Due to neck/back issues Ive had for quite some time, Hong renders some of the best techniques Ive encountered by far! Very nice staff, effective treatments that produce great comfort and relief to say the least. Without hesitation I recommend Hong Massage and Reflexology service. I enjoy the deep applications that loosen up tense/tight muscles. Do yourself a favor and try them. Hope youll come out feeling as good as me.

If you want a relaxing massage, do NOT go to HONG massage. The massage was very fast, aggressive, and very painful. I kept saying “that hurts” and she would just dig deeper. She didn’t understand english at all. This was my first time going and they put me in a room and slammed the door without telling me what to do. There weren’t any sheets- only a small towel that wouldn’t cover a small child. The place had a horrible odor. The towels they used to wipe the oil off felt like sand paper. My skin is still burning from the sand paper towels and I feel like I got beat up. No wonder they make you pay before the massage. The cherry on top is that there was no privacy. The lady would walk in and out of the room and leave the door wide open. I should have walked out. Horrible experience- I will never be back to this place again.

Keep your receipts! I called to set up a massage at this location and they referred me to their sister location on US 42 in Florence KY call Asian massage and reflexology. Please keep your receipt and check the tip. I left a decent tip and then found that they added more to it when they totaled it out. It was like $4 extra added so it’s not the money, it’s a trust thing.I will never go to either location in the future because of this.

I have been here for two years but today I have to say how I feel, very comfortable massage and relaxing environment, I got the soreness I wanted solved, I recommend this place!

Paid before the massage and left a 10% tip on the tip line. I did find it a little unusual to be paying beforehand. The lady told me my tip was too small! And to at least give 20% like I would a restaurant, as she stood there waiting for me to adjust it. Mind you, its an $88 massage already. Unbelievable. I would have left then, but I drove and already paid and did not want further confrontation. I exclaimed that I was not comfortable and that I would maybe leave a cash tip after the massage took place. The lady said its OK, mentioning that Im new there...If you are going to demand tips like that, why not just raise your prices instead? Im a tipper, but do they really expect every person will tip? You are paying for the agreed service and should feel no further obligation. Tips are usually left afterward anyway.I dont appreciate getting pressured or guilted when paying for an expensive massage. The place left a bad taste in my mouth - and the smell there isnt so great either.The following day I did have some pimple breakouts in a few areas where the massage took place. I dont know if it was the oil or dirty towel. I wont be back. Perhaps its a one off situation or one person who behaves like this, but other places earn bigger tips for exceptional service and care.

6/8/23 Went with my husband for a couple massage it was only two ladies working so every time a customer walks in one of them will stop doing the massage to greet the customer. I paid for a 45 minute massage. We only receive 39 minutes keep in mind the young lady kept getting up to answer the door so that took away from a lot of our massage time on top of them stopping 6 mins early once the massage was completed We were cashing out and they begin to beg for a tip in my opinion so unprofessional. During the entire time you heard them whispering to one another, we were in the front room so every time you hear the door open we hear loud bells I did not enjoy this was supposed to be relaxing we were in the front room so every time you hear the door open we hear bells I did not enjoy this experience I would not recommend don’t waste your money

I think they might have forgotten our appointment. We called in a week ahead and when we got there, it seemed like they thought we were just walk ins. It was a dual massage for me and my friend, they started on me first and about 20 minutes later someone came in to start on my friend- despite us making the appointment.They left a few times mid massage to greet other patrons which did cut a little into our 60 minutes but wasnt the biggest deal.At the end, they started asking about a tip. I handed over some cash and while she didnt confront me about the amount, it was clear that she was expecting more. Looking at the bills then at me, saying something along the lines of this is for both? It was pretty uncomfortable.Not necessarily a bad experience but next time, were going to go elsewhere.

I travel extensively for work and this place is the best.What sets them apart is that they will upon request, walk on your back. For me this is the only way to truly work out all the knots. Probably not for everyone but great for me .

I called and booked same day morning massage. The lady that gave me my massage left the room.to.check on others coming in the place and to answer phones. She stopped working on me several.and i mean several times to text her people on her personal ohone. My 90 min massage was very rushed as after about 65 minutes said she had another massage to do and apparently overbooked. Still wanted to.charge me for 90 min that was in all actuality 35 min with playing on her phone and leaving the room several times then said please tip me 20% on card. DID NOT HAPPEN. I DEMANDED MY MONEY BACK. Didnt get it. Beware of this place paying before services. They are horrible. Oh and ugly too..

Had a good experience with my and my wife. But I will say tipping culture is out of control. I wanted to leave only like 20 percent tip, but I felt pressure to leave closer to a 40 percent tip so we ended up giving them $20 bucks each. So I felt a little robbed.

I have gone to Asian Massage & reflexology a couple times, and they didnt have availability when I called so sent me to this location. I know Im not going for a luxury spa experience, but thats not what Im looking for. Im looking for a massage to help my body feel better and relax at a price that I can afford. Both of these locations hit that mark. I always leave SOOOO relaxed. Today I walked in with a headache and I left with that completely gone and my lower back which had started to twinge no longer in pain. I would 100% recommend these massage places if youre looking for an excellent massage on a budget or immediately or both. Theyre always able to get me in for a massage on very short notice.

Wonderful couples massage...they really get in there and get the knots out. We were sore the next day...but by the 2nd - amazing!By far one of my top 5 massages ever! And

Literally the best deep tissue massage Ive ever had. I got a same day appointment and they take walk-ins. I went with an hour because it was my first visit but I definitely should have done the two hour session. The facility was clean, the environment was very relaxing, and everyone was professional. Highly recommend.

The place seemed a little sketchy from the outside. But the employees there were true professional. The massage was great. Both my wife and myself said we would definitely go back. My wife is a new runner and she said that the massage helped lower leg feel better.

Massage was decent, but I did not receive the full 60 minutes. Most of the time was spent massaging my back. Very little time on legs and even less time on front after I turned over maybe 10 minutes if that. Also it not private at all. They leave the door opened some with no curtains. Clients can easily see in when they are being walked back to their room. When I was leaving I could see a man clearly getting a massage. I would recommend elsewhere.

My husband got me a 90 minute (60 back + 30 foot) massage and he got a 30 minute back massage. According to their price menu that should have totalled $120 but they charge him $130 with no explanation and then were really pushy about putting a tip on the card BEFORE the massage. He told them he would tip in cash at the end. I could get past the sketchy appearance and vibe of this place IF the massages were worth it. I have had many massages in my life at different types of spas or massage specific businesses. This was unlike any other and not in a good way. It seamed like my massues had no real training, like it was a back rub my hubby could have given me at home. Used a ton of unscented oil all over that kind of got washed/wiped off after. She had absolutely no sense of whether it was too much pressure or not. I left there feeling worse than when I went in and am probably bruised in some places. When I was done with my massage the ladies up front gave me a mini bottle of water and demanded a $20 cash tip. I didnt really want to tip after my experience but they said my husband had to come back inside to put a tip on the credit card. He came in and had to argue with them about tipping. What is wrong with people!?!? I highly DO NOT recommend this place.

A full hour of the most intense deep muscle message for $60, tip well, you will whether I say so or not.... Its that good!

ABSOLUTELY THE BEST MASSAGE YOU WILL EVER GET. We have literally had massages all over the world and by far this place is the best. Definitely recommend Cici and Linda! We have been coming here for over 3 years and have sent several family and friends here and everyone always comes back!

I always feel a million times better after leaving here. All the ladies are amazing! Linda is great with finding/working out my sore spots. It’s way cheaper than expensive massage parlors, but the ladies work heavily on tips, so hook them up! 💕

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. It’s dirty, doesn’t have a nice smell, and it’s not private or set up like a decent massage parlor at all. I have gotten massages everywhere in multiple cities, states, and countries and this place was the worst of them all!! I received a 1 hour body and was charged a tip of 12 dollars so all together 72. I tip and always tip atleast 10 percent plus more if the service is great. The service was subpar to say the least. The massage oil felt like grease and no pleasant scent. The towels were old and rough. There were flies the entire time. Please spend your money somewhere else. This was a last minute decision before a long flight but if I would have had time I would have NOT patronized here!

Took my wife here, 12/26/21. 130$ for 90 min combo and 30 min standard massage. This payment was prior to being massaged.Instantly noticed that this is also efficiency apartments for the staff. The frontage and rooms could use an update. Smelled pleasant, everyone was masked.In the end. It was demanded I pay a higher tip. Said 20% was her tip, told her that it is to my discretion as to what tip was earned. This was completely lost on the two women demanding more money. When asked what should the total amount be, tip included, they said $190-225$. I laughed and apologized and walked out.If you want to be harassed, come here. If you want to wonder if these women are legit and are doing you more good than harm, come here. If any of this sounds unpleasant, stay away.

Decent message, but did not get full 60 minutes. Message therapist was average. As most of message was spent on back very little on legs and even shorter time on front maybe 10 minutes if that after I turned over. Also there is very little privacy. They leave the doors open partially with no curtain, kinda uncomfortable. Clients can see right in when they walk them back for their message. When I left the room I wasnt even trying to look and I walked by a door and seen a guy in the room getting a message. I would recommend a different place. Ive been to several better in the same area.

Got this as a gift certificate for my birthday and was a little scriptural from other reflexology places I’ve seen in the local area. When I entered I was immediately greeted by a places into a room. The man that did my massage was very impressive, wonderful work and very relaxing. I went about 4 days ago and still my feet feel amazing from the work he did! I will be back and have already recommended my friends!! Not to mention it’s a local business and not any big business places that charge super high prices.

Went here for a 45 minute massage with hot oil and stones. The massage was amazing, I have chronic nerve pain, back pain, and muscle pain. My body hasnt felt this great in 5 years. Therapist was lovely. Will definitely be returning. The exterior makes it a bit hard to spot from the street though.

This is the real deal! Ive had reflexology foot massages in the USA, Hong Kong, rural and urban China. Hong Massage is one of the best. Not a fancy place....dont be put off by the exterior. The decor is sparse, the furniture is slightly worn but clean. Nice spa music and no children running around as I have experienced elsewhere. I was asked if I wanted a hard or medium massage. The correct answer of course is hard. Its the Chinese way!Be prepared for a language barrier.If you are looking for an authentic Chinese reflexology experience....this is the place. Highly recommend! And only $40 for 60 minutes. Worth double that.

Went with my fiance for a 30 minute reflexology foot massage. It was our first time there. Its not the fanciest place and the people we met didnt speak English well. However, it was a wonderful experience! Called an hour before we showed up and they were ready for us. We were in a couples room on massage couches! Not a normal massage table. We both loved our massages. We will definitely be back for a 60 minute massage soon. Excellent service!

Massage was ok, but I made an appointment for walk on back massage and never got a walk on back massage.After the massage I gave her a 17% tip and she said “excuse me it not enough” and was demanding more money for a tip. I stated that’s all I had on me and she proceeded to say “you can put tip on your card. I work so hard and give you 100 percent, this not enough tip, it’s not 20%.”I said it’s a tip and I already paid for my massage prior to the massage and a tip is extra. Demanding a tip and asking for more is so unprofessional! I have come here before and never had this issue. After this experience, I don’t think I’ll be coming here again.A tip is an extra that a person pays depending on their service and it’s never “required.”I could have left with not giving her anything, but I gave 17% even though I did not get the massage I had an appointment scheduled for! Since when is a 20% tip required?!Tried to pay with discover card and she said only visa. So I used my visa that I luckily also brought. The website says discover is also accepted but apparently it’s not.Ps: Making sure a person gives a tip before a massage is rude! They always check when you sign the receipt if your paying with credit. I always give cash tip,but even still this time the lady was not thankful.

The massages I’ve had from Linda are the best. I’ve been getting massages for over 12 years and now only go to Linda at Hong Massage. You get a non stop massage for the full 1 hour, not the usual 50 minute with 5 minutes before and 5 minutes after to get ready.👍

Massage was just ok. They keep all the doors open so there was no privacy. People kept talking by looking in the room. The quality of the massage was not good. Mostly just used elbows and keep rubbing the same spot over and over until it actually started to hurt.

This place is great!! they also have a bar on the ceiling for walking on your back. We had Lisa and Zoey. They were both great!! I had Zoey and she did amazing and took the time to talk to me, Lisa checked on how the massage was going a couple of times. Zoey’s pressure was perfect! They provided us a hot stone massage and really went over the knots.

I’ve received the hour reflexology foot rub and also the 90 min full body. I’ve brought my daughter, sister, and best friend along for couples massages. These ladies are friendly and they work miracles on my pain. I try to visit them monthly.

OK massage, sketchy interior. The people who work here are nice, but there is a language barrier. The entire space is dark and not very welcoming. My biggest issue was that one masseuse kept answering his phone while giving a massage. It made it hard to relax. If you need a quick massage, this works, but Ill pay more for an experience where I feel pampered and cell phones are banned.

Nice massage. The gentleman who answers the phone doesn’t speak much English, so it was difficult to talk to him on the phone, but he sent me a text which translated what he wanted to say. When I showed up, without an appointment, he managed to tell me it would be about 10 mins. He gave me a free chair massage while I waited and it was probably the best I’ve ever had.

An hour reflexology session for $35 it was amazing!!!! Very similar to foot finesse in indy. The staff was very friendly and the massage was very relaxing!!!! If you have never been it is a great experience you enter and sit on a relaxing chair your feet are put in hot water while your feet soak they massage your neck and shoulders. Then they wash your feet with scrub and the foot and leg massage starts it is an hour total and you will feel amazing afterwards!!!
