Of all the head shops I visit, I like Krazy Ape Vapor the most, despite their limited selection. While Krazy Ape Vapor may have had a small variety of products, the exceptional customer service provided by the staff has more than made up for it.On multiple occasions, they were knowledgeable about the products they did have in stock. They were able to offer helpful recommendations based on my preferences. The staffs friendly and approachable demeanor created a comfortable atmosphere, making me feel at ease during my visit. The staff are all great listeners, too, which I greatly appreciate.I also had similar experiences in their sister store up in Spring when I lived there.Although Krazy Ape Vapors selection might not have been as vast as I had hoped, the positive experience with the staff overshadowed any potential disappointment. Their willingness to engage in conversation and provide guidance showcased their commitment to customer satisfaction.While Krazy Ape Vapor may have a limited range of products, I always have pleasant visits thanks to their exceptional customer service and friendly staff. Ive come here 4 times each time for something different but everytime fairly basic smoke shop necessary item such as Raw Cones, Ash Trays etc. THEY NEVER HAVE IT! I dont know if im cursed but this smoke shop literally never has anything I need. And the worker at the front female with short hair could CARE LESS about you from the moment you walk in.

It was an amazing experience, Amin helped us out with what we needed. He went out of the way, and tried to get products which we desired. Loved the store ambiance too. Super happy about the service

I had a bad experience here. I picked out some batteries to buy, they made a mistake and bagged the wrong ones(I couldnt use them).They were sorry that they made a mistake, but would not exchange them for the correct ones. Im just out of luck.There are plenty of other vape shops, they are everywhere. Ill shop elsewhere.Update after response from owner:The product and receipt were left with the employees after I immediately drove back to the store.If you would like to make it right, with a refund at this point, Ill be glad to work it out.

Mr Solis is very informative and a genuinely nice person. I’ve just moved back to Cypress, this will be my vape plug. Delta products many choices.Located in a very safe corner of Cypress. Went in tonight to get a mod I had seen on their website. Unfortunately they were out of that one. But Austin helped me in the right direction. He is extremely knowledgeable in what they sell. Walked out with a really nice geek vape L200 and some juice. This thing rocks compared to my older mods that were on their last legs. I will definitely return for more product.

Zero customer service or advice.Cant even stock a product they are supposed to have.I was recommended the most garbage vape in the store. Lousy employees.

This is my go to vape shop, I’ll make the trip driving past 3 or 4 other stores on the way. They always have the best gear, and the prices are fair. They even have some of that small gear for those who aren’t as serious. Staffs always friendly too so no complaints there, I always prefer going here over ordering online.

Hello! My name is Annalise, but Annie for short. I just recently discovered the Krazy Ape Vape store & I LOVE IT! Since we discovered it, we havent gone anywhere else. Theres multiple reasons for that. The MAJOR REASON is because of Sarah! Im not able to go shopping for myself due to my condition & situation. I was robbed at gunpoint & shot in the chest leaving me paralyzed. So my mom goes to the store for me and gets me what I need/want. I desperately need a new device. I made a phone call to the store to ask some questions. When I called I spoke to Sarah. I had quite a few questions about different devices and about how they work. Regardless of how many questions I asked, she NEVER got irritated. She is very EDUCATED & ENTHUSIASTIC about ALL of the products and her attitude & mood is VERY REFRESHING! She told me about the Krazy Ape website & that I could go on there and I could actually see some of the devices to see if there was anything that caught my eye. After I checked out the website, I called the store back to ask Sarah about a few of the different ones I seen on the website. We ended up speaking about a few of the in store devices that were not on the website. There ended up being one in the store that REALLY caught my attention after Sarah explained ALL the details of it to me! We will be getting my new equipment on Saturday! Thanks again for everything!

Have gone multiple times now. had experience with diff employees and theyre always great. i always have a lot of questions for them and they always take the time to answer and not rush me out. they are all polite... store is very clean and smells great 👍

Place was clean and nice but the lady that worked there was really uptight and made me feel uncomfortable and unwanted.. she gave me a little attitude and made me feel stupid when i asked if i can look and read at a bottle, and the coils is way overpriced! $30 a pack!! Thats outrageous.. i can get a pack of coils online for more than half of that.. the staff is way too serious, honestly i dont think im gonna go back there, smoke and vape is way better in my opinion

Was there today at 3:20, receipt shows the employee was Garrett. He was very nice and helpful. We talked about vape things and other just plain conversation. Prices very reasonable. We will be back for sure.

According to this place, the customer is always wrong. Defective products, wont even exchange it, even if just purchased. Battery button stuck and got extremely hot, but since the guy just quickly pressed it, said nothing wrong with it. I had paid for it, but left it with them, who wants a battery that sticks and could be a fire hazard.

STAY AWAY NOT UNLESS YOU WANT A NASTY GIFT!Rude Booger Employees not helpful if you asked them question! I always go to Vape Store online but ran-out so stop by here for the second time and they had other employee working there I thought nice they fired Big Girl. But this guy was worse then her,..picking on his nose and removing BOOGER out of his nose WHAT!! that shocked me,..The guy was trying to pull a winner? I was so gross out that I will NEVER EVER STOP by there again even if I am running low.

Always great people working there. Its a very well lit and clean vape shop. Its honestly the only one I go too. Cheapish prices and pleanlty selections. Although I wish they would stock Nasty Juice and Trubo wolf.

Pretty good vape store with a large selection of vaping equipment, premade juices and other parafinalia. I have been a few times and it is always the same lady that is helpful and knowledgeable. Usually the the trip is pretty quick, in and out. They have always had what I was looking for.

Robin & Devin we’re ABSOLUTELY amazing ! I’m so glad I was able to get my cucumber juul pods here I highly recommend going to the shop! They have a great variety and customer service is top notch!!!

Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Prices are comparable to other smoke shops in the area, but the customer service is the best of any of the smoke shops I’ve been to.

First time coming to this location. It lived up to my expectations. I usually go to the jones rd location, but was in this area and stopped by. This is a great chain and I will continue to give them my business.

Went with some friends and my usual experience with local Vape shops is a bunch of bigoted privileged kids with no sense of customer service, but this place was very welcoming and it felt like i just ran into some old buds i havent seen in a while, their selection and knowledge were impressive as well c:

They have some GREAT service and are warning when you walk in. They also have some really good updated mods with different colors. Great juice flavors with variety. Go there asap!!

I have been in a few times to get juice. Every time Ive had excellent service. Lanny, the employee who was helping me, was able to help me find every juice I was looking for. Will definitely be back for more

I Agree with Nutjobvoices / Ive been shopping there recently and I forget the Ladys name but she works there most of the time shes a female Caucasian lady I feel like Im forcing myself to do business with the company but I have to do the talking she just Not Real helpful and it feels like Im always a bother when Im there.. So Basically she does not know how to serve her customers , If I was the OWNER I will tell her to treat the customers nicely and like she wants to do Business.. and one more thing the house juice is fairly priced in other E Juices I know you guys want to business but your mods kind of overpriced quite a bit nice clean shop Tough..

Very bad experience got a esco bar and walk out the door try it and it was very burnt and I went back inside and the guy said he could not do nonthing about it this is the 2nd time i usually try it inside but Forget sometimes bad customer Service not going back again

Sold broken merchandise, and claims they need to hold on to device for 72hrs before replacing. Absolutely robbery.

I ve been a Crazy App customer for over 3 years.. Always had to drive to jone rd location.. Recently they opened a new one on fry Rd closer to my house...for the most part they have been as great as the people on Jones Rd.. But with the exception of one employee , who seems to act like your a major problem evey time I ve come in and he is working by himself.. This was the 3rd time I ve asked to look at the bargin bin . and he can never find the key..on top of that i also needed coils .. One for my vape and one for my son who is 23 and with me at the time...but did not have his ID with him.. Even though I was paying he refused to sell to me..and apparently a law major becouse he proceeded to tell me it is agaist the law to leave your house without ID.. And proceeded to depate me about it... Hes very big young man with a beard and lazy eye.. Needless to say 3 strikes and Im no longer a customer at crazy app vape..
