terms of where it came from but fairly knowledgeable. Decent selection though and priced on par with competitors. Unlike other stores I saw no fakes or counterfeits here. At regular tobacco shops be careful as I see fakes at most of them and these could harn your health give the right circumstances played out before you purchased it.

These guys made me feel welcome. All i needed was a battery. Got 2 for the price I paid for 1 at another shop run by foreigners. This place has my buisness from now on. Made me feel at home an very courteous. Thanks you guys. I will be back.

Ive had better customer service. He stared at me the whole time I was there. Never offered suggestions. I asked to sample a flavor, he told me it would cost .25 I said ok. Then he stared at me some more. I only made a purchase because I needed something for a friend. After doing online research on the device, I discovered I paid a 70% mark up. Thanks, guys.I gave it 3 stars because there are a lot of options for e-liquid. There are also a lot of water pipes and the like, not my thing, but they had a lot of it.

By far one of the best Vape Shops I have ever been to around the country. Very knowledgeable staff. Its nice to see how they make suggestions but never push items you may not want. Ill be suggesting this place to everyone in the area

Ive been in status smoke & vape countless times and never had bad service even the times I havent bought anything. One time I bought a new RX300 that had a default button that was unknown until after purchase, when I brought it back to Stratus the manager was happy to help with an exchange. Plus they have great e-juice and a lot, too many good ones to choose sometimes. Great prices, 90ml for $20, super cheap. Thats not all juices but all juices cheaper or same price as every other vape store Ive been in.

Great staff, always friendly and polite. And we love the products. Just got a new mod and tank, cant wait for my husband to try it out!

Good dude working there i got a lemon disposable, pretty shifty brand but on sale, and it didnt work. Wouldnt vaporize or sumn. He let me swap it for another. yes it was lemon flavored.

A good shop. The employees are helpful and knowledgeable about everything in the store. My only issue when shopping here was that the prices were significantly higher for items that are regularly cheaper at other shops.

Im not impressed my dab rig broke after 3 days because it was low quality glass and my torch stopped working after 2 weeks. And I dont use those tools alot or harshly.

1 star is too much. You would think when one is in line, next in line at that, that you would be the next customer helped. Not here, multiple customers came in after and were helped. The manager was very rude and flipped the bird as walking out.
