I love this shop. They always have what I need and their customer service is always amazing. I had a dead vape and they sold me fully charged batteries at a great price. I refuse to shop anywhere else for my vape supplies and I tell all my friends about the best vape shop in wake county!

The Vape Escape and the Vape Escape 2 are easily the best and friendliest vape shops in RTP. You can try every flavor they sell and they offer honest opinions for every product. I travel all around NC for work, but i only buy from Vape Escape. The owners are like family and every customer feels like theyve made a friend. I highly recommend them, even if you just want Information on vaping but arent ready to buy. Everyone is extremely helpful and knowledgeable.Years later... only further confirm what Ive already written.

Very laid back enviorment. Customer service was good. I walked in with about 3 customers in front of me and 2 people working. Even with both employees tied up I was greeted and assured I would be helped shortly which gave me a chance to try some flavors. They dont try to sell you on the most expensive item they make sure youre going to be comfortable especially first starting out. I worked with Andre personally but Tina was also a big help. Definitely recommend going here. Great prices and great products!

I have been in Raleigh for 5 weeks working. I have stopped in so many vape stores looking for a Good one. When I found your store I was so excited I had no need to look else where. Wife was looking to get a Uwell Caliburn original for vacation, we stopped in the location in Morrisville and the awesome lady working there said she didnt have one, but their Cary store has a lot more options including the Caliburn. So we trek down to Cary and WOW, great customer service, great knowledge of the products. It was like walking into an old school shop. I even picked up a Vandy Vape Gaur, which shocked me to see in a local shop. Didnt plan on buying that, but was super happy with the purchase. Been vaping for 10+ years now, and it is great to see a place with good inventory and selection of mods. Will be back!

Purchased my first proper Mod when upgrading from a vape pen with very helpful info and help from the staff and I keep going back for my could and new juice. They are so welcoming and fun to chat with every time I visit. The custom flavors mixed in house are very nice and better than many of the big companies, IMHO. I always leave with a smile and something tasty.

I’ve gone to this shop at least once a week for the past few years as it is super close to my apartment and very convenient. Super friendly staff and usually always have what I need in stock. Always a pleasure to stop in here.

Such a fantastic shop, Robert the owner is definitely your guy if youre in need of any affordable and reliable equipment and or juice. I was blown away with the customer service I received after immediately walking through the door. Would definitely recommend this shop to anyone that vapes. The only thing that upsets me is that I cant rate the shop any higher than 5 stars.

The clerks seemed like I was bothering them and keeping them from important work (I work in retail and there is nothing more important than your customers). When I asked questions, they replied with a tone that implied they thought I was oblivious for not knowing the answer. However, they did recommend a great product which quickly became a favorite of mine. Theyre far from my house, but if I were running errands on the area and needed something, Id give them another shot.

Their custom-blended juices beat anything Ive bought off the shelf, for less money. The staff are incredibly knowledgeable and enthusiastic about helping you create your own perfect juice(s). Good hardware prices as well.

The best vape shop i’ve ever been to! i bought a product about 4 days ago and was not happy with it. came in today and let them know what was going on and that i wasn’t happy with the mod and the owner, Robert, made sure to get me what i needed and i left feeling very satisfied with the customer service i received. so happy to have found this place and they’ve got amazing employees! highly recommend for amazing prices and great products.

Incredibly honest and helpful staff will guide you towards the best product for your needs. In the case where the product youre seeking is a vaporizer, they will teach you the ins and outs of different types of models, price range, and best of all: how to operate, clean and maintain your new purchase. I felt like they were trying to help me -- not sell me on some higher cost item that didnt fit my needs.Also, the juice -- they have so many flavors and you can taste test them right there in store. If youre new to this stuff like I was, then you cant go wrong visiting Vape Escape.

Awesome place with a great selection of up to date mods and tanks and some of the best juice Ive tried! Their line of juices is great and they also carry my new favorite Naked Fish - Wahoo! Andre is the dude and Robert was super cool too. Go check them out!

I have had nothing but good experiences every time I go here. The staff is knowledgeable. Friendly. They have great stock and great prices. The couches are comfy too. This is really the only place I shop anymore.

Its a good shop. People are helpful and knowledgeable. Prices are fair to good for brick and mortar. I do not mind paying more for the convenience. I have bought quite a bit from them since transitioning from cigs and Juul. They do suffer from typical vape store pitfalls but they are comparable to other stores in the area (stock levels, ordering timelines, and online presence). But your employees get it to 5 stars.

Just swung by via Google and nearest vape shop. Unit trigger became extremely intermittent so went to buy another one. Very friendly staff, quick, and super helpful. Very nice selection in the store and well organized!This will be my main location to go to for sure!

This is my first Google review because I am not in the habit of giving reviews. I say this upfront so that this review will not be taken lightly. Google requires a minimum of one star or this would have been zero stars.One of my batteries quit working. It was old so I needed a replacement. I was a bit unsure about what I wanted but I visited the Maynard Road location in Cary on Wednesday of this week. The employee who helped me was not wearing a name tag and did not tell me his name but the receipt reads “Cashier: Dylan” so I will consider him to be “Dylan”. After some discussion, I bought a SMOK battery. When I purchased the battery, “Dylan” told me that I had up to 14 days to return it for any reason and could swap it out but that there was a policy of no returns and no refunds. This reassured me that I was not making a mistake with my money.This battery is defective. It takes over 12 hours to charge completely and then only lasts for about an hour of vape time. That is a clear indication of its defectiveness.I visited the store today and “Dylan” was there and he said that he remembered me making the purchase. I told him the issues with charging the battery and that I would like to swap it out. I was told plainly that the battery was not defective and that I would not be able to return it just because I was “unhappy with it” (!) and that anything they took back, the store “had to eat”. I did not say that I did not like the battery or that I was unhappy with it. The issue is that It is defective. We argued the definition of “defective” for a few minutes but I soon tired of the attitude and poor customer service and just told him to stop and I would go somewhere else, marking it up to a $60 mistake. As I was walking out, he had the unmitigated gall to shout “Have a nice weekend” to my back.I have done business with this establishment (Maynard Road in Cary) for several years now. Robert Long, I have done business with you face-to-face in the past. You made me feel valued as a customer and that is part of the reason that I kept returning to your store. In this case, I feel like your employee lied to me. Additionally, anything remotely resembling customer service was missing completely.I am very disappointed and I will take my business elsewhere. I urge everyone else to do the same..

Awesome people, awesome atmosphere, awesome juice. They have the latest mods, and are able to fit you vaping needs. My wife and I are glad we found this store. A+ satisfaction for my wife and I. They are also a very knowledgeable staff.

After researching ten different vape shops in the area, The Vape Escape LLC, located on Maynard Rd in Cary, is hands down the best vape shop in this area! I was greeted with a friendly face before I even made it to the counter and serviced through collaboration and teamwork by the employees, who were so knowledgeable, kind, and generous that I will never go anywhere else. I brought them an outdated model with an atomizer issue, and they took the time and interest to provide me not only the best options available but exactly what I wanted and needed!! On top of that, the quality of their products are outstanding. I generally never take the time to review shops I go to, but I 110% recommend them to anyone and everyone, no matter if it’s your first vape experience or if you’ve been vaping for years. Thank you for taking passion and pride in your products and your service!!!

I stopped in today with a bunch of random odds and ends (tanks, old mods, etc) and basically threw it all at the staff. Tina, Dylan, and Ashlyn (sp?) were amazing. My objective for visiting was just to buy some new batteries and another mod/tank. I ended up getting my Fuchai mod fixed within 60 seconds (screws on battery hatch were loose) for free. Each member of the staff was knowledgeable and friendly. They really took the time to explain how things worked to a novice like me. I bought a new mod and some house mixed juice. They cleaned out my tank and removed the old atomizer, put in the new one, filled it with juice and the new batteries I bought.Of all the vape shops Ive ever visited, this one is by far the best. The prices are much lower than other shops in the area, the house mixed juice is delicious, and you just cant beat having friendly folks who know their stuff. This is my go-to shop now and Id recommend it to anyone! I live in Garner, but Ill be making the trip to visit The Vape Escape. Thanks guys!

First time customer and definitely not the last. Very knowledgeable about the products they sell. They have lots of flavor blends, top shelf CBD and a good selection of gear. Right off Maynard Rd. and not difficult to get to.

You can easily get a bad experience at Vape Shops. However, this one has a very smart mix of strategies that provide a good environment for people who are brand new to vaping or have been doing it for 5+ years.Theres a badass retired woman that has a simple goal of getting people off cigarettes with vaping (as she also did). So if youre new I would recommend you have a chat with her. Shell hit you with the emotional appeal since shes been through the same situation as you. She knows all about starter kits and simple explanations, shes also very kind from what I could tell.This woman also hires younger staff that are more knowledgeable of the newer tech coming out who are much more invested in the growing world of vaping (so to speak). From what I could tell they know as much as they need to for anyone that is going to come into their store.In the end you have a shop that helps both new and long time vapers (is that a word?).Their prices are not bad, although slightly more expensive that what you would find online. If I had bought online it would have been 50 + 40 + 15 + shipping (10 bucks maybe?) = 125. I spent $150.I probably wouldnt have chosen the mod & atomizer that I did though. The person that helped me understood what I wanted and delivered. You can try out their devices and see what youre dealing with unlike online. I adore the mod that he helped me pick out. Seriously amazing. You pay for the customer support and in person testing. Being able to see how something works is especially helpful.All in all, highly recommended if youre looking for a regular vape shop that you can go to if you need help no matter what youre experience.Cant comment on their juices, as I typically make my own crappy juice to save money.Cheers.

People saying this is their favorite shop clearly havent been to many other vape stores. Juice prices are through the roof!!!! Even the house juice. 18$ for a 30 ml is a total rip off!!!! Thats over 50 cents per ml. Didnt even taste prenium in the slightest. If you want to charge that much you better have the best tasting liquid ever. Sorry but Vape shops like this need to shape up.

All in all, not a bad experience. They are more expensive than online, but most shops Ive seen are. Cant vouch for their ejuice as the tank I got had a bad coil. Seems to be just my coil a lot of people online liked the tank. They were chill and lemme get another one. Same thing happened with that tank though (exchanged an Arco II for a Smok TFV12 Prince). To be fair, though, Im not a fan of Smoks coil Ive always had bad experiences with them. They were cool about it and refunded me for the tank, also gave me a free Vaporesso coil for my current Smok Baby Beast do thats nice Ive been impressed by it.Four stars kinda for one reason. I came in specifically requesting an RTA, and got told that if I was looking for a cheaper option it wasnt the best pick. From a up front purchase standpoint thus is true as RTAs require wire, cotton, tools, and the RTA itself whereas your standard sub-omh tank doesnt. Being said, in the long run RTAs end up being the much much cheaper option. Im a bit flexible, but I do recognise the selling techniques that they enforce there. If your looking to spend on a budget, dont get your hopes up as theyll pretty much try to get you to spend more. That being said, it is a business.

The vape escape is the best vape shop in town. Hands down, end of discussion. The shop is clean, always, and the guys really know their stuff. I have had nothing but extremely positive experiences with the employees. The employees are top notch as they know just about everything about various vape accessories. this shop is actually fun unlike every other vape store Ive been to. the staff will joke around and talk to you about anything, from vaping to sports to whatever is on your mind at the time.I recommend this store to anyone who wants to vape from starter to pro, this is the place to be. no vape shop is better.

Being a local, I have been to every e cig shop in Cary, Raleigh and Fuquay. This is by far the best one. The selection of gear is great, the staff knowledgeable and always helpful and the in house juices they make out shine any other. I have been vaping for years and after finding this shop a couple months ago, I will not go anywhere else. Go there. Thank me later.

Im spoiled by the massive vape shop I had back in Ohio, but after going to one terrible vape shop after another around here I found one thats at least decent. They dont bug the crap out of you to buy stuff the moment you walk through the door which is nice for a change. Around here Im used to shops looking at me like im a turd cause i dont want to buy something within 5 seconds of walking through the door. The staff are also halfway decently knowledgable. You wont get many blank looks if you try to have a conversation about a lot of the lesser known things with vaping.

Even though I had only come a handful of times, the lady who helped me remembered me and my preferred flavors. The staff is very friendly and their house made juices often are better than the name brand ones.

Both vape escape locations are very unhelpful. The one off davis drive has never had any of the coils needed for my vape. And the other location wouldn’t sell me a single coil, I had to buy the box. Highly advise on picking a different shop.

Juice is good but overpriced, 1 10ml bottle of juice and a pack of coils was somewhere around 24 bucks way to much for me. I am disappointed because I order all my stuff online and was hoping i could take my business somewhere local, but not with prices all the vape shops have in this area. Back to Mt Baker Vapor it is.

I had tried several different shops and then stopped in to Vape Escape and my whole world changed! Staff is AWESOME! Told all my vape buddies about them. The mix in house juices are where its at. Thank you for opening my eyes to what a vape shop should be and look like.

Went in to get some coils for my falcon tank. They were helping me with getting the bottom piece of the tank off, and a piece broke off. Without hesitation they offered to give me a new falcon tank for free.Will be coming back again. Ten outta ten.

TBH I really dont like this place. It wasnt welcoming (on two different days). The 1st time was cool because I just walked out and got my device from somewhere else. The 2nd time was even worse. I felt like I was in the south side of Chicago due to the fact there employees wont stop making a point to let me see that they had guns. NOT A SAFE PLACE. Plus they make there own juices so what ever flavor you test and like will never taste the same after you buy it because the vg\pg wont be consistent. Nothing more to say. Two thumbs down.

Theres only one shop Ill go to frequently where I live. They sell premium juice (and its actually good stuff like Liquid State and such) for $17/bottle, wire for $6-8 a 100 spool (kidney puncher brand), mix their own juice in house and have about 250 flavor combos to choose from and is very affordable (less than $25 for 100 ml) and can pick any pg/vg ratio and nic strength, and mods and rbas are $20 at most more expensive than online prices. Staff are very knowledgeable but by no means snobby. They usually always have the latest and greatest (find that too many shops prey on newbies and mostly just carry overpriced starter kits), and just a chill place to go hang out. If they served alcohol and food, Id probably be there more than my house lol. If youre ever in the raleigh/Durham area in NC, def visit Vape Escape in Cary ;). And no, they didnt pay me or give me anything to say this lolololol
