Tru cloud is one of the best smoke shops in Burlington. Everything is amazing there. The store is very clean and you get what you need. In case if u do not find what you r looking for they are going to order it and bring it as soon as possible. Zack is very friendly and helpful and he always gives a good recommendations for the thing u looking for. I will give them my business again.

Tru Cloud is one of the best vape shops (emporiums, really😊) that Burlington, NC has to offer. Besides having an emporium worthy selection, the products are well researched and marketed by knowledgeable staff who are well versed on many things by way of alternative and holistic health methods. The customer’s feedback is valued, and I feel valued when I’m there.The atmosphere with Zach and J is inviting and unassuming. I know that they care about my concerns as much as I am interested in voicing them for feedback and validation. I have never been disappointed in my experience here and have always left in a better place than when I came in…..I recommend this experience to anyone who would benefit from exposure to human kindness alone!!!

Very clean, well lit and beautiful displays. Wide variety of pipes, accessories and vapes. Cashier was very nice and helpful with recommendations. Very good experience overall, I will be giving them my business again.
