Do not join the membership! They will cancel every appointment so you never get to use benefits. They do not schedule out beyond two weeks and because they were closed from the pandemic they cannot fulfill the obligations of the membership population.is anyone interested in a class action law suits for membership benefits we cannot use? I am copying a review from 8 months ago is this person still willing to file a lawsuit, because I am, I am contacting you !!!!! . They are stealing my money. I have called 3 times to get an appointment and told that the schedule opens up on Mondays and to call then. I have over 22 months in credits at 65.00 dollars a month. I cant cancel because I lose all my credits, I cant freeze my account for 10.00 a month to use my credits and get caught up. This is unfair and unjust. Im done and seeking legal advice at this point. Im paying the place in the mall for massages because they can get me in and I have all my receipts for that service on the days I was refused appointments at the place I had the membership. I may not win but I have a big voice, this is ridiculous!!! I have been giving good business to all businesses during the pandemic and they have been honorable this has been horrible. You reap what you sow!!! Less than a quarter star, never again!!!
I have been a member for about 18 months, and enjoy my monthly massages. Therapists come and go, but I dont generally have a favorite Im stuck on. My massages are generally very good quality, in a relaxing atmosphere - if not the high-end spa experience people always want. The few times my appointments have been cancelled, the administrative staff has been good about reaching out to reschedule well before the day of to limit inconvenience. Overall, a good value for the cost of membership and tip.
I loved my massage therapist, so after the second time going I decided to become a member( 2 months ago) And I dont recommend doing that! When signing up i didnt really get a chance to read the paper work. Because the lady couldnt figure out how to ring up my gift card. That was already pre-paid. While feeling more rushed due to the line and phone ringing. Flash forward to present time Im getting charged monthly for something I tried to cancel by calling the store. And corporate multiple times! Bottom line the store manager doesnt return calls, and neither does the owner of the store. But good news if I want to get the payments to stop I just have to switch banks, according to the corporation representative! I would if it wasnt such an amazing bank, and I havent had them for so long! So now Im stuck, or I pay like 800+ to cancel.
Terrible customer service and will steal your money!!I had been a member for around 8 months, when I needed to reschedule an appointment for later that week. I phoned around 2:45 pm and was told by manager Heather “I cannot help you right now” when simply needing only to reschedule. I told her I could hold and she proceeded to tell me how busy she was and how she couldn’t help me. It took me two other separate times of calling to finally get my appointment rescheduled! After much frustration I asked to tak to a manger, I was told Sammy (the store manager) was not in, but they would have her return my call..... 3 messages later, I never received any phone call and decided to cancel my upcoming massage.I would get messages every 4 weeks, 90 minutes at a time. With a tip, I was easily spending $100/mo+. For something so easy as to reschedule and existing appointment, I don’t see how this could be such a hard task! To then get the courage to say something is hard, and then not calling a paid customer, when they already feel that they received terrible customer service, why would you not call someone back??I then decided to cancel my membership all together. My Visa of course had already been charged for the month, and I was told they do not reimburse for unused massages. I was informed of I wanted to use that paid massage, I would have 60 days to schedule. I got everything in writing, received copies and left. Two weeks have gone by, I called tonight to schedule my last, unused massage and was told that my account was still fully active and could not be cancelled at this time. I was also then informed that there was nothing “we can do to schedule you right now.” There was a note in my account stating my account was still active as I “have not been a member for a year.” So I can’t schedule a massage, and I can’t cancel my membership that I have WRITTEN PHOTO COPIES of the cancellation! Go ahead and keep my $ Massage Envy. I have already filed a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau, my VISA company as well as Massage Envys corporate office.
I have actually been a member twice now. The first time around I could never get an appointment so I left. I decided to give them another chance. Well, when Covid hit I tried contacting the local store, no answer, no recording, no communication whatsoever. I sent emails, no answer. I had to cancel my debit card because they charged my account even after they were closed down. So I go in to request a refund of my unused services and they refused to even consider it. I work an 8-5 job and their new hours are 9-6 and no weekends, so I wont be able to use my credits. The only way for me to even get them back is to pay them more money to unsuspend my account so I can cancel and have 2 months to use my balance. The young lady at the counter obviously had the same conversation before, because she seem to have an answer for my every request. They are currently holding $300 of my money and I am unable to use it. I realize that circumstances are unusual, but they should be working with people, not stealing their money.
I originally signed up with Massage Envy due to back injury. I was pleased with the service for over a year. Then I had surgery and no longer had the same need for massage. So I was building up credits by not using my monthly massage and decided to cancel membership for now.First I had to physically go to the store to sign my cancellation papers. You cant cancel your membership via Email, fax, website, nothing, only in person. So I let it drag a bit and had a few massages built up and paid for by the time I cancelled. Then Im informed I have only 60 days to use those massages or I forfeit them.Id been planning to let my son use a couple of my massages once he turned 18 anyway, so this was a good time to do so. Now Im told I can no longer transfer a massage to a family member because I am in cancel status. Despite the fact they charge an additional $10 to transfer a massage to a family member, they wont let me do it now. The massages have been paid for, charged to my credit card over the past months. Theyve been paid for 8 massages I havent yet received. But I (only me, nobody else) must use them within 60 days.I know they had a class action lawsuit they settled a couple years ago over their contracts and surely fixed those issues. But they still have ridiculous restrictive policies. My back condition is better now but its degenerative also, meaning I would likely have been a return customer in the future. Now... I wont be!
When I leave a message on their machine, I never receive a call back. I also never receive a reminder call, text or email from this location about my upcoming appointment. I reached out to the locate manager about a scheduling issue and again never heard back. My therapist was a no show and I showed up for my appointment and the front desk girl had no idea why I was frustrated. A call would have been nice!!
** If you want to skip the details... avoid ME at all costs. Terrible business practices and even worse staff / management.I signed up about 2 years ago. I was able to use some of my massages but due to frequent travel for my job (pre-Covid) they were piling up. So earlier this year I called in to see what my options were. I explained I had too many pre-paid massages and felt I wouldn’t be able to use all of them. I told them I wanted to transfer some to my family. They informed me that I could only transfer one massage to a single individual once per year. Once you have agreed to their contract you’ll find very quickly it’s designed to take your money but it’s very difficult to use the massages you’re pre-paying for. The availability of their massage therapists is very limited. At one point they had three therapists leave at the same time and I was having to schedule at least 1 1/2 months out (hence the challenge of using the credits in a timely manner).Once I realized I was not going to be able to use almost a full years worth ($600) due to transfer restrictions I called to put my membership on hold. It was explained to me that while my membership was on hold I would not be able to schedule any appointments for myself nor would any of my family members be able to use the 1 massage I planned to transfer. I made the decision at that point it would be best just to put everything on hold, which I did. Then Covid hit and EVERYTHING SHUT DOWN (including Massage Envy). During the shutdown I ended up rupturing a disc in my back and had to go through 5 months of excruciating pain and eventually low back surgery.Fast forward to last month (Oct 2020). I received a voicemail from someone at Massage Envy asking for a new form of payment which I ignored for a few weeks as my membership was on hold. When I called in to discuss getting my membership active again the response I received was an extremely rude young woman who explained to me that they had never placed my membership on hold, that I would have had to have come in to fill out paperwork for that to have occurred (not true, my payments and membership were on hold the entire time) that they had canceled my membership, had canceled all of the massages that I had already paid for (a years worth) and that the only way for me to get those massages back would be to backdate and pay for all of the months prior!!!! At no point did anyone call me to let me know that there was anything going on with my account, specifically no one called me to tell me they were closing out my account with all of the pre-paid massages. I explain that this made no sense to me as I 100% called in to place the account on hold. She very rudely explained again that the only way that my account could be reinstated would be to backpay for all of the months (including the Covid shut down period when they were closed) that had not been paid . I was so frustrated that I lost my temper and explained to her how very unprofessional she was behaving and how shady this business practice is. She kept referencing back to “the contract I signed states” and provided no additional solutions. Her manager was supposed to call me back but she never did.I’m sharing this long winded story to hopefully save anyone reading this their hard earned money. It’s a total racket. A person would be much better served avoiding this scam and not signing a contract that disallows you from using massages that have already been paid for. Go find a local professional licensed massage therapist. Someone who cares about their clients well-being and has a vested interest in taking care of them. Massage Envy only cares about getting you signed up for their program. After that they could care less. Their staff and management should be ashamed of themselves.
While the therapists are amazing, Samantha the manager would not budge on 8 1/2 credits sitting on my account when I was not advised of their cancellation policy. I signed the contract 2 years ago, how am I supposed to remember that. That’s over $500 taken from me! Stay away!
My husband got me the membership for my birthday and it has been wonderful. I have seen several different masseuses and while they have all been good, Margaret is my favorite. The staff has always been really nice and accommodating. The hours they are open allows for a lot of flexibility too. I highly recommend getting a massage here. Its very affordable and nice. I hope my husband renews my membership again for my birthday :)
I had my best massage ever here. Myrna is wonderful and I feel like I can walk straighter than I have in years. You do not need a contract to get a massage here, but it is a bit cheaper if you commit to 12 massages. That is not that hard to understand - the people who are complaining just did not listen well or did not ask questions.I have had massages from three MTs her and all were at least good. I am excited to return 9 more times for massages - I know that taking care of myself will be well worth the money long term.
I visited a massage envy two and a half hours away from my hometown once and decided to sign up for a membership. Since it is a chain I figured there would be no problem, but I was wrong. Nobody ever informed me that to do anything (such as transfer massages, do any transactions or cancel my membership) I would have to go through the spa that I signed up at, not the spa I was attending, which was very inconvenient. Down the road, I had called in to pay one month with a different card than the one that they had on file. That card was never charged, they instead charged my mothers card who had come in for a massage with me once. When she called to inquire about the charges they said they never charged her card. That was a very big issue and took a long time to settle. I have also had various charges pop up on my credit card from them that I had never made. Once I traveled 45 minutes for an appointment only to be called 20 minutes before my appointment and informed that I had been double booked and they had to cancel my appointment. Trying to cancel my membership was a huge hassle. I was told I had to do it through my home spa two and a half hours away, but that I could mail in the cancellation form since I lived so far away. Never once was I informed that I needed to get the letter certified through the post office. So they claimed that they never received it and I had to do it again. Although the quality of the massages were always great and the massage therapists were very friendly, I feel as though the membership was a scam and the receptionists were usually extremely rude when I would try to settle the issues that came up. I would not recommend getting a membership through them to anybody.
My mother purchased a membership to Massage Envy while visiting her brother in Eugene, OR although she lived in California. SADLY, my mother passed away in December and it took me 6-7 phone calls to get Massage Envy to cancel my mothers membership. Four to this actual location in Eugene and two to the corporate office. They actually requested that I pay $22. for an OFFICIAL death certificate for my mom, then write a written request asking them to cancel her membership and why, then send it from CA to OR via registered mail just to cancel her membership. After I told them that my mother passed away and they said a manager would call ME... on my mothers phone I get a message from the manager speaking to my mom as if she was still here. When my mom passed away she had NINETEEN CREDITS to which this office would not refund any of the money or let anyone else use them. So, if any of you know how much a month your membership is and times that by 19! The first two girls I talked to trying to explain why I needed my mothers account canceled never even said they were sorry for my loss, nothing. No one was sorry for my loss, no one called back to make sure this sensitive matter was taken care of, no one offered to refund any of her money or let her 19 credits be used, left messages for my mother by name knowing full well she was no longer here, made me have to call 5-6 times and retell the story even though I was mourning my mom and did not want to tell this story over and over, wanted me to pay $22 for an ACTUAL DEATH CERTIFICATE. #LocalGuides
TOTAL RIP OFF!!! Dont trust anything they say. Theyll promise you everything. This place is absolutely ridiculous. Their front desk clerks are incompetent air heads as well as their assistant manager. The manager never returns our calls. We live an hour away from this crap hole excuse of a business and they refuse to accommodate us for our couple massages, our sole purpose for signing their stupid one year rip off membership. We do love Myrna and Tanya, massage therapists, we wish the best for these two wonderful ladies. Well be quite happy when our membership is up in 2 long months. If we could give this review negative stars, we would. ==R I P O F F!!!==
Laura at massage envy saved my day! A recurring pain was flaring up quickly for me one morning and luckily I was able to get in within about an hour. It was my first ever massage so she explained the process to me and did an excellent job making sure I was comfortable. I’ll definitely go back to her.
I’ll start with the positives- massage therapist was very nice & I called that morning for an appointment and was able to get in that afternoon so that was nice.Other than that probably the worst massage experience I’ve had. The masseuse talked my entire session. I don’t mind being friendly, but I’m there to relax, not talk the entire time. Time was another issue. My appointment was at 330. I walked into the shop at 327. Had to check in, answer a bunch of questions on the iPad, wait to be called into the room, had a consult over what was going to be done, and had to get undressed. That all had to have taken at least 10-15 mins. I paid for a 60 min massage and she stopped at 423... I hadn’t even been there for an hour at that point, let alone had a full 60 min massage, yet paid for the whole 60 mins when I got 40/45 mins. When I opened my eyes the timer on her iPad still had time left. Not sure why she stopped early. Nice employees, but will not be back.
They have certainly declined over the past 2 years. I am canceling my membership due to lack of available appointments and a decrease in quality massage therapist. The good ones are always booked. After many last minute cancelations from them its time to move on as its no longer a deal.
After my wonderful first trip to Massage Envy, I decided to become a member of their monthly massage club. Ive been sucked into contracts before, and I wanted to make sure that I was signing on to a contract that I could get out of for free. I specifically asked the woman setting up the membership if it would be an issue should I choose to discontinue my membership, and she assured me that it was absolutely free to cancel so long as I gave notice 30 days in advance. After paying for massages I wasnt using for a few months, I decided to call up and cancel. I was informed that an early termination would cost me $200, and that it had never been a policy to cancel memberships early for free with a 30 day notice. Although I was very upset, the woman I spoke with informed me that there was no way I could get around the fee. After seeing if there was some way to contact the business at a higher level, I discovered that all inquiries must be directed to the specific store. DO NOT sign on for a membership unless youre sure youre going to want it for the entire term!!!
So I do not typically write review but wanted to drop a note for anyone seeking some deep tissue/pressure massage. I highly recommend Bryan? Brian? I see another therapist locally for sports and health related reasons but can never find someone who is able to apply to pressure I need to really release the tension and break things up due to what i presume is a fear of hurting me. I went in today using a massage that was gifted to me and I can 110% say that I will be going back to get some more work done by him as its the first time in over a year i have felt some type of relief in my upper back and neck region.
Summary - Trying too hard to look high end without actual professionals to back it up. Novice massage therapists and difficulty scheduling on consistent basis.I moved here from Augusta, GA where I had a membership for two months and loved it. A place I could get same day appointments and schedule online. I arrived in Eugene and had a hard time just making an appt. There online schedule is not linked to their actual availability which I used all the time back in GA. I spent a week checking and rechecking until I finally just called. Silly me. When I called it was a 2 or 3 weeks wait if I wanted a female therapist. I looked past it and waited until my first appt. She was super sweet and nice, but the massage was NOT good. What she thought was deep pressure was very mild and I walked out an hour later feeling not much different than when I came in.I gave it another shot, but with a male this time. I figured maybe stronger hands and a definitely shorter wait time. I booked a 90 min session with a 30 minute stretch session. It just wasnt good. It was obvious he wasnt an expert and felt like he was taking me through something he read about online. During the massage, he wasnt knowledge when I asked questions and didnt address any of the issues I was there for. I needed work for my lower back which ties into my glutes. I needed him work at releasing my hips and glutes, but he seemed too scared to even touch that area and Im not sure he actually listened when I answered his initial screening questions. Mainly just went through the motions.Since I cant cancel my membership without paying for the entire year that is what I did. Paid the remaining year in full (remaining 5 months) and havent been back since. I found a great sports massage therapist Ive been seeing on a regular basis somewhere else. Wasted money = lesson learned.
I was gifted a 90 minute massage for here. When booking they asked what kind of pressure i liked and i said and i said i like A LOT of pressure and deep tissue work. My massage felt like 90 minutes of being lotioned. They lady was very sweet and nice but was unable to give me the reliefe i needed. The place felt like the McDonalds of massage places but the prices of a high end place.
The massages I have received here are heavenly! I fall asleep every time! The staff are all very, very sweet as well! I have the membership and I love it :) ***Note to the owner, my review was originally posted as 3 stars and that was a complete accident! I am so sorry that I did not realize that sooner!***
I was gifted a 60 minute deep-tissue massage from my friend who is a member with Massage Envy. The staff was able to accommodate a same-day booking (thank you for your flexibility) and I was assigned to a novice therapist. During our pre-session conversation about my physical issues and what I hoped to have addressed during my session, I was very specific about where on my body/back I would like to have worked on. During the 60 minute session my desired areas (kneck and shoulders) were addressed for perhaps five minutes. My therapist instead used techniques of jabbing their knuckles into my kidneys, stomach organs and glutes and scratched my body with their nails. I commented (every single jab) that the pressure was way past too intense, and truly painful and inquired why the therapist was making those choices. I was told - and I quote, Stop being a baby.I clenched my body the entire massage and repeatedly winced, commented that I would like lighter pressure and asked for those parts of the service to be done, etc. I was met with stories of the therapist purposely hurting clients that they didnt care for, and bragged of stories of bruising people because the therapist Knew what the client needed better than they did. After the service was completed, I was so flabbergasted at the entire experience that I left without notifying the Front Desk of my experience.Today: I am bruised everywhere. The lightest touch of my body hurts, and the areas where I had asked for service hurt more today than before the massage.I hope that management are able to course-correct this young therapist. I do not believe it is fair to comment on the establishment as a whole, as I received excellent customer service from the other employees.I hope - if at all possible - that there is a way to have my friends credits returned to her for her use.Thank you.
Do not join the membership! They will cancel every appointment so you never get to use benefits. They do not schedule out beyond two weeks and because they were closed from the pandemic they cannot fulfill the obligations of the membership population.is anyone interested in a class action law suits for membership benefits we cannot use?
Murna (or maybe Myrna?) is the reason that I have stayed with massage envy since moving to Eugene. I tried 5 massage therapists and was not impressed until I had Murna. She was the last person I was going to try before canceling and thankfully I found her! My boyfriend goes to her also now, and she is the reason we still have a membership. She is intuitive with massage which I believe sets her apart as a gifted massage therapist. She does deep pressure excellently.I would not have a membership if I had signed up with the Eugene location due to their lack of sufficient staffing. They are almost always booked 2 weeks out which contradicts the flexibility of having a membership with a massage envy.I hope that the owners will invest more into their employees and hire more so that I can recommend this to friends. As of yet I would not recommend this location for a membership but if you already have one, see Murna for sure.
Just went there this evening. I believe I saw Olivia? She was absolutely AMAZING. It was my first massage ever, and they totally rocked it. The receptionist (Bri) was very helpful, as well as the other women who was telling me about their membership. They all were very professional and kind. They made a point that you are not able to get out of the contract, so at that point its not up to them. I cant wait to go back!
I cant say enough great things about my massages. My therapist is terrific and has personalized my massages to take care of my trouble spots. I love her approach. The rooms are sometimes a bit cool, but I am overall very pleased.
Wish I had read the reviews before going- this is a truly evil business. I went to their website where they said they had affordable massages, booked one and when I showed up they tried to force me into a contract. I promptly canceled the appointment. The staff rudely informed me that I would be billed for said canceled contract. Since I hadnt left them my last name I left and turned tail. This is a shady business and I barely escaped with my body -and pocketbook- intact. DONT GO HERE.
I received a gift card for Christmas for 60 min massage and a enhancement. I explained on the phone when I made the appointment showed the paperwork at the counter and asked and showed it to the therapist and after she informed me I was done still no enhancement. I explained it to the people at the counter they apologized but offered no enhancement like its too late now I wont be back.
Do not go here it is a rip off!. My father flew in from Florida and had back issues so figure I would book him an appointment for a 90minutes DEEP TISSUE ( just so I’m clear Samatha) massage from Tristan the therapist which was $75. My father received a horrible experience shared it with the front desk agent and they did nothing to accommodate my father needs & wants. Samantha who is the General Manager & charge of this region expressed to me the owner can’t do anything or she could do since my father didn’t get up from the table ( awkward experience ?). After my dads massage I had to help relieve his pain and booked him another massage somewhere else’s! This is horrible guest standards and if you ever have a bad experience make sure to get up during the middle of your message and leave because that is their policy. Go to About Touch it’s right down the road and you will have a positive experience which is where I brought my dad after massage envy didn’t take care of him.Sorry message envy you should probably take care of your guest first. I shouldn’t have to chase $75 then your only solution is for me to come back in and pay ANOTHER $75. That is why you folks have the reputation of being the McDonalds version in the massage world. I paid $175 towards massages and a lesson learned to never trust massage envy ever again!
The staff and therapists at Massage Envy are exceptional! They have created a serene atmosphere that immediately relaxes you when you arrive. Ive recently started to add the lavender foot scrub to my massage; the results are amazing! I highly recommend this location as an oasis during a busy work week. Thank you Massage Envy!
This place should be investigated for shady practices by the BBB. I was given a contract and told it was a liability form therefore getting sucked in prior to a massage. Their contracts are ridiculous. I submitted a doctors note that somebody overlooked and instead of my contract being cancelled it was just frozen for a little while. Their staff is rude, and the masseuses need a few more classes. Dont waste your time or money. Go some place that may be more expensive but youll be getting a better experience.
Ummmm I was given a BD gift and after checking reviews decided onRebecca, who is a good masseuse if her mind is on it and she is not limited by time..Having said that, I arrived plenty early and yet was taken back after my appt. time.I was ready in a flash but waited 5 min. before she returned and began the massage. It was over 50 miin from that point in time..So..no I will not go back - they cheat you out of your time and the therapists I think get into a routine (do this back, now left arm,..) that the experience is somewhat dry. Maybe if you go enough it will be better.I figure they charge less for a massage and get it with giving you less time..
The owner is cold and heartless. They refuse to give a refund or transfer the massages my mother paid for and now is dead and cant use them. One manager was able to transfer the, to me AFTER I paid my Moms bill even though I had a death certificate. The owner said NO TRANSFERS. My Mom paid for a service nobody received! CANCEL OUT NOW Or youll lose money!!I SIGNED A CONTRACT AND THE OWNER RIPPED IT UP. COLD! HEARTLESS!!EVIL!!
Showed up for my appointment today only to find a note on the door that they have permanently closed...Are they continuing to take their monthly fee out without being able to provide services...yep!The owner of the ME in Eugene, Oregon is a complete joke... I am perplexed as to how he is able to be a franchise owner with such poor business practices. Completely unacceptable!
I have been coming here for over a year now. Just closed my membership today because their customer service has gotten crappier and crappier. Waiting 15 to 20 on the phone each time I try to make an apt. Last time I came here I stood in the lobby for 15 mins before anyone ever came to the counter. The facility is clean and well kept. I just don’t see me spending 60$ a month to not get prompt polite customer service
Honestly if I could give a negative I probably would. I have been to a few Massage Envy locations and this one was the worst I have ever been to. The room was not inviting the cover on the table was made out of a wool or something and left a weird pattern on my face that lasted for hours the masseuse did not seam to be very knowledgeable and actually made me feel worse than how a felt before.
This place is a bunch of scam artists. Trick you into signing a contract with conditions they dont give you time to read and explain them to you differently than they are actually on the contract. Then will put you into collections for a service you never used without even notifying you. Stay away! or at least do not sign anything and pay cash so they will not have your credit info on file.
I really love going to Massage Envy. I have been seeing Charles. He is awesome. Everyone there always makes us feel comfortable. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. Christina French
Yeah--Charles is The Man! Hes very devoted to his trade. I also love Rebecca--Very professional, relaxing place...great parking.
I can honestly say I had my worst massage done there. Maybe the masseuse was having a bad day, I dont know? I wont try again.
Sadly the management of this location is unprofessional and inexperienced. They stole money from my account and said that due to the fact that it was a franchise, there was nothing I could do about it. Dont waste your time here. Go anywhere else. Youll be much happier!
Drove from Coos bay to a canceled appointment. .Found great Asian massage in Eugene. ..
What the heck? They dont list prices on their web page. Not even membership price. lame. I wont even consider a place if I cant see the prices.
The Eugene IR place is horrible. Took my $$ in pandemic with no services. Can’t use the ones as you cannot EVER get an appointment. Worst place ever
Not the best massage. My person was rushed. Not inviting.
The empolyees are wonderful. Everyone from the front desk to the massage therapist.
Brenden did a terrific job. I would see him again.
Very nice helped me get back into shape
Great great great. Left feeling brand new
I like it there but jus kinda commercialized
Relaxing environment & good service.
Couldnt live it I didnt have this
Definitely a solid place.
The staff is awful. Stay away!!!!!!!!
Some good people here
Great place for a massage
Oh so nice...
Professional, clean, efficient!
Jordan was great
Very relaxing
