I love this place! The guy who works on the weekdays is very nice and knowledgeable. The store is always clean and well stocked. They have a great selection of vapes as well as some really cool glass pieces. Prices are great. I couldn’t recommend this place more. I saw a review claiming they only have “5 vapes to choose from” which couldn’t be more false.

The guy that was working there was very rude! He acted totally annoyed the entire time me and my friend were asking questions about the products.

Great staff very friendly and Knowledgeable about their products...Very nice high quality selection of THC-a flower of every kind Sativa,Indica,Hybrid...They even carry THC Lean...You cant really do better your can just specialize to a wider variety is all...

Can’t say anything about the actual products, but they got some great employees. My truck broke down just nextdoor and I was so waiting for a tow. One of the employees drove over to make sure I was OK and even brought me some water and soda to drink.

Ive been to this place many times especially on the weekend. The guy helping me out is always super friendly, professional, and always greets every customer. Its a nice vibe. I dont typically go during the week but the same guy was there last week. I was purchasing a new product so I had some questions. He really knew his stuff, very knowledgeable. I was very happy with my purchase. Thanks!

This store is not fully stocked. There were like 5 different vapes to chose from. I decided to get a vape thinking it was the lost Mary vape, when I noticed it was the cheaper version called lost bar, I asked if I could trade because I didnt notice it wasnt the LOST MARY. He said not because I opened the box. Ive never went to a vape store where the dont accommodate rather the box was opened or not. Now Im stuck with a vape that taste terrible and barely hits.

Love coming to the store. The tall guy with Customer Service always treat me not just as a customer but friend. He already knows what I’m going to get before I come in, so I never have to say anything. He already gathers my items up totals them up I pay him and I’m on my way. That’s what I call Good Customer SERVICE.

I recently visited this vape shop and I have to say, I was thoroughly impressed. From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. They took the time to listen to my needs and help me find the perfect device and e-juice to suit my preferences.The store itself was beautifully laid out with a wide variety of products to choose from. I was particularly impressed with their selection of premium e-juices, many of which I had never seen before. The staff was knowledgeable and informative about each product and helped me make an informed decision.The customer service was outstanding, with the staff going above and beyond to ensure that I was completely satisfied with my purchase. They even offered to answer any questions I had after I left the store, which was a nice touch.Overall, I cannot recommend this vape shop enough. The staff is amazing, the selection is great, and the customer service is outstanding. If you are in the market for a new vape device or e-juice, this is the place to go. I will definitely be back!

This is my “go to vape shop” even though I have closer shops near my house I will drive the extra mile here. He always has what I need and if not, he’ll order it for me (coils!). I recently purchased a vape kit and later realized it was wrong one. Cloud city was accommodating and understanding where I’m sure other stores would’ve been annoyed. I recommend stopping by here if you need any vape/pipe stuff, the owner is laid back, knowledgeable and usually playing the guitar. Thanks CCVS!

This place is really cool! The gentleman who was working was very knowledgeable and had a great attitude. They have some useful items for consuming tobacco from steam rollers to grav-pipes to collector pieces. Of course, all the delta 8 products you love. I also got some unique vape juice flavors. Checking this place out is worth it.

This is our favorite shop in the area! Really great customer service, great prices, and big selection of Gold Silver goodies. Very pleasant experience, good vibes.

Went in to get a vape someone gave me set up. The guy at the counter had no idea what he was doing. He sold me a 5 pack of coils and threw away a piece I needed for the coil he installed in my tank, and insisted I buy salt nic but come to find out after burning through a coil in 2 days my device and tank doesnt even take salt nic. Has to be regular juice. Over 40 dollars spent and I am unable to use my vape. Will not be going back.

Only went because the other vape store I went to was closed. Guy was a jerk and incredibly unhelpful. Terrible selection.

The prices here are crazy. $15+ for a stick battery? No thank you.Also doors were locked and no one came to the door during open hours - 3 hours before closing. Did not feel safe here.

Bought a vape less than 24 hours fromthis location & i can tell something is wrong with it i have to hit it extremely hard to get a puff . told the man what’s up and he said THEIR POLICY SAYS he can’t give me another one because he doesn’t know what it’s been threw . bro , i just saw you YESTERDAY . but it’s cool i won’t be back to buy a vape again

Going in we were not greeted or acknowledged for that matter. The woman behind the cash register seemed to take on the feel of a menacing dark cloud or maybe that was just her vibe. She was short answering me and it was like she was bothered. The prices were outrageous and if the store is gonna have an uplesant vibe like that it should make it up in say, the prices maybe, to counteract. Just a thought. I dont blame the guy ( her partner or brother I couldnt really tell a difference) hiding in the back trying to preserve what was left of his behind from the interaction I seen when first entering the store.... FAIL.

Ooof, the prices here are ridiculous. You dont even need to go online to get better prices. $25 on a 60ml of coastal clouds juice--its $10-15 everywhere else Ive been. My fault for not checking first.Nice place and a cool employee, but Ill never be back. The stinkies are cheaper than this mother.

Good store and selection, went in there once and the guy working was super helpful. Went back twice in the last week, and the girl in there was rude and acting like I was an inconvenience, even though I was the only person in the store. I asked one simple question about a flavor and her response was I dont know, I dont smoke that. I probably wont return as long as shes there

Service is great. Prices are extravagant. Same gold silver products that are $45 here are $30 in Holly Springs.

Went to this smoke shop today, ask the employee there about juices. After a couple 2 word responses he told me the flavors and I picked lemon. When asked the nicatine content I would like he gave me a choice between (24,48) I asked if he knew the percentage he said that was impossible to tell. I get home and the flavor is butter cookie and the percent is on the bottle. He was very knowledgeable as you can tell. I come back to tell him he gave me the wrong flavor and he said “yeah that’s lemon, it says butter cookie but it has a hint of lemon” and talks to me like I’m at fault. The word lemon appears on the bottle exactly zero times. I would love for the owner to perhaps Let me change this $20 juice I paid for or maybe teach his employees to care about the customer not google on the computer. Thanks for stealing my money

27 dollars for a 60 ml bottle is way too expensive. Clean store and nice workers or I’d have rated 1.Just stick to generic vape stores if you don’t wanna pay the “name tax”.

Way overpriced! The cashier was rude. He sat in the back playing guitar while I waited to be checked out.

Super knowledgeable on everything vaping and beyond. Turned me on to a new brand of juice, and grabbed some KOI CBD flavorless additive. My favorite vape shop by far. Ive visited several shops across the country, and this is still my favorite.

The selection is decent for mods and great for juice. The parking lot is a little bit of a free for all. The staff have been pretty helpful and very nice
