Excellent massage very clean facility. The staff greet you with a smile and great hospitality. I had a deep tissue massage and she was wonderful. I Well, definitely be a regular customer of theirs. Also very convenient that they accept walk-ins for those with crazy schedules like mine
Went there yesterday. Great Massage paid for 30 minutes and got my 30 minutes. Even gave me a bottle of water and a huge hug. She did step outside 3 times but made up for it by giving me 5 extra minutes.
I feel silly now that I’ve read the reviews but I’ll piggy back off of those lol. — the service before and after was very subpar but just to speak on the actual massage.. I had to ask the lady to go a little softer (and I usually like a nice deep tissue) pretty earlier on in my 60 minute massage. I came in very desperate for some relief, as I had slept wrong and woke up with a horrible crook in my neck. I left feeling more sore all over my body lol. I think the pressure and techniques she used would be suited to a heavier set person with BIG muscles. Upon finishing, she said “can you tip me?” I gave her $5… didn’t have to or intend to but I did. She visibly and audibly scoffed at me? Needless to say, I do have an actual trusted place that I prefer and have learned my lesson in booking appointments ahead of time.
Hands down most disrespectful experience Ive had with a masseuse. Firstly, my friend bought me a 90 minute as a gift. They called, set up the appointment and explained in advance when they set up the appointment that I would be redeeming it. She said no problem, and just verify with their phone number.Next I proceed to the 3:00 appointment, and when I walk in she said she put down 3:30, and would I wait. Not great, but ok. I get to my room and wait. She then comes in and says the massage is $100, I explain the situation and show the receipt and she refuses to accept it or any form of credit. After arguing with me for a good 5 minutes I agree to pay her myself. We proceed with the massage and during, not once, but TWICE she LEAVES the massage to go talk to walk in clients. This entire time Im contemplating what to tip. I always tip, usually 20% when I really enjoy it. In this case although Im displease with everything, I decide on 10%. I go to pay fill out the receipt and she takes it and looks at it and scoffs then gasps and says ugh youre costing me money! Honestly I was so stunned I didnt have any words. Please be cautious if you buy a gift for someone. We lost out on that gift massage, and just poor professionalism. Keep your appointments, honor your massages, avoid interruptions, be grateful for tips. This is not cheap experience.
I just walked in to get a gift card and see the prices to buy all my family a massage. The greeter was extremely disrespectful and rushed me out. If you’re looking for good energy or simply respect this is not the location for you. Just terrible experience
She left the room like five times during my massage and then threw a fit when I asked for change for a $20 for a tip. Very bad attitude. Will not be back
Unprofessional. Tell you one price then will not honor that. This place need to be shut down
Went in to see about an appointment and rates. Lady was very rude, don’t recommend this place.
Just called and tried to make an appointment but the lady I talked to didnt understand English and hung up when I asked when the next available appt was. Clearly they dont need business.
