April helped me pick out a great vape not long ago and she is the best and provided much needed help finding what I really needed. I live almost 30 minutes away but decided to go back here to buy coils for my vape since April was so helpful last time. I will be going back again soon to have April help me find the perfect vape juice because I always have a hard time finding the right one I really like. Thank you April youre the best, someone give this beautiful lady a raise.

The juice selection is vast and the people made sure I was happy with the juice I went with. Im grateful for this shop being so close to home!

They havent been tracking my points. I am in this place one to two times per week and spend $21 to $43 per week here every week and Im told that I didnt give it to themThe service is always great but you lost me with not tracking my points.L

I’ve been to a lot of vape shops but I always go here. They are good about rewards points, they are super friendly and are very knowledgeable. If there is a sale or promo going on they let you know

I like the product selection but customer service today needs work

I was a regular here until they sold me an elfbar that malfunctioned and would not trade me out. Wil not be back. Theres too many vape stores to settle for that kind of service.

The bigger guy that works here is such a sweetheart! He’s always super friendly and goes above and beyond to make sure his customers are happy. And the store also has inventory that no other Vape store has. Definitely recommend this place.

Didn’t catch the gentleman’s name who helped me but him and his cute sidekick Airis helped me out when I was desperately in need. I get it’s Christmas, but boy was I thankful SOMEONE was there to help me out when I needed it. Holidays are stressful, ya girl has needs. They have lots of options and it’s a chill atmosphere. I’ve never had anything but positive experiences here. (:

Alex m. was fantastic. He spent a solid 30 minutes explaining different aspects of what I was using versus what he recommended and then spent further time trying to make sure I was getting what I wanted and not just whatever he had lying around. Great customer service, knowledge of the products, and enthusiastic to share that knowledge.

Went here today initially just for some liquid. Finished off the bottle on my wife’s vape right before leaving. As soon as she hit it (voopoo platinum) it came up with “time out” error. Went to the store for the liquid and in an attempt to see if they might be able to help with the error. They took the time to plug it into the computer and troubleshoot/ give it a software update. I believe the guys name was JD but he definitely helped out beyond expectations. Would recommend this shop to anyone looking for quality around this area. Will not disappoint. Thanks vapor x

Staff is friendly and very knowledgeable. Even if they dont have what you want, they are able to immediately direct you to something similar that you might like. 10/10 Definitely recommend. Im never disappointed when I walk in

Ive been buying vape juice and accessories from Ray for months since I first met him at Metro Vape. Once I found out he left that shop I started coming to Vapor X. Excellent customer service, and all around great conversation. I believe hes a great addition at any shop and Vapor X is lucky to have him a part of their team. Its not often you find an employee who has a lot of knowledge of their products who is patient and caring to customers who are new to the world of vaping. Definitely my go to guy.

I love this store!! They are a lot cheaper than other stores! Be sure to go during happy hour, I believe its 4pm-6pm (if Im mistaken I will edit!) You will get a discount!! They are also pretty well stocked at all times! I wont go anywhere else! 💞

Lowest prices in this area, convenient hours and friendly. Everyone else in a 4 mile radius is selling the same liquids at a considerably marked up retail price.

Stopped in for gas and noticed the store in the corner so decided to grab some juice. Had a convo with the employee who was up to date on all the new mods, Ill definitely be back next paycheck for a Caliburn

I buy all my juice here and theyre great but it says they close at 11pm on Saturdays but only open til 10pm!! Missed it by 15mins!!

Didnt have my i.d. on me because I lost my wallet a few days ago and they wouldnt sell me a charger. A charger. Im also 30 and look nowhere near however young you apparently have to be to but a charger from them. Ive bought them at multiple places before and never had to show my ID.
