Since I started going to this store a year ago, Ive had nothing but amazing things to say. Staff is always friendly and knowledgeable in the products they sell. This store has been my go-to for anything vape and D8 related.After comparing prices to stores as far as south as Roanoke and as far north as Nacona, Vapor Maven in Decatur has the best prices and best products.Theyre open 7 days a week and they dont close at 6pm like other stores in Decatur.Did I mention they sell $1 20mg edibles? Yeah, its a great place to stop by Friday evening after work.

First time in the place today and the atmosphere is fantastic! The store is clean it smells great the incense is amazing and the selection is phenomenal. The employee is amazing very courteous very personable very knowledgeable very friendly. Was in there 20 minutes and didnt see everything so I do plan on going back!

Best vape shop in Wise co.hands down. The staff is knowledgeable of all their products and always helpful and friendly. There are multiple vape shops near my house but i drive to Decatur for the service and low prices.

Been coming here for quite some time now. The manager Chito is very polite and knowledge, always points me in the right direction and solves any issues I have. 10 out of 10, would recommend!

By far the best vape shop in Decatur. Prices are reasonable and very competitive to other shops in town. Very relaxed atmosphere staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. This is my go to vape store. I go to purchase juice or whatever and end up hanging out talking to the manager for a good 15 to 20 minutes afterwards. Hes a good guy, in my opinion an asset to this store and the company. They everything under the sun, from juice to mods to coils to CBD. Worth the visit, nice little shopping center as well.

Just riding along with my daughter, but she wont go anywhere else.. She says that the owner is the kinda person that makes you feel as if youve known him all your life.. In customer service it is very important to make Your customers feel comfortable.

Wonderful place. I used to go to another store in the area and the people that owned it were so rude I had to find something else. Glad I found this place! The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. It is a very chill and relaxed vibe as it should be.Also the incredible thing is the prices were really good. I buy my products online from time to time to save money. Most of the time its just cheaper that way. The prices were comparable to online pricing including shipping so that is a win! This place deserves every vapors support. Seeing A couple reviews on here, I cant help but think the customers might have been the problem because I had a great time and will be back regularly.

Definitely the cheapest vapeshop in town! With great customer service and very knowledgeable on all the products they carry. Has alot of options you could choose, from VapeMods, E-liquid and Salt juice, Amazing and very fair priced selection of Disposable vapes, Kratom is very well priced, Cartridge batteries and Mods for herb or concentrate, a whole wall of Papers and Wraps, Delta 8, 9, 10, THCP, HHC, THCB, THCA disposable vapes at a great price and Gummies are priced at a Dollar each and more! This place has it all! Vapor Maven is the only place I go to for my one stop shop, and may I add a very clean store! Go see Chito the manager and his great staff for all your vape needs 👍

I have not shopped here. I cant give 5 stars due to the fact that they are difficult to find. I know where they are, but its an easy place to forget.Now I will say, from speaking to their staff on the phone, they are friendly and helpful and I would shop here. (If they were better seen. Barely seen from FM 51)

I used to enjoy shopping here. But then management changed. Ever since then good experiences have been slim to none.The person that is acting manager now is very young, rude, condescending, and has poor hygiene.At this time the person that works on the weekends is the person I would suggest buying from.

Screw this place. Came in asked ab the vapes they haf on sale and she didnt know anything about them. Opened one is was broken second one was too then asked to get the money I spent off a non discounted one and nope. Wont go back.

This place is Amazing! Has everything you need and also affordable! And the Gentleman with the beard knows his stuff too. Plus there open on Sundays! Highly recommend

Excellent customer service. Wide variety of salt nic as well as regular eliquid. The store is immaculately clean and organized. Always has different types and flavors of delta 8. Overall a great experience everytime.

Jose is the best❤️ He helped me find a new mod and when I didn’t like the peppermint house juice, he helped me find a better one that suited me. Best vape shop in town, best prices, and love the atmosphere when I go in. Way better than just smoke👍🏻

How did i not know this was here????!!! I live in decatur. They have been open since christmas eve and i never noticed them??? Crazy im glad i found this place. The kratom selection is outstanding and there hours are very convenient for me. My new favorite place ill probably be here every other day. Hell yah

I have been here twice and both times the person has been rude and not helpful. They try to sell me something I do not want or looking for. And when I decided to leave, I found what I was looking for even though the person told me they didnt have any like I was looking for. So you lost out on sales coming to you Ill purchase my stuff online or at a different vape store in town.

ONLY VAPE SHOP WORTH YOUR TIME, between the selection, employees and phenomenal prices its the only one I would consider going to, 10/10!

N I PULLED UP THE KIND COIN COLLECTORS USE , N IT SO HAPPENS THAT VAPOR MAVEN HAD THE BEST SCALE EVER ID IMAGINED.. LOOKS LIKE A DVD , PERFECT !! NOW I WILL PUT MY SONS PICTURE HOLDING HIS GUITAR N IN THE BACK WILL BE ALL OF CHITOS SONGS HE COMPOSED.. The girl that was working was very rude and pushy on trying to sell. When I called about warranty cause my product was leaking they do not warranty. Well you dont know if the product leaks unless you put the juice in it. Will not go back to them.

Whats not to say? Staff, knowledgeable information and education on products, amazing selection of anything you may need, just an overall great experience. Definitely recommend. 👍🏻
