A wonderful experience to relax and have a full body massage. Would highly recommend. This is my second visit and I will return for more.

I got a nice massage from Nancy. The place is a little old-fashioned looking inside, and no one spoke English, but the price was reasonable, and the massage therapist worked out the knots in my shoulders. I will be going back.

Lovely 1 hour massage! The gentleman who took care of me used a lot of pressure but checked in multiple times to make sure it was okay, and it was fantastic! Everyone was smiley and polite, one woman brought a cup of tea to each person sitting and waiting. They will leave intermittently for hot towels during the massage but I didnt mind the little moments alone to just breathe and relax. The rooms smell nice and are the perfect warmth. Definitely recommend for the price, $39 or less for a 60 minute massage plus the $10 tip is definitely fair for the quality and convenience. Ill definitely be going back (:

We have an Airbnb business nestled in the village and one of our guests wandered into town and came upon this establishment. Her expressions and explanation of what she experienced was exactly was the last 2 negative reviews started. No comprehension of the English language, hurt while being massaged, lights on, talking the whole time, left alone for long periods of time and then am alarm in her ear when the time was up...After all this and not speaking English, she was tipped $8 but suddenly insisted on $10! Wow. I know English to ask for a bigger tip but nothing else. Very shady business practices in our little town. How sad and unfortunate.Avoid this place at all costs.

I took my daughter for her birthday and it was terrific. We did a full body massage and foot massage. It was amazing and we are super happy. Place was clean and Staff was very kind. It’s a good idea to use Google Translate to communicate better. We are very pleased with the service!

I bought myself a 60 minutes Full-Body Massage for my birthday, and it was terrific! Lulu was attentive and applied very comfortable pressures. She asked me if the pressure was ok frequently to ensure that I was fine with the pressures throughout the one hour massage. The warm towels and warm oil were very relaxing. The music was soft and soothing. I absolutely would recommend Go Relax Day Spa! I plan to treat myself with a massage more often at Go Relax Day Spa!!! Thank You Lulu for making my spa experience so special for my birthday!

I went with my best friend and we had purchased the massages on Groupon or whatever she used. Well there was some confusion and it took 20 minutes of Google translate to figure it out cause they dont speak english. Which is fine untill there is a problem. We bought 2 separate massages and were put into a 2 bed room which we tried explaining separate and they didnt understand so 2 beds it was. Massage was less than stellar. Im actually bruised the next day and I dont bruise easily. Wasnt a good feeling. She also tore the skin on my little toe during the foot massage and let me tell you it hurts. They are have lower prices because the REQUIRE a $10 tip per hour. Which Id tip anyway but required tips should just be included in the price. They talked most of the massage and kept going in and out while we had just towels on us. 10/10 would recommend you go somewhere else. Sorry for the gross toe pic but Im mad!

I took my nephew for our Christmas massages. Imagine my surprise and unhappiness when they spent the entire hour in a prone position! They left the room a few times to get towels..Spoke with therapist using Google translate then the manager. Was told most people only want the massage prone. Told them as an LMT myself that needs to be discussed before the massage. Also..give the client a hot towel.at the end; dont interrupt the massage. If you get a 1 hour massage- talk to therapist first about your needs!!!

My biggest issue is that the two ladies tried to bully me into tipping 40% of the cost of the massage. I was already tipping 20% and was told that was too little. It made me not want to tip at all. Before that I had been thinking I would come back regularly. The massage was amazing. Definitely deep tissue. The place seems clean. There is a little bit of language barrier, but Google translate works. I dont like being bullied, so I wont be going back.

I had an incredible 60 minute massage with Cathy. She was wonderful and my muscles felt rejuvenated! The location is clean and very friendly service. They also offer scalp massages-I will definitely be back!Their prices are very affordable Go Relax now ;)

Do not go here! To start off i made an appointment at 3pm, when i went inside they told me i had to wait until 4:30 to receive my massage because they had someone else in the room. so when i came back at 4:30 they still made me wait. The lady at the desk told me i had to pay first before i went in which is RIDICULOUS! The inside of the place smelled terrible like dirty mop water. the massage wasn’t great either. they left the door open and the lights on while i received my massage and the lady at the desk was loud so i couldn’t even enjoy my time. And to top all of this off she tried to force me to give them a huge tip even after i told them how disappointed i felt after this whole experience. Don’t waste your time here!

Ive never been to a massage place before and this one put a bad taste in my mouth. After a year of battling cancer and finally in remission I decided to pamper myself with a massage. First of all, only 1 lady speaks English out of the 3 ladies that work there or at least the ones that were working there when I went, so its hard to communicate with them. The massage was super painful. The lady was digging her elbows into my muscles. As the hours have passed from my massage which was at noon, my body hurts especially my back and even worse I have scratches and an ugly bruise. Like what the heck! I will contact this place tomorrowand let them know. I absolutely DO NOT recommend this place!!

Mary did a wonderful 60 minute foot massage. The biggest gripe I have is that they use their phones translator to communicate. So its no wonder that she took me to the body massage room and left me there with no instruction and closed the door. No wonder she was surprised when she knocked on the door and saw me fully dressed. I motioned to my feet and thats when the translator came to be. The thing is that she redeemed my Groupon which clearly stated it was for a for massage.

I just got home from a massage with Nana. She checked with me throughout the whole treatment to make sure I was OK and that the pressure was good. I feel like a million bucks. It was a great massage. If youre looking for the fancy spa ambiance, this may not be the place for you. But if you want a really therapeutic massage this fits the bill.

My boyfriend and I visited this establishment as an anniversary treat. We decided to try this place because it’s local. We did make an appointment ahead of time, we got there 10mins before our scheduled time and yet had to wait 30mins before being seen. I didn’t mind because I can understand maybe it was a busy time slot. There is a language barrier, so they had to call someone who speaks English to speak with us. The area itself is clean and colorful. The couples room was very simple. This place is on a busy road so don’t mind the outside noise, but during the massage the two masseuses spoke and laughed the entire time. This was annoying because we really just wanted to relax and have some sense of calmness during our couples massage. The massage itself was not the greatest, I had to tell her to stop a few times because she was hurting me and I felt like my back was getting rug burn from her hands. My boyfriend is very muscular so his masseuse unfortunately had a hard time. After the massage we went downstairs to pay and when we have them each a tip, they did not appear to be pleased. I found that rude and I also found their sign of demanding a minimum of $10 tip per 60 hour massages to be unprofessional. Regardless of the sign we were still tipping for the job done but tips are earned, making people feel good and providing great service is what gets an employee more tips. Staff should smile and show gratification no matter what they receive.

We went there for the first time. First, we had to wait 20 minutes. We were then brought into our separate rooms. I asked her to apply light pressure and she acknowledged but then proceeded with firm pressure. Overall, it hurt REALLY BAD. I kept requesting lighter pressure and she complied for a second and it was back to the painful part. Honestly, I couldn’t wait for it to be over. She left the room a time or two as well and kept talking in her native language loudly to the other masseur in the next room. I felt like I’d been through a war and was very sore afterward.Long story short, if you like a lot of pressure this is for you. Me, not so much. My husband had the same experience. We will not be going back.

This lady removed all discomfort from my body, and aligned ALL my chakras in one visit. 🤣🤣🤣🤣 My head, neck, and back has never been the same since I suffered from two car accidents, one in 2013, and the other one in 2017. I need to go to the chiropractor weekly, acupuncturist when the chiropractors adjustments arent enough, and urgent care when all of the above doesnt work. I cannot emphasize enough how good this massage was. If you suffer from migraines, and/or pain in your neck, this is where you need to go. I got the deep tissue massage, and oh boy!....I felt it in my soul but I would go back. Highly recommended. 💯💯💯💯👍👍👍

I had amazing experience she work my knots and took them all out and yes it did hurt, but it worked. I was sore the next day which is to be expected. Definitely would be going back. Also i wanted to point out threw the whole experience she was constantly checking to see if the pressure was ok, i like deep tissue, buts it’s not for everyone.

I had a massage at this place a few weeks ago but I didnt like the experience at all. People here are good but the massage experience was utterly the worst. There was an old couple who did the massage for me, the massage left me with bruises and pain in the back. I ended up getting another massage elsewhere.on top of that, they demand you to tip at least $10 for the masseuse.All in all, a very bad experience.

I purchased about 5 Groupons for services at this establishment. Note: clients who use their services via Groupon are treated as second rate citizens. If you are using a Groupon, you can only come in for services when they feel like servicing you. I was told they like to keep the day open for cash customers.Of the 5 Groupon vouchers I purchased for 60 minute full body massages, I used only 4 over the past 3-4 months. Of those 4 massages, two of them were ended prematurely after about 35 minutes of service while the others were close to 50 minutes of service.At the conclusion of services, the staff are adamant about reminding you to give gratuity even when they do not provide service for the full time allotted. When trying to communicate this grievance, I was met with a language barrier, as they state, No speak English while pointing at gratuity sign.

I purchased a groupon for myself and my fiance for Christmas for massages and a foot massage And I tried to make the appointment for Valentines Day a few days ago and they told me to call back the day before and I just called this morning to make the appointment for tomorrow and they told me theyre booked very bad business... That was my plan for Valentines Day and they ruined it. How can you run a business and not take appointments ahead of time??? If I could give a 0 star rating I would...

Massage was just okay. The person giving the massage didnt speak much English. Very pushy when it comes to giving tips and tipping more than the amount you want to give. Not coming back here even with a Groupon.

Massage was good. They dont speak English at all and treated us very poorly, also tipped them 15% but they got upset and said we needed to tip 35% ahhah. No thank you.

Purchased a Groupon for this location. When trying to make a reservation I was told that they don’t accept Groupons on the weekend (which was not stated in the terms of service/purchase). When I questioned that policy I was told “we don’t make money off of Groupons so we only honor them on weekdays”. That’s not a good way to earn a new customer. There are many other massage places in the area. Don’t bother with these people!

It was clean, prices are good, and nice organized staff. I got a massage and it was medium not to soft or hard. My neck feels so much better.
