Wicked shop with a variety of options, helpful employees, and some really cool(and flavorful) stuff.Tyler was amazing and helped me with everything I needed and then some, but everyone in shop was honestly amazing! Super personable and beyond amazing employees.Will absolutely be back, and will have to make this one my go-to for all of my smoke shop needs.

I have been a wild bills shopper for years now maybe time to find a new vape shop, workers are uneducated or just too stoned to get things right. I brought in my pod in which I needed gave it to the employee he brought out a box I questioned said this doesn’t look like my normal box he said “it’s right it’s our last one” said ok and trusted the professional! Then got home to put said pod on my charging device to find out it’s for a different brand mod. I get back into my car and return to the store because it’s close to closing time and request a swap for the right pods because they did in fact have them, was told can’t do that it’s been open, so I ask for a discount on the product that the pod they sold me will fit since it’s their fault and said he couldn’t do that; I know for a fact employees get a discount so either make it right to the customer yourself. Yes I understand it said no refunds or exchanges but I gave the employee the exact pod I needed and questioned the wrong one but some how it’s still on me?

Overall good selection not as good as other Wild Bill locations. Friendly service and store was very neat!

Lately, it is rare to encounter anyone in hospitality or retail who seems to be sincere in their desire to provide excellent service. However, at Wild Bill’s of Canton, I have been very impressed by the thoughtfulness shown to me by Tyler. This has become my favorite location because of the kindness of the staff. Tyler is an exemplary employee who makes all guests feel welcome. As a cigar enthusiast, the experience of selecting a stick and feeling happy when I leave a given establishment is important to me. While this location does not have the largest selection, they are always stocked with cigars for those with a discerning palate. The combination of the delectable products and Tyler’s friendly service make Wild Bill’s of Canton vastly superior to the location in Westland.

I absolutely love the staff here they are super friendly and helpful! I have been coming here since the day I turned 18 (back when 18 was the age for smoking of course) and I have never once been disappointed in their service or products!

I have been faithful to my local, independent owned smoke shop for two years despite issues that have occurred. I thought I was receiving superb service... But not to be dramatic, Id never stepped into cantons wild bills, so I didnt know what I was missing. During a break from work, I rushed over to WBs 20-30min before close and was helped by Marino and another gentleman. I have never experienced such a high level of quality customer service. Despite it being the end of their day and despite the fact that I was just buying a $27 vape, they treated me like I mattered. They even gave me extra advice on how to properly use and care for my vape so that I would get as much use out of it as possible. They were incredibly friendly and were complete gentlemen. This was on 4/26. Now today, 5/13, my vape started to malfunction... I called and Marino answered and was very kind and reassuring that they would help resolve this issue. I made my way up there and interacted with a young woman who worked there, she helped me to figure out that my pods I purchased (from my mom and pop shop) were not authentic and not even designed the same, hence the leaking and other issues I was experiencing. She was incredibly kind, sort of treated me in this we have your back sort of manner and reassured me that Wild Bills is always happy to help me resolve any issues with my vape, even years down the road. Yet again, just another outstanding level of customer service. I have worked in customer service for a long time and was very impressed with how genuine and helpful these people were. There was nothing special about me to receive this level of service, they just attended to my needs, and I noticed other customers getting the same degree of great service. I would recommend them to anyone and I will now be commuting from Westland to Canton consistently for all of my vape related purchases. I fully trust this location and I truly appreciate them. Thank you.

Usually have a great experience but when a piece was marked wrong and double the price I expected they wouldn’t return it. they would only give me a gift card even though I hadnt even left the store yet. that’s a ridiculous policy.

I seriously LOVE this place! I go there for anything I need smoke related. Marino & Ryker are the best. I work in the same plaza that it’s in, so I go there pretty frequently. No matter what, I’m always greeted with good vibes. I could go in there with a million questions about a product, and they’ll answer every single one, and not make you feel dumb for asking them (like 99% of other shops do). They’re extremely knowledgeable about every product they carry, and offer recommendations on things. I’ve always stuck with the recommendations, and have never been disappointed. :) I’ve had tons of friends and coworkers that I’ve recommended to go there, and they all say the same thing. This wild bills location is forreal the best!

LOVVVEEEE this location, I drive 30 minutes from Walled lake (I live 2 min from the one in walled lake) because Ryker and Marino (sp?) make it worth it, they hold Customer service to another level of amazing. Ive been to several locations, while the product they carry is my favorite, the customer service never was! Thanks guys, keep killing it👌

Super great deals on pods and juice. Lots of variety. Huge CBD selection as well! I’d never been to this location but I will come here from now on because it’s the best location around. The ginger kid who was my employee was awesome!

Ive been coming to this location since it opened because its right down the street from my house, sadly though, I probably wont be returning. My boyfriend and I went in on black Friday because he ran out of tobacco. We walked around for a little bit to look at the glass and was helped by a nice young guy. Upon check out my boyfriend and I were carded, and I just so happened to leave my wallet in the car. I told the young women that I left my ID in the car and was abruptly told, well just so you know, we card everyone that comes in here. First of all, Ive come in there about 20 times with my boyfriend to buy tobacco and they have never carded me ( since Im not the one paying). Second of all, she had an attitude when saying that, I dont know why the well just so you know was necessary. Then she forgot to ring up his $.78 water pillow and kept saying my bad , no Im sorry you have to use your card again.... Or even an Im sorry. My bad is not something you say to a customer....I know the kids that work there are young but come on.

Ryker and Marino are my two favorite people there! They’re always helpful and they are cool people to talk to! Always look forward in getting juice and seeing those two there!(:

Moved into townplace suites in canton needed some wraps to smoke. Stopped into wild bills in canton and they have my tea leaf wraps havent seen these in a yr. made my smoke the best I had in a while ty wild bills.
