I have been coming here for years. They make their own juices and they are far superior to any others out there. Never crowded. Always helpful. But the quality of the juice is second to none.

This has been my go-to Red Star location for the past 5 years. Primarily because of the stellar customer service that is consistent across the board. Kurt is the best and always seems to know exactly what I am looking for and offers suggestions based off of previous purchases. Kurt is always attentive, professional and knowledgeable - definitely a huge asset to the Red Star brand.

Daltin over in Chandler Location on Almaschool went above and beyond to help me look for what I needed and took his time to assist me with my issues I’ve been having with my Mod, found a Temporary Alternative for me. I’ve been going to this location for years and never once had a terrible Experience always A1 service 🙏Thank you!

I go to this location, and every time I come in, Im greeted every time. Service is awesome, and they give their honest opinions on the product. One of the best group of Red Stars employees Ive met, and continue to keeping back

Mike is super nice, knowledgeable and patient with me asking like 90 questions. So glad I found this place. Their brand of juice is way better than any of the brand name stuff at normal vape shops and better priced. Highly recommend you try this place out and their signature juices.

Mike was absolutely amazing! I have been on disposable vapes for the last year after quitting cigarettes. Trying to quit while driving a bus for Valley Metro isnt exactly very ideal. Not sure how this place has so many good reviews. It’s definitely not customer service. Looking at their Facebook page and some customers that ask questions with no responses, that pretty much sums it up. I went to another place around the corner to buy my first vape, won’t say the name so it doesn’t seem like I work for them, but they were awesome. Showed me everything about the vape without me even asking. Showed me how to use it the first time. Explained the different types of vape juice. Asked if I have any questions. I walked out of there feeling good.I went to red star because they had a vape on their Facebook page that I wanted to try out. Since they weren’t responding on Facebook, I went in there. Walked in. Definitely night and day difference. Asked about the vape, the kid said “I like the plastic around the glass”, That was about it. Definitely did not go above and beyond. The only reason I can think why they would have so many stars is the amount of juice, they seem to have a good stock. Other than that, I won’t be back. Definitely better places if you’re just starting out.

Bought 3 different disposable vapes on Black Friday (7 days ago). Just opened my 3rd vape 3 days ago and its leaking from the bottom, not the mouth piece. I took it in yesterday to see if they would switch it out for a good one and they said no because it had been too long. So Im out $20. Wont be going back if they cant honor their products

I have been going to Red Star for at least 3 years but usually a different location just because it’s closer to my home but I was having issues with my Mod & the store I usually go to didn’t have another mod like the one I had so the very nice young lady who was working called another Red Star & she sent me to this location & I was helped by a very knowledgeable & friendly young man named Will he was able to figure out what was going on with my Mod & he was very personable he just made me feel good about going to that location his kindness was infectious I would definitely drive to that location even though it’s farther away just because Will was so kind not that the Red Star that I frequent doesn’t have awesome people that work there I absolutely love Brenden the manager at my Red Star he also is very knowledgeable and so kind I would highly recommend Red Star to anyone who loves to feel good and have people that are genuinely happy to see you and they go above & beyond Thank you Will you are very appreciated !!

Been going to different red stars for a couple years now, I used to always get the banana ice Hyde vapes, but unfortunately they stopped carrying them. I tried the Orion vapes for a while, but wasn’t too impressed. I tried their new Dipso bars on Justin’s recommendation and I am really impressed with them. They lasted longer than the Hyde’s or the Orions. I have bought two Sakura grapes ones so far and they have worked well. I only wish they would make a banana ice flavor of the dispo bars. And I of course also wouldn’t mind if they brought the Hydes back (they didn’t last nearly as long as the new Dispo bars but they hit the best out of any disposable I’ve tried so far). Either way the dispo bars are great and red star has been a good company. Shoutout to justin for the excellent service!

10/10 been to around 10 red stars across AZ and this one is by far the best. Service, products, friendly staff, chill, and all around good vibes when going here. If you need vape products this is the best place to go.

Extremely overpriced unfortunately. I only stop by here when Im in a rush. Previously Ive paid far less than $20 for the same thing I always get. Most two recent times I swing by the price is now $20 per stick. When I ask about the price the guy removes my items for the cart, switches it out for the model with 100 more puffs and says its good. Im not sure why they are different and ring up the same price, and I couldnt tell you why they charge double for the same product as everywhere else. If I need to grab a coil in a pinch its the same story. They charge double regular prices for those convince items. Store is always silent and I feel like Im incoviencing the employee walking in making them get up from the back

This store was fantastic! Went in for a disposable with my girl and TJ was able to run us through prices, well priced for actual brand, and the abundance of flavors. I would like to give props where they are do to management as well because the store looked equally as good as the service. Not to mention that they sell name brand but cheap priced glass. Ill be coming here for all my glass and disposables in the future.

Red Star Vape is hands down the best vape store Ive been too. Every time you go in, you are very quickly welcomed by the friendly staff and are helped with anything you may need. Very welcoming and you have none of the I Know more than you attitude you typically find at other vape stores. We always end up talking for a bit even after purchases because how friendly the staff is. Their house flavors are fantastic, zombified is a favorite if you like tropical flavors. Prices are great and you can find everything you may need for your vape or smoking needs. I highly suggest this store to anyone!

Ive been to a bunch of vape shops in the valley but nothing beats Red Star! Seriously some of the best and most consistent juice, but more importantly the crew at every location is super nice and always helpful! Specially at Chandler Red Star; Danny, Darrin and Jaden are super rad! Been going for awhile now to the point it feels like a local cafe vibe for me, always love to be a regular! My go to juice is the Echo and Ill switch it up with the Muse when I need a change up. Cant recommend this place enough!!

Red star is my go to vape shop. The staff here are so friendly, professional and know their vape products very well. I was recommended the peach blue raspberry salt nic juice because I told them I wanted to try something else instead of the green apple flavor I usually get. They also do military discounts (Im a veteran) where as most other places dont. I highly recommend this location to everyone who vapes.

Dont look at website before you go in. Prices are wrong and certain flavors they dont carry in sizes listed on site. Seams like a bait and hook tactic, list smaller bottles at reasonable prices then when you go in, oh no, were dont carry that size anymore, but here the next size up for twice the price.

I visited Red Star Vape one night last week to pick up a few disposables. I spoke with Jaden while I was there and WOW does this man know his stuff! Very friendly and very knowledgeable is a massive understatement. He educated me on the differences between the disposables I was using, a traditional vape, and a nic salt vape. I was spending 2x-3x more with the disposables than I would have been by purchasing a real vape!!! He went over the pros and cons of each as far as availability and price and answered all of the questions that I had. He also showcased the different products they had for me and tried to steer me in the right direction.I have been in sales my whole life so I can say from experience that he is an EXCELLENT salesman. Very informative and not pushy or sleazy (think the exact opposite of the stereotypical used car salesman). I ended up purchasing a Lost Vape Quest “Orion Q” nic salt vape with his guidance and recommendation. Let me tell you... I couldn’t be happier with my decision!All of the staff here are excellent but I would highly recommend coming in and speaking with Jaden if you’re like me and are not quite sure what you’re looking for.

Daltin was awesome! I have left vape shops with the wrong pod/coil so many times but he made sure I left with the right ones and they have the best juices and so many choices!

The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. They helped me with my new setup and were great about replacing defective coils and teaching me how to troubleshoot connection issues.

This place is awesome! Im new to vaping, and didnt really know what I was looking for. That guy, Dylan, is super cool! Sold me everything I need to rip some fat clouds, bruh! Hope hes there next time I come in!

Went in looking for a new mod and was helped by Grant, he was knowledgeable and helped me pick out a new setup that was perfect for me. good selection of products and the house juices are great for the price. overall very good shop

Wilder was really informative and kept the conversation to the basics. When I used to vap, it was like 5 yrs. ago, you would have thought its more like 20yrs. I finally decided to make the switch to vaping and after calling many other vape stores in the area with questions about vaping with no luck and for some reason a sense of disrespect. Finally I called Red Star Vapor after seeing the many positive reviews! I called and an employee named Darrin answered my questions and confirmed the mod was in stock. I came down, talked about the mod and he helped me set it up and recommended some batteries for the mod. The experience as a first time vaper was amazing! A couple days later I had an issue with atomizer not holding the coil in place came back in and he got me a replacement with defective part! Hands down the best vape shop Ive been to! Darrin, Joey, Ben, and Jaden have made the transition to vape a great experience! Always a friendly and relaxed place to shop!

This location is always helpful and answers questions. Have started getting the dispo bars and they have been fantastic over other brands that I have tried.

Okay prices. Staff member was NOT to good at sales kinda sat there expecting us to buy something. Wasnt in there for more than 5 min. Other places have better options.

My go to vape shop, try their brand of juices my favorite is zombiefied. If you have any questions the staff has always been incredibly helpful and nice. They all seem like cool people that I’d hangout with

Love this place, the manager is great and very knowledgeable. I was in and out with a new vape, a new flavor of juice that was his recommendation, (its great by the way) and extra coils in under 10 minutes.

So I’m from Washington, on vacation with family. I’m sooo happy I found red star vapor. I went to another vape place when I was in bullhead city, the e-liquid they gave never was JUNK. But thankfully I found red star once I got to chandler, they actually had my atomizer and had GOOD juice. Thanks guys your bomb 💣

Ive tried then a few times and the service is always good and they are fast but away the end of the day the e liquid is cheap, and burns up your coils while leaking out. I honestly wouldnt recommend them because I get better liquid at a cheaper price from oasis vape.

Very friendly and always give the best recommendations as well as the best variety of juices. Hate having to go to any other vape shop in the valley other then this specific store. 10/10 recommend.

This place is always up to date on the newest gear, and the juice prices are incredible because they use a local maker and sell it at a homemade price. Anyone interested in vaping should just start here and you will not be disappointed!

Only place I go for all my vape needs. I got the wrong coil once and they switched it out, no questions asked. You can try all the other vape shops in Chandler but in the end Red Star will always have what you want.
