I usually get permanent jewelry done here and I love them! Kaitlyn is so amazing and sweet. She also helped me get a huge knot out from damaged hair from an at home perm. She was gentle and sweet and tried so hard! The conditioner she gave me to take home worked miracles and I cant wait to get my haircut with her! Such an amazing place to feel welcomed and relaxed

Meredith is the absolute best! Kind, professional, witty and very, very talented. It is rare to find someone who is this committed to the on-going cultivation of their skill set. Current on the on-going advances in massage and the science of physiology she is masterful at both helping the body relax and teaching it that it is safe to do so. Whether you are looking for the occasional massage for self-care or for on-going treatment of stress and pain relief you will be very literally in good hands with Meredith. I really cannot recommend her highly enough.

Wanted to share what a great first experience I had with Abbie. I wanted my hair lightened and trimmed and she did a phenomenal job! I was there for a couple hours and was very comfortable. She answered all my questions and listened to my requests. She even gave me a sample of the shampoo and conditioner she recommended.

I lived in FOCO for years and every time I’m back in CO, I have to come here. Yes, even if I am not planning to come to FOCO. It’s worth the drive to see their massage therapist.Meredith (LMT) is absolutely amazing. Most effective massage therapist I’ve ever seen. I followed her from the last place she worked.

Kaitlyn and the staff are amazing people and stylists. They are kind and compassionate towards everyone. They take such good care of my mom who struggles with communication. They do have a high demand so be sure to get on the schedule ASAP.

Fantastic place. I see Abbie and she is a color wizard! I am transitioning from color to natural silver, and Abbie has made it easy. And, my hair looks amazing. The prices are very fair and I have always received professional and kind services from the other folks there.

Ive been seeing Meredith for massages for a couple years now, and absolutely love her. The thing that impresses me most about her is the way she pays attention to detail. I have issues with my left knee, and from the start she has been really mindful of that specific area - always remembering / avoiding the things that bother it during a massage.I also saw Meredith throughout my entire pregnancy, sometimes weekly, because her massages are not only relaxing but also helped to manage that back pain I dealt with through the last few months before giving birth.I would 100% recommend a massage with Meredith to anyone!

I see Abbie at Balayage Spa and Salon and she always does such a great job! I had a terrible color with bleeding bleached roots prior to finding Abbie and she fixed my hair disaster and has kept my blond hair bright and beautiful ever since! She does exactly what I ask for and I always end up with a beautiful result! Also Balayage Spa and Salon is so nice and lovely. There is a relaxation room to sit in while your hair processes and for me that really makes the experience something extra that I haven’t had at any other salon!

This was my first time getting my hair done here. This salon is so comfortable and relaxing. Not stuffy! Yet decorated beautiful.I love Kaitlyn she listened to what I was trying to acheive with a hair color and it turned out amazing! I have very thin hair so its hard to get it right. Never going anywhere else.

I had an incredibly negative experience with this salon. Had an appointment booked for months with a stylist Ive used before. I confirmed the appointment a few days prior via the text they sent me. I arrive in time for the appointment to be told the stylist is out for a reason unknown to the salon. The salon claims they called me multiples times to let me know. I received two missed calls from the salon in the days before. I didnt recognize the number so I did not answer, and no voicemail was ever left for me to alert me to the stylist being out. When I was at the salon (after taking the time off from work for the appointment), all that was offered to remedy the situation was to reschedule. So unprofessional and horrible customer service. No thank you, Ill spend hundreds of dollars on my hair somewhere else. Would not recommend!

Best salon in Ft Collins! Refer all my friends and family here! Kaitlyn has been doing my hair for years and is always consistent! I get compliments on my hair all the time!! She has perfected blonde highlights for my tricky hair!! Never brassy!

My massages here are always wonderful! Meredith does such a great job and I always leave feeling way better than I felt walking in. I saw her during my last pregnancy for sciatic pain and without her help I wouldnt have been able to walk. Highly recommend Meredith!

I visit Meredith at least twice a month for a 90 minute massage. Perfect self care treat. In fact, it’s one of the only self care I commit to doing on a regular basis, and definitely the best.

The service I received from Kaitlyn was the worst I’ve ever had. This was also the first time I have ever requested a refund. Kaitlyn did a botched job on my hair. I am not happy with the way my hair color turned out. It is brassy instead of blond. This odd look is more obvious at the top of my head especially because I like to keep my hair in a ponytail. Furthermore, the bleaching is uneven throughout the hair and does not match my skin tone. The end result of the “balayage” that was performed does not look anything like the pictures I showed to Kaitlyn prior to starting the job, showing what I wanted done to my hair. Kaitlyn was trying to convince me that it looks beautiful which is not at all the case in my opinion. I feel deceived and taken advantage of. For $143.75 I expected a quality job. After doing more research online about foilyage hair techniques, I am convinced that Kaitlyn did a very unprofessional job on my hair, skipping certain steps, and rushing through. Thus the horrible result. Also, the brush that she used for my hair had hair left over on it from a previous customer. Gross! After the refund was issued, Kaitlyn threatened me: “I will be sure to pass your name along to other salon owners in town and give them a fair warning of your character”. In my opinion the problem is her character not mine. I hope my review will help others make an informed decision.

Kari gave my hair a makeover! I have thick dark hair, and I have always had a hard time finding a stylist to cut, color, and style it well. This was my first time adding much color to my hair and I decided to go with balayage highlights. She took her time to make sure my hair looked perfect, and it did. Couldn’t be happier! Highly recommend :)

I recently started coming after my stylist began working here. She (Abbie) has always been excellent and the new location has a great vibe. I think they specialize in some more advanced stuff than I’ll ever need but it’s still a good spot for a guy to get their hair cut.

Kaitlyn and her team at Balayage are fantastic! The atmosphere is so warm and inviting. I can always count on a fantastic haircut/color as well as a relaxing experience when I go to Balayage. I highly recommend them for any of your salon needs!

Ive been coming here for years and wouldnt think of going anywhere else. Brittany Friar is the best stylist Ive ever had and several friends and co-workers now go to her as well. Flexible hours makes it so much easier to book an appointment and she is always friendly and welcoming.

I went here for the first time today. Forgive me, I forgot who did my hair, but she was so kind and helpful to me. I suffer from anxiety and had an anxiety attack as soon as I sat down and she was so kind and thoughtful. She kept up a good conversation with me and checked in with me. Not once did she make me feel ashamed or unwelcome, which is a huge thing for me.I left feeling better about myself and looking better as well. Thank you from the bottom of my heart, I definitely will continue to go here.

Kaitlyn is the owner and knows all her clients well. Her staff use the latest and best techniques for cutting and color. The salon is relaxing with an area to sit and relax in while waiting. I highly recommend this salon for a gorgeous look!

I am a very disappointed customer. The hair color turned out very dark. It does not go well with my skin tone. Next week I have a new appointment at a different salon to try to fix this disaster. Keep in mind that the light at this salon is not very good either, kind of dim. I only realized the disaster when I got to my car and I looked in the mirror. Plus, they charge very high prices for their services. I do not recommend this place at all. Think twice before you go there.

Not a happy camper. Spent what for me was not a small amount of money for a hair treatment that was supposed to calm my hair down I asked for a straightening treatment as I dont like my current hair cut with my natural hair texture, but I like it when I straighten my hair and didnt want to have to heat style it all the time and damage my hair while waiting for it to grow back out. Those were my words to Kaitlyn. After sitting in a wobbly chair and getting hit in the head with a blow dryer I was sent home with a greasy head and told to wait at least 2 hours then to wash it. (Due to the head hitting, though not sever rather annoying I left a 15% tip instead of my normal 25%) Waited 4 hours for good measure, washed and let it dry. Neither I nor my family saw ANY difference, not at all. Called for a refund and was told they standby results so asked me to come back in with the promise of another application of a stronger version of the treatment.I go back and the woman tries to convince me the treatment worked and my hair is softer. I was clear I wanted straighter hair, was ok if some of my natural curl remained but I asked for less volume and straighter hair. She then told me it would cost more money to do the stronger treatment. At this point I restated my request for a full refund. I got a partial refund and will never set foot in that salon again.My daughter has hair far more curly than mine, mine is just wavy. And when we paid 1/2 the amount to get hers done it (at a different salon in another state or I would have gone there) worked great and was straight and manageable until she went into salt water, something we were warned ahead of time would undo the treatment.All in all the staff was friendly but this stylist Kaitlyn Jacobs, listed as owner/stylist on thier website, has lost that salon my business for not standing by her work and trying to get more $ out of me after either not listening to me or not selecting the correct treatment for my hair. Bonnie is nice and I will miss her, but I wont have my hard earned money going to people like Kaitlyn.

My wife has been seeing Jenn for all of her facials and had amazing results. Our friends and family have commented on how nice Dianes face looks thanks to Jenn. She couldn’t be any happier and we highly recommend Jenn for all your facial needs.

I am new to town and didnt know where to go for hair and skin care. A neighbor referred me to Kaitlyn for hair and Jenn for skincare. I couldnt be happier with their abilities, their personalities and the salon as a whole!!!

Kim at Balayage is the master when it comes to injections. Ive had Botox and fillers done by her for a year now and she is the only person I will go to. If youre looking for the absolute best go and see her!

It’s always hard to find new hair places when you’ve had one you loved! Abbie P has done my hair (long cut and balayage natural colors) twice and I’ve loved it both times. The search is over!

Very accommodating - Very early 7am - appointments. Not my most favorite cut and the $40 quoted price didnt match my $55 total (not sure why). Stylist was friendly and the place is lovely.

Brittany has a very flexible schedule and always does an amazing job. She is the first stylist that I have been loyal to 🙂
