Customer service is always great they only thing that keeps me from coming back is the lack of selection in vape juices. For a place that had Vapin in their name there is no wide variety of juice. I can go into a tobacco shop that does not specialize in Vapes yet they have more of a selection. I used to come here all the time and lately have been hesitant.

Customer service here was unmatched. I purchased the drag s and was extremely satisfied with it. The only drawback is pricing. After purchasing my mod and juice, I was able to locate another vape shop with the same device and juice for about $30 cheaper and they stay open later during the week and on weekends. But besides the pricing, this places customer service is GOAT.

The guys in there are extremely knowledgeable, and helpful! I am new to vaping and heavily recommend going here if you are also new. They did not push to sell me anything I did not want or need for my goal. They explained the options that best fit for my goal and let me mull it over. Then they showed me how to work the device fully and said if I had any questions ever to just give them a call. You guys are awesome keep up the phenomenal customer service. I’ve never been to a vape shop that doesn’t even allow you to look before carding you. The ABC STORE doesn’t even do that. You wait until the customer is making a purchase. I had to run back out just to come back in and see they didn’t even have what I was looking for. They don’t even have many vape products at all. Very bare and minimal selection for a place with such a decent spot/location and bright sign lol. Better off hitting one of the vape shops on iron bridge for sure.

Customer service gets no better than the staff at Voltage Vapin!!! The staff is incredibly knowledgeable about all of the products in the store and make you feel like family from the moment you open the door. Been here twice for two different reasons, and I must say I already love this place. I wish I came here before wasting my money at the other vape stores on systems that dont even match what I needed. Staff is SUPER friendly and knowledgeable on vaping products and the mod system I was recommended meets and even exceeds my expectations. I plan on going back for their Happy Hour juice sale.

Friendly staff, clean store. Prices just outrageous compared to other vape shops. I can buy 100 ml of my favorite juice for less than what 60 ml costs here unfortunately. Its ashamed Id rather support the local American business Even if it is more expensive but not willing to pay close to double.

I started with Voltage Vapin in February 2020. They took the time (over an hour!) to set me up with a vape kit that met my needs and wishes. But the best part has been the follow-up visits. Each time I have an issue with my vape, they have helped me to fix it. They dont just lean in to upsell me or get me to buy something new - they ALWAYS help fix the issue (as long as its fixable, which has been my situation thus far). They even helped me over the phone to fix my issue. Im so impressed by this as most places will try to sell you something new or a replacement part that you either dont need or already have. I will remain a VV customer based on this honesty and transparency alone, let alone the quality of products and the professionalism of the staff. Great job, VV!

I went in the store to purchase coils and they did not carry the particular coil I was looking for, can you believe the young lady research and found the coil from another vape shop call to verify they had the coil in stock and gave me the information. How often do you find that kind of service in todays world? Not often! I have often used this vape shop and will continue to and recommend them to everyone! Thanks to the staff.

Cant afford to buy here anymore...everything is way too expensive, it is much cheaper to buy everything online but Josh helped me and he was awesome. I didnt know what to get and I told him what I wanted at my price range and he brought it all together. I havent smoked a cigarette since I went there 2 weeks ago and I smoked for 37 years. Neat and organized shop, but way overpriced. Drove past 4 shops to get there, and instantly regretted it. Price of coils is about $10 more than other shops, and double the price youd pay online. Juice is about $5 more than other shops, and double the price youd pay online. All said and done, I left the shop feeling like I got ripped off.

I am a new Vape user, I used a Juul for 2 years to quit smoking!! My husband did some research on the usage of the Juul and took me to your Chester location to talk to someone about making the switch.The two women that helped me were absolutely AMAZING, I was completely educated on the products I was interested in purchasing. They sat with me and went over how everything worked, I left the store with a new vape and Juice. I havent touched a Juul since i left there on Saturday and Loving it!!!! Really nice staff. I got in and out with the charger I needed. They gave a lot of good recommendations when using my charger in order to make sure it lasts.

1st experience was awesome. Got the emech transformer. Spent over $150 on my first visit. About 2 months later, charger port broke. Went back thinking warranty would cover it. Owner said it is damage and not a defect. Really? My business is going elsewhere. If I buy top of the line off your f-n shelf, I expect you to do something about it. Nope. Poor customer service.

Great help. Nice lounge. They were busy with about 5 people behind the counter and the guy helping us gave us 100% attention. Didnt walk off, didnt rush us. I am happy with the juice we bought.

I went in this place yesterday my first time going into a vape shop other then looking around..I told the guys I was new to the vapelife they asked me a few questions about my old smoking ways asked where Im headed let me try out a few products explained everything to me got me a pretty good mod set it up for me told me more info and sent me on my way..real good guys nice store not to over the top but not to simple either..I will be recommending people here ..next time I go Ill post some photos..

Only two serious vaping shops in RVA. By far the best customer service out of the two. Jay and his staff were knowledgeable and friendly. The selection of mods could be compared to most if not all websites. 15 minutes further away but Id drive an extra hour each way for this place 10/10 across the board

Great juice, great mods. Prices arent the best in town, but the people there know there stuff. I have had a few occasions where the staff has been rude, BUT have also had some instances where they have been very patient with me.Must say, the FDA has really changed the attitudes of all these Vape shops. Avail, Voltage, RVA Vape, ect. They all have become dramatically less friendly since the FDA has been stepping on their toes. They all need to be cool and just remember to keep it cool with customers. Their regulars will continue to come because the environment they once provided.Good mod selection, very wide range of devices.

If youre just starting out, go see Thor! Hes awesome and will explain everything in a way thats easy to understand.Great service, great experience. Will definitely return.

Asked an employee there if she new any vape tricks she said that she was just in it to stop smoking. Any smoker in the Richmond area needs to come here. Best shop I have ever been to. Not only does this shop always stay in Stock they also have the most helpful staff that gets to know you and wont try to over sell any products. They talk with, find out what you want and make sure youre happy. I bought my itaste svd and vtr here.

Their assortment varies widely and that is the plus and minus of this place. They have a huge selection to choose from but if you find something you like it is possible they will not carry it next week but could have it 3 weeks later.

Best place Ive found so far for e juice. I have tried a few different vape shops that are closer to me but none of there juice taste as good as voltage vapin. I like bakery flavors and voltage always has the best they always taste exactly as advertised unlike the others where I dont ever taste the flavors. Staff here are also very knowledgable about there products.

Never meet a more helpful group of friends. They always remember me and know my coil rate. I quit smoking cigarettes in 2009. I cant remember my coil strength.

I came in told them what problem i was having with my mod. They took it an found the problem was i had bought a set of bad coils. They put a new one coil in to test to make sure that was the case. So i bought a new pack of coils an got the one they use to test free of charge. They might be a lil bit of a drive from my house but thats where i will be going from now on.

Absolutely in the top two stores on Planet Earth that I love! The other is a gun shop, so go figure how Voltage Vapin rates compared to all the other Vape stores. I owe my life to these guys for being a smoker of nearly 30 years, it was Voltage Vapin that got me off of cigarettes and Ive been smoke-free for going on 3 years.Their customer service is over and beyond, and I wish their SOP could be a bible to big box and chain stores. Every employee knows the products, and they will guide you whether youre a new customer or an old veteran like myself. The owner served aboard a nuclear aircraft carrier back in the day, and his attention to detail shows in everything they say and do within that store. These guys and gals have become family to me.
