Woodlands Spa

Recently had the opportunity to experience the Woodlands Spa while on vacation at Nemacolin. Had a wonderful relaxing massage with Angie, followed by some much needed relaxation /down time in the fireside lounge. Definitely recommend visiting this spa !

The spa itself was very nice. Some areas could use a refresh and remodel. The massage itself was a bit overrated. But nonetheless relaxing.

The time there was amazing and Autumn was so wonderful. Im definitely going back and requesting her again.

This place is a hidden gem! I have had my first massage ever as a Christmas gift from my wifes family and I loved it. Macy did a spectacular job, she was very professional and friendly! I felt very comfortable and relaxed and I would definitely love to come back!

Autumn not only gave me a great massage and worked on all the problem areas, she also convinced me to get a massage monthly. She is well trained and very caring. She has a client if she ever moves to South Florida. Great work. Thanks Autumn.

The spa was absolutely amazing! The experience, the treatment, the staff.. Couldnt say nice enough things about it. The salon on the other hand was terrible. My haircut was completely botched and my hair cutter did not know how to cut mens hair. I left the salon feeling ashamed and embarrassed of how I looked. What I asked for at the beginning is nothing that I got. I attempted to guide her in fixing it, but eventually gave up and realized Im better off getting it fixed somewhere else. Truly, the worst haircut I have ever recieved... Confidence = ruined.

Always an amazing day! Prices are pretty inflated, and services are expensive, but this is the most beautiful spa in the area with great amenities (steam, sauna, whirlpool, indoor pool). Fitness classes are an upcharge, which if you are paying $150++ for services I feel these should be included for your day. Pricing and fitness are the reason I have docked this spa a star. Beautiful workout space with treadmills/ellipticals/weights. Really tranquil and relaxing, definitely worth a splurge!

Excellent spa experience with top notch amenities including pool, hot tubs, steam room and salt wall saunas. Massage was great. Highly recommended for rest, recovery.

I am definitely disappointed and recommend checking your reservations 4 times before coming onsite because apparently three times isn’t the charm. I spoke with two Kaitlyns (one in reservations and one in the spa) and another person to ensure that we would experience two separate couples massages. We get there and they have one couple set and then my husband and I were split up. I called three times prior to confirm we were set (type A personality). When I raised my concern the person at the counter insisted that they couldn’t get us in and someone else was booked in the room. Finally Kaitlyn was able to get my husband and I in at a later time but it impacted the remainder of our day plans. Nobody apologized after I repeatedly told them how unhappy I was. Two other people outside of our group even commented what poor service we had. I would never go back to this spa. They offered no resolution or apology.I do however recommend Lautrec for dinner. Do it with the wine pairing:)

Very relaxing. Sarah gave me a wonderful hot stone massage!!

Not what it once was. My girlfriend just spent $300+ on a below average massage and was gagged by her masseuses putrid breath. When addressed, they tried to give us a 20% discount! Day ruined.

I had a gel manicure and pedicure from Christine. Then a blow out by Chris. Very nice salon and very attentive and professional staff.

The Woodland Spa at Nemacolin is just amazing. Atmosphere was great, b staff was over the top courteous.

The massage was awesome! Left very relaxed, even my husband was impressed.

Received an incredible massage by Mike. The only complaint is the services are a little over priced compared to similar spas.
